1{To the chief Musician. On stringed instruments, upon Sheminith. A Psalm of David.} Jehovah, rebuke me not in thine anger, and chasten me not in thy hot displeasure.
1အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အမျက်တော်ထွက်၍ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အပြစ်တင်တော်မမူပါနှင့်။ ပြင်းစွာအမျက် ထွက်၍ ဆုံးမတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
2Be gracious unto me, Jehovah, for I am withered; Jehovah, heal me, for my bones tremble.
2အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ခွန်အားနည်း လှပါ၏။ ကယ်မသနားတော်မူပါ။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်အရိုးတို့သည် တုန်လှုပ်ကြပါ၏။ ကျန်းမာပကတိ ရှိစေတော်မူပါ။
3And my soul trembleth exceedingly: and thou, Jehovah, till how long?
3အကျွန်ုပ်စိတ်ဝိညာဉ်သည် အလွန်တုန်လှုပ်ပါ ၏။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အဘယ်မျှကာလ ပတ်လုံးနေတော်မူမည်နည်း။
4Return, Jehovah, free my soul; save me for thy loving-kindness' sake.
4အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ တဖန်ကြွလာ၍ အကျွန်ုပ် စိတ်ဝိညာဉ်ကို ကယ်ယူတော်မူပါ။ ကရုဏာတော်နှင့် အညီ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်တင်တော်မူပါ။
5For in death there is no remembrance of thee; in Sheol who shall give thanks unto thee?
5အကြောင်းမူကား၊ သေလျက်နေစဉ်တွင် ကိုယ် တော်ကို အောက်မေ့ခြင်းမရှိပါ။ မရဏနိုင်ငံတွင် ကျေးဇူး တော်ကို အဘယ်သူချီးမွမ်းပါမည်နည်း။
6I am wearied with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I dissolve my couch with my tears.
6အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ညည်းတွား၍ ပင်ပန်းလှပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်ခုတင်ကို ကိုယ်မျက်ရည်၌ တညဉ့်လုံးမျှော၍၊ အိပ်ရာကိုလည်း မွန်းစေပါ၏။
7Mine eye wasteth away through grief; it hath grown old because of all mine oppressors.
7ဝမ်းနည်းခြင်းအားဖြင့် မျက်စိပျက်၍၊ ရန်သူ များကြောင့် ပြာမှုန်လျက် ရှိပါ၏။
8Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for Jehovah hath heard the voice of my weeping.
8မတရားသဖြင့်ပြုသောသူအပေါင်းတို့၊ ငါ့ထံမှ ဖယ်သွားကြ။ ငါငိုကြွေးသံကို ထာဝရဘုရား ကြားတော် မူ၏။
9Jehovah hath heard my supplication; Jehovah receiveth my prayer.
9ငါတောင်းပန်ခြင်းကို ထာဝရဘုရား ကြားတော် မူ၏။ ငါပြုသော ပဌနာစကားကို ထာဝရဘုရား နာယူတော်မူ၏။ ငါ့ရန်သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် ရှက်ကြောက် ၍ ဆုံးရှုံးခြင်း ရှိကြလိမ့်မည်။ ချက်ခြင်းပြန်သွား၍ ရှက် ကြောက်ခြင်သို့ရောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
10All mine enemies shall be ashamed and tremble exceedingly; they will turn, they will be ashamed suddenly.
