1And Jehovah said to Moses, Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh; for by a strong hand shall he let them go, and by a strong hand shall he drive them out of his land.
1യഹോവ മോശെയോടുഞാന് ഫറവോനോടു ചെയ്യുന്നതു നീ ഇപ്പോള് കാണുംശക്തിയുള്ള കൈ കണ്ടിട്ടു അവന് അവരെ വിട്ടയക്കും; ശക്തിയുള്ള കൈ കണ്ടിട്ടു അവരെ തന്റെ ദേശത്തുനിന്നു ഔടിച്ചുകളയും എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.
2And God spoke to Moses, and said to him, I am Jehovah.
2ദൈവം പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതെന്തെന്നാല്ഞാന് യഹോവ ആകുന്നു.
3And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, as the Almighty ùGod; but by my name Jehovah I was not made known to them.
3ഞാന് അബ്രാഹാമിന്നു യിസ്ഹാക്കിന്നും യാക്കോബിന്നും സര്വ്വശക്തിയുള്ള ദൈവമായിട്ടു പ്രത്യക്ഷനായി; എന്നാല് യഹോവ എന്ന നാമത്തില് ഞാന് അവര്ക്കും വെളിപ്പെട്ടില്ല.
4And I established also my covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their pilgrimage, in which they were sojourners.
4അവര് പരദേശികളായി പാര്ത്ത കനാന് ദേശം അവര്ക്കും കൊടുക്കുമെന്നു ഞാന് അവരോടു ഒരു നിയമം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
5And I have heard also the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians have forced to serve, and I have remembered my covenant.
5മിസ്രയീമ്യര് അടിമകളാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്ന യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ ഞരക്കം ഞാന് കേട്ടു എന്റെ നിയമം ഔര്ത്തുമിരിക്കുന്നു.
6Therefore say unto the children of Israel, I am Jehovah, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will deliver you from their service, and I will redeem you with a stretched-out arm, and with great judgments.
6അതുകൊണ്ടു നീ യിസ്രായേല് മക്കളോടു പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാല്ഞാന് യഹോവ ആകുന്നു; ഞാന് നിങ്ങളെ മിസ്രയീമ്യരുടെ ഊഴിയവേലയില്നിന്നു ഉദ്ധരിച്ചു അവരുടെ അടിമയില് നിന്നു നിങ്ങളെ വിടുവിക്കും; നീട്ടിയിരിക്കുന്ന ഭുജംകൊണ്ടും മഹാശിക്ഷാവിധികള്കൊണ്ടും നിങ്ങളെ വീണ്ടെടുക്കും.
7And I will take you to me for a people, and will be your God; and ye shall know that I, Jehovah your God, am he who bringeth you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.
7ഞാന് നിങ്ങളെ എനിക്കു ജനമാക്കിക്കൊള്കയും ഞാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്കു ദൈവമായിരിക്കയും ചെയ്യും. മിസ്രയീമ്യരുടെ ഊഴിയവേലയില്നിന്നു നിങ്ങളെ ഉദ്ധരിക്കുന്ന നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ഞാന് ആകുന്നു എന്നു നിങ്ങള് അറിയും.
8And I will bring you into the land concerning which I swore to give it unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob; and I will give it you for a possession: I am Jehovah.
8ഞാന് അബ്രാഹാമിന്നും യിസ്ഹാക്കിന്നും യാക്കോബിന്നും നലകുമെന്നു സത്യംചെയ്ത ദേശത്തേക്കു നിങ്ങളെ കൊണ്ടുപോയി അതു നിങ്ങള്ക്കു അവകാശമായി തരും.
9And Moses spoke thus to the children of Israel; but they did not listen to Moses from anguish of spirit, and from hard service.
9ഞാന് യഹോവ ആകുന്നു. മോശെ ഇങ്ങനെ തന്നേ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളോടു പറഞ്ഞുഎന്നാല് അവര് മനോവ്യസനംകൊണ്ടും കഠിനമായ അടിമവേലകൊണ്ടും മോശെയുടെ വാക്കു കേട്ടില്ല.
10And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,
10യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു
11Go in, speak unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, that he let the children of Israel go out of his land.
11നീ ചെന്നു മിസ്രയീംരാജാവായ ഫറവോനോടു യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളെ തന്റെ ദേശത്തുനിന്നു വിട്ടയപ്പാന് പറക എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.
12And Moses spoke before Jehovah, saying, Lo, the children of Israel do not hearken to me: how then should Pharaoh hearken to me, to me of uncircumcised lips?
12അതിന്നു മോശെയിസ്രായേല് മക്കള് എന്റെ വാക്കു കേട്ടില്ല; പിന്നെ ഫറവോന് എങ്ങനെ കേള്ക്കും? ഞാന് വാഗ്വൈഭവമുള്ളവനല്ലല്ലോ എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില് പറഞ്ഞു.
13And Jehovah spoke to Moses and to Aaron, and gave them a commandment to the children of Israel, and to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt.
13അനന്തരം യഹോവ മോശെയോടും അഹരോനോടും അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു, യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളെ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തു നിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവരെ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ അടുക്കലേക്കും മിസ്രയീം രാജാവായ ഫറവോന്റെ അടുക്കലേക്കും നിയോഗിച്ചയച്ചു.
14These are the heads of their fathers' houses: the sons of Reuben, the firstborn of Israel: Enoch and Phallu, Hezron and Carmi: these are the families of Reuben.
14അവരുടെ കുടുംബത്തലവന്മാര് ആരെന്നാല്യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ആദ്യജാതനായ രൂബേന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ഹനോക്, ഫല്ലൂ ഹെസ്രോന് , കര്മ്മി; ഇവ രൂബേന്റെ കുലങ്ങള്.
