2

1And on the third day a marriage took place in Cana of Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there.
1 Y trydydd dydd yr oedd priodas yng Nghana Galilea, ac yr oedd mam Iesu yno.
2And Jesus also, and his disciples, were invited to the marriage.
2 Gwahoddwyd Iesu hefyd, a'i ddisgyblion, i'r briodas.
3And wine being deficient, the mother of Jesus says to him, They have no wine.
3 Pallodd y gwin, ac meddai mam Iesu wrtho ef, "Nid oes ganddynt win."
4Jesus says to her, What have I to do with thee, woman? mine hour has not yet come.
4 Dywedodd Iesu wrthi hi, "Wraig, beth sydd a fynni di mi? Nid yw f'awr i wedi dod eto."
5His mother says to the servants, Whatever he may say to you, do.
5 Dywedodd ei fam wrth y gwas-anaethyddion, "Gwnewch beth bynnag a ddywed wrthych."
6Now there were standing there six stone water-vessels, according to the purification of the Jews, holding two or three measures each.
6 Yr oedd yno chwech o lestri carreg i ddal du373?r, wedi eu gosod ar gyfer defod glanhad yr Iddewon, a phob un yn dal ugain neu ddeg ar hugain o alwyni.
7Jesus says to them, Fill the water-vessels with water. And they filled them up to the brim.
7 Dywedodd Iesu wrthynt, "Llanwch y llestri du373?r," a llanwasant hwy hyd yr ymyl.
8And he says to them, Draw out now, and carry [it] to the feast-master. And they carried [it].
8 Yna meddai wrthynt, "Yn awr tynnwch beth allan ac ewch ag ef i lywydd y wledd." A gwnaethant felly.
9But when the feast-master had tasted the water which had been made wine (and knew not whence it was, but the servants knew who drew the water), the feast-master calls the bridegroom,
9 Profodd llywydd y wledd y du373?r, a oedd bellach yn win, heb wybod o ble'r oedd wedi dod, er bod y gwasanaethyddion a fu'n tynnu'r du373?r yn gwybod. Yna galwodd llywydd y wledd ar y priodfab
10and says to him, Every man sets on first the good wine, and when [men] have well drunk, then the inferior; thou hast kept the good wine till now.
10 ac meddai wrtho, "Bydd pawb yn rhoi'r gwin da yn gyntaf, ac yna, pan fydd pobl wedi meddwi, y gwin salach; ond yr wyt ti wedi cadw'r gwin da hyd yn awr."
11This beginning of signs did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested his glory; and his disciples believed on him.
11 Gwnaeth Iesu hyn, y cyntaf o'i arwyddion, yng Nghana Galilea; amlygodd felly ei ogoniant, a chredodd ei ddisgyblion ynddo.
12After this he descended to Capernaum, he and his mother and his brethren and his disciples; and there they abode not many days.
12 Wedi hyn aeth ef a'i fam a'i frodyr a'i ddisgyblion i lawr i Gapernaum, ac aros yno am ychydig ddyddiau.
13And the passover of the Jews was near, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.
13 Yr oedd Pasg yr Iddewon yn ymyl, ac aeth Iesu i fyny i Jerwsalem.
14And he found in the temple the sellers of oxen and sheep and doves, and the money-changers sitting;
14 A chafodd yn y deml y rhai oedd yn gwerthu ychen a defaid a cholomennod, a'r cyfnewidwyr arian wrth eu byrddau.
15and, having made a scourge of cords, he cast [them] all out of the temple, both the sheep and the oxen; and he poured out the change of the money-changers, and overturned the tables,
15 Gwnaeth chwip o gordenni, a gyrrodd hwy oll allan o'r deml, y defaid a'r ychen hefyd. Taflodd arian mn y cyfnewidwyr ar chwl, a bwrw eu byrddau wyneb i waered.
16and said to the sellers of doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house a house of merchandise.
16 Ac meddai wrth y rhai oedd yn gwerthu colomennod, "Ewch 'r rhain oddi yma. Peidiwch gwneud tu375? fy Nhad i yn du375? masnach."
17[And] his disciples remembered that it is written, The zeal of thy house devours me.
17 Cofiodd ei ddisgyblion eiriau'r Ysgrythur: "Bydd sl dros dy du375? di yn fy ysu."
18The Jews therefore answered and said to him, What sign shewest thou to us, that thou doest these things?
18 Yna heriodd yr Iddewon ef a gofyn, "Pa arwydd sydd gennyt i'w ddangos i ni, yn awdurdod dros wneud y pethau hyn?"
19Jesus answered and said to them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
19 Atebodd Iesu hwy: "Dinistriwch y deml hon, ac mewn tridiau fe'i codaf hi."
20The Jews therefore said, Forty and six years was this temple building, and thou wilt raise it up in three days?
20 Dywedodd yr Iddewon, "Chwe blynedd a deugain y bu'r deml hon yn cael ei hadeiladu, ac a wyt ti'n mynd i'w chodi mewn tridiau?"
21But *he* spoke of the temple of his body.
21 Ond sn yr oedd ef am deml ei gorff.
22When therefore he was raised from among [the] dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this, and believed the scripture and the word which Jesus had spoken.
22 Felly, wedi iddo gael ei gyfodi oddi wrth y meirw, cofiodd ei ddisgyblion iddo ddweud hyn, a chredasant yr Ysgrythur, a'r gair yr oedd Iesu wedi ei lefaru.
23And when he was in Jerusalem, at the passover, at the feast, many believed on his name, beholding his signs which he wrought.
23 Tra oedd yn Jerwsalem yn dathlu gu373?yl y Pasg, credodd llawer yn ei enw ef wrth weld yr arwyddion yr oedd yn eu gwneud.
24But Jesus himself did not trust himself to them, because he knew all [men],
24 Ond nid oedd Iesu yn ei ymddiried ei hun iddynt, oherwydd yr oedd yn adnabod y natur ddynol.
25and that he had not need that any should testify of man, for himself knew what was in man.
25 Nid oedd arno angen tystiolaeth neb ynglu375?n 'r ddynolryw; yr oedd ef ei hun yn gwybod beth oedd mewn dynion.
