1{To the chief Musician. On a stringed instrument. [A Psalm] of David.} Hear, O God, my cry; attend unto my prayer.
1[Fangatahan'ny mpanjaka efa nandositra, mba hampodin'Andriamanitra indray] Ho an'ny mpiventy hira. Hampiarahina amin'ny valiha. Nataon'i Davida. Henoy ny fitarainako, Andriamanitra ô; tandremo ny fivavako.
2From the end of the earth will I call unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: thou wilt lead me on to a rock which is too high for me.
2Any am-paran'ny tany no hiantsoako Anao raha reraka ny foko; ento aho ho any amin'ny vatolampy izay avo ka tsy tratro;
3For thou hast been a refuge for me, a strong tower from before the enemy.
3Fa aroko Hianao sy tilikambo mafy handosirako ny fahavalo.
4I will sojourn in thy tent for ever; I will take refuge in the covert of thy wings. Selah.
4Aoka hitoetra ao an-tranonao mandrakizay aho; aoka hialoka ao ambanin'ny fanomban'ny elatrao aho,
5For thou, O God, hast heard my vows; thou hast given [me] the inheritance of those that fear thy name.
5Fa Hianao, Andriamanitra ô efa nandre ny voadiko; efa nomenao ahy ny lovan'izay matahotra ny anaranao.
6Thou wilt add days to the days of the king: his years shall be as many generations.
6Halavao ny andron'ny mpanjaka; aoka ny taonany hahatratra ny taranaka maro.
7He shall abide before God for ever: bestow loving-kindness and truth, that they may preserve him.
7Aoka hitoetra eo anatrehan'Andriamanitra mandrakizay izy; famindram-po sy fahamarinana no tendreo hiaro azy;Ka dia izany no hankalazako ny anaranao mandrakizay, mba hanefako isan'andro ny voadiko.
8So will I sing forth thy name for ever, performing my vows from day to day.
8Ka dia izany no hankalazako ny anaranao mandrakizay, mba hanefako isan'andro ny voadiko.