15-- And the sons of Simeon: Jemuel, and Jamin, and Ohad, and Jachin, and Zohar, and Saul the son of a Canaanitish woman: these are the families of Simeon.
15ശിമെയോന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്യെമൂവേല്, യാമീന് , ഔഹദ്, യാഖീന് , സോഹര്, കനാന്യസ്ത്രീയുടെ മകനായ ശൌല്; ഇവ ശിമെയോന്റെ കുലങ്ങള്.
16And these are the names of the sons of Levi, according to their generations: Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari. And the years of the life of Levi were a hundred and thirty-seven years.
16വംശപാരമ്പര്യപ്രകാരം ലേവിയുടെ പുത്രന്മാരുടെ പേരുകള് ഇവഗേര്ശോന് , കഹാത്ത്, മെരാരി; ലേവിയുടെ ആയുഷ്കാലം നൂറ്റിമുപ്പത്തേഴു സംവത്സരം ആയിരുന്നു.
17The sons of Gershon: Libni and Shimei, according to their families.
17ഗേര്ശോന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്കുടുംബസഹിതം ലിബ്നിയും ശിമെയിയും ആയിരുന്നു.
18And the sons of Kohath: Amram, and Jizhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel. And the years of the life of Kohath were a hundred and thirty-three years.
18കഹാത്തിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്അമ്രാം, യിസ്ഹാര്, ഹെബ്രോന് , ഉസ്സീയേല്; കഹാത്തിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം നൂറ്റിമുപ്പത്തുമൂന്നു സംവത്സരം.
19And the sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi: these are the families of Levi according to their generations.
19മെരാരിയുടെ പുത്രന്മാര്; മഹ്ളി, മൂശി, ഇവര് വംശപാരമ്പര്യപ്രകാരം ലേവിയുടെ കുലങ്ങള് ആകുന്നു.
20And Amram took Jochebed his aunt as wife; and she bore him Aaron and Moses. And the years of the life of Amram were a hundred and thirty-seven years.
20അമ്രാം തന്റെ പിതാവിന്റെ സഹോദരിയായ യോഖേബെദിനെ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചു; അവള് അവന്നു അഹരോനെയും മോശെയെയും പ്രസവിച്ചു; അമ്രാമിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം നൂറ്റി മുപ്പത്തേഴു സംവത്സരം ആയിരുന്നു.
21And the sons of Jizhar: Korah, and Nepheg, and Zicri.
21യിസ്ഹാരിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്കോരഹ്, നേഫെഗ്, സിക്രി.
22And the sons of Uzziel: Mishael, and Elzaphan, and Sithri.
22ഉസ്സീയേലിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്മീശായേല്, എല്സാഫാന് , സിത്രി.
23And Aaron took Elisheba, daughter of Amminadab, sister of Nahshon, as wife; and she bore him Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.
23അഹരോന് അമ്മീ നാദാബിന്റെ മകളും നഹശോന്റെ സഹോദരിയുമായ എലീശേബയെ ഭാര്യയായി പരിഗ്രഹിച്ചു; അവള് അവന്നു നാദാബ്, അബീഹൂ, എലെയാസാര്, ഈഥാമാര് എന്നിവരെ പ്രസവിച്ചു.
24And the sons of Korah: Assir, and Elkanah, and Abiasaph: these are the families of the Korahites.
24കോരഹിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്, അസ്സൂര്, എല്ക്കാനാ അബിയാസാഫ് ഇവ കോരഹ്യകുലങ്ങള്.
25And Eleazar Aaron's son took [one] of the daughters of Putiel as wife; and she bore him Phinehas: these are the heads of the fathers of the Levites according to their families.
25അഹരോന്റെ മകനായ എലെയാസാര് ഫൂതീയേലിന്റെ പുത്രിമാരില് ഒരുത്തിയെ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചു. അവള് അവന്നു ഫീനെഹാസിനെ പ്രസവിച്ചു; ഇവര് കുലം കുലമായി ലേവ്യകുടുംബത്തലവന്മാര് ആകുന്നു.
26This is that Aaron and Moses, to whom Jehovah said, Bring out the children of Israel from the land of Egypt according to their hosts.
26നിങ്ങള് യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളെ ഗണം ഗണമായി മിസ്രയീം ദേശത്തുനിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിപ്പിന് എന്നു യഹോവ കല്പിച്ച അഹരോനും മോശെയും ഇവര് തന്നേ.
27These are they who spoke to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the children of Israel from Egypt: this is that Moses and Aaron.
27യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളെ മിസ്രയീമില്നിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിപ്പാന് മിസ്രയീം രാജാവായ ഫറവോനോടു സംസാരിച്ചവര് ഈ മോശെയും അഹരോനും തന്നേ.
28And it came to pass on the day when Jehovah spoke to Moses in the land of Egypt,
28യഹോവ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുവെച്ചു മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്ത നാളില്ഞാന് യഹോവ ആകുന്നു;
29that Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, I am Jehovah: speak thou unto Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I say unto thee.
29ഞാന് നിന്നോടു കല്പിക്കുന്നതൊക്കെയും നീ മിസ്രയീംരാജാവായ ഫറവോനോടു പറയേണം എന്നു യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചു.
30And Moses said before Jehovah, Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips, and how will Pharaoh hearken unto me?
30അതിന്നു മോശെഞാന് വാഗൈ്വഭവമില്ലാത്തവന് ; ഫറവോന് എന്റെ വാക്കു എങ്ങനെ കേള്ക്കും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില് പറഞ്ഞു.
