¹And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

¹Viešpats kalbėjo Mozei:

²Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land of Canaan, this shall be the land that shall fall to you for an inheritance, the land of Canaan according to the borders thereof.

²“Kai įeisite į Kanaano šalį ir ją užimsite, jos sienos bus:

³Then your south side shall be from the wilderness of Zin alongside of Edom, and your southern border shall be from the end of the salt sea eastward;

³pietinė dalis prasidės nuo Cino dykumos, esančios šalia Edomo, jos rytų siena bus Druskos jūra, pradedant pietine dalimi.

⁴and your border shall turn from the south of the ascent of Akrabbim, and pass on to Zin, and shall end southward at Kadesh-barnea, and shall go on to Hazar-Addar, and pass on to Azmon.

⁴Pietinė siena eis išilgai Akrabimo aukštumos ir tęsis iki Sinajaus, pietuose pasieks Kadeš Barnėją. Iš čia siena eis ligi Hacar Adaro ir toliau iki Acmono.

⁵And the border shall turn from Azmon unto the torrent of Egypt, and shall end at the sea.

⁵Nuo Acmono siena pasisuks, sieks Egipto upę ir baigsis jūros krantu.

⁶And as west border ye shall have the great sea, and [its] coast. This shall be your west border.

⁶Vakarų siena bus jums Didžioji jūra.

⁷And this shall be your north border: from the great sea ye shall mark out for you mount Hor;

⁷Šiaurėje siena prasidės nuo Didžiosios jūros ir tęsis iki Horo kalno,

⁸from mount Hor ye shall mark out the entrance to Hamath, and the end of the border shall be toward Zedad;

⁸iš čia į Lebo Hamatą iki Cedado apylinkės,

⁹and the border shall go to Ziphron, and shall end at Hazar-enan. This shall be your north border.

⁹toliau siena tęsis iki Zifrono ir Hacar Enano.

¹⁰And ye shall mark out for you as eastern border from Hazar-enan to Shepham:

¹⁰Rytų siena eis nuo Hacar Enano ligi Šefamo,

¹¹and the border shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east side of Ain; and the border shall descend, and shall strike upon the extremity of the sea of Chinnereth eastward;

¹¹nuo Šefamo tęsis iki Riblos į rytus nuo Aino, iš čia eis Jordano rytų puse iki Kinereto ežero

¹²and the border shall go down to the Jordan, and shall end at the salt sea. This shall be your land according to the borders thereof round about.

¹²ir toliau Jordanu iki Sūriosios jūros. Tai bus jūsų krašto sienos”.

¹³And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, This is the land which ye shall take for yourselves as inheritance by lot, which Jehovah commanded to give to the nine tribes, and to the half tribe.

¹³Mozė kalbėjo izraelitams: “Tai žemė, kurią paveldėsite burtų keliu. Ją Viešpats liepė išdalinti devynioms ir pusei giminės.

¹⁴For the tribe of the children of the Reubenites according to their fathers' houses, and the tribe of the children of the Gadites according to their fathers' houses, have received, and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance;

¹⁴Rubeno, Gado ir pusė Manaso giminės gavo savo dalį.

¹⁵the two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side the Jordan of Jericho eastward, toward the sun-rising.

¹⁵Dvi giminės ir pusė gavo savo dalį šioje Jordano pusėje ties Jerichu”.

¹⁶And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

¹⁶Viešpats tarė Mozei:

¹⁷These are the names of the men who shall divide the land unto you: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun.

¹⁷“Tai yra vardai vyrų, kurie jums padalins žemę: kunigas Eleazaras, Nūno sūnus Jozuė

¹⁸And ye shall take one prince of every tribe, to divide the land.

¹⁸ir iš kiekvienos giminės po vieną kunigaikštį.

¹⁹And these are the names of the men: for the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh;

¹⁹Jų vardai: iš Judo giminės­Jefunės sūnus Kalebas,

²⁰and for the tribe of the children of Simeon, Samuel the son of Ammihud;

²⁰iš Simeono­Amihudo sūnus Samuelis,

²¹for the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Chislon;

²¹iš Benjamino­Kislono sūnus Elidadas,

²²and for the tribe of the children of Dan, a prince, Bukki the son of Jogli;

²²iš Dano­Joglio sūnus Bukis,

²³for the children of Joseph: for the tribe of the children of Manasseh, a prince, Hanniel the son of Ephod,

²³iš Juozapo palikuonių, Manaso giminės­Efodo sūnus Hanielis

²⁴and for the tribe of the children of Ephraim, a prince, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan;

²⁴ir iš Efraimo­Šiftano sūnus Kemuelis,

²⁵and for the tribe of the children of Zebulun, a prince, Elizaphan the son of Pharnach;

²⁵iš Zabulono­Parnacho sūnus Elicafanas,

²⁶and for the tribe of the children of Issachar, a prince, Phaltiel the son of Azzan;

²⁶iš Isacharo­Azano sūnus Paltielis,

²⁷and for the tribe of the children of Asher, a prince, Ahihud the son of Shelomi;

²⁷iš Ašero­Šelomio sūnus Ahihudas,

²⁸and for the tribe of the children of Naphtali, a prince, Phedahel the son of Ammihud.

²⁸iš Neftalio­Amihudo sūnus Pedahelis”.

²⁹These are they whom Jehovah commanded to distribute to the children of Israel their inheritance in the land of Canaan.

²⁹Šitiems vyrams Viešpats įsakė padalyti Kanaano žemę izraelitams.
