¹And Job answered and said,

¹[Ny teny navalin'i Joba] Dia namaly Joba ka nanao hoe:

²How hast thou helped the powerless; how saved the arm that is without strength!

²Endrey! nanohana ny tsy manan-kery ianao sy nampahatanjaka ny sandry malemy!

³How hast thou counselled him that hath no wisdom, and abundantly declared the thing as it is!

³Ary nanolo-tsaina ny tsy hendry sy nampahafantatra izay fahendrena betsaka!

⁴For whom hast thou uttered words? and whose spirit came from thee?

⁴Iza no nandaharanao teny? Ary fanahin'izay no nivoaka avy tao aminao?

⁵The shades tremble beneath the waters and the inhabitants thereof;

⁵Ny matoatoa dia ampanaintainina Any ambanin'ny rano sy any ambanin'ny mponina any.

⁶Sheol is naked before him, and destruction hath no covering.

⁶Ny fiainan-tsi-hita miharihary eo anatrehany, ary ny fandringanana dia tsy mirakotra.[Heb. Sheola]

⁷He stretcheth out the north over empty space, he hangeth the earth upon nothing;

⁷Mamelatra ny lanitra avaratra ho eny ambonin'ny habakabaka Izy ary manantona ny tany amin'ny tsy misy.

⁸He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds, and the cloud is not rent under them.

⁸Fonosiny amin'ireo rahony matevina ny rano, nefa ny fanambanin'ny rahona tsy mety triatra.

⁹He covereth the face of his throne, he spreadeth his cloud upon it.

⁹Manakona ny seza fiandrianany tsy ho hitantsika Izy amin'ny amelarany ny rahony hanarona azy.

¹⁰He hath traced a fixed circle over the waters, unto the confines of light and darkness.

¹⁰Asiany faritra manodidina eny ambonin'ny rano. Hatramin'izay ihaonan'ny mazava sy ny maizina.

¹¹The pillars of the heavens tremble and are astonished at his rebuke.

¹¹Ny andrin'ny lanitra nihozongozona sady ankona amin'ny teny mafy ataony.

¹²He stirreth up the sea by his power, and by his understanding he smiteth through Rahab.

¹³By his Spirit the heavens are adorned; his hand hath formed the fleeing serpent.

¹³Ny fanahiny no mahatsara tarehy ny lanitra; Ny tànany no nitomboka ny menarana mandositra.Indro, ireny dia vao ny sisintsisin'ny alehany ihany aza, ary siosion-teny mamelovelo no andrenesantsika Azy; Fa raha ny fikotrokotroky ny heriny, iza moa no mahatakatra izany?

¹⁴Lo, these are the borders of his ways; but what a whisper of a word do we hear of him! And the thunder of his power, who can understand?

¹⁴Indro, ireny dia vao ny sisintsisin'ny alehany ihany aza, ary siosion-teny mamelovelo no andrenesantsika Azy; Fa raha ny fikotrokotroky ny heriny, iza moa no mahatakatra izany?
