1{[A Psalm] of David.} I will give thee thanks with my whole heart; before the gods will I sing psalms of thee.
1 1 I Ddafydd.0 Clodforaf di 'm holl galon, canaf fawl i ti yng ngu373?ydd duwiau.
2I will bow down toward the temple of thy holiness, and celebrate thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth; for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
2 Ymgrymaf tuag at dy deml sanctaidd, a chlodforaf dy enw am dy gariad a'th ffyddlondeb, oherwydd dyrchefaist dy enw a'th air uwchlaw popeth.
3In the day when I called thou answeredst me; thou didst encourage me with strength in my soul.
3 Pan elwais arnat, atebaist fi, a chynyddaist fy nerth ynof.
4All the kings of the earth shall celebrate thee, Jehovah, when they have heard the words of thy mouth;
4 Bydded i holl frenhinoedd y ddaear dy glodfori, O ARGLWYDD, am iddynt glywed geiriau dy enau;
5And they shall sing in the ways of Jehovah, for great is the glory of Jehovah.
5 bydded iddynt ganu am ffyrdd yr ARGLWYDD, oherwydd mawr yw gogoniant yr ARGLWYDD.
6For Jehovah is high; but he looketh upon the lowly, and the proud he knoweth afar off.
6 Er bod yr ARGLWYDD yn uchel, fe gymer sylw o'r isel, ac fe ddarostwng y balch o bell.
7Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou wilt stretch forth thy hand against the anger of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
7 Er imi fynd trwy ganol cyfyngder, adfywiaist fi; estynnaist dy law yn erbyn llid fy ngelynion, a gwaredaist fi 'th ddeheulaw.
8Jehovah will perfect what concerneth me: thy loving-kindness, O Jehovah, [endureth] for ever; forsake not the works of thine own hands.
8 Bydd yr ARGLWYDD yn gweithredu ar fy rhan. O ARGLWYDD, y mae dy gariad hyd byth; paid gadael gwaith dy ddwylo.
