¹{Shiggaion of David, which he sang to Jehovah, concerning the words of Cush the Benjaminite.} Jehovah my God, in thee have I trusted: save me from all my pursuers, and deliver me;

¹အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ် တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ခိုလှုံပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲသော သူအပေါင်းတို့၏လက်မှ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို နှုတ်ယူ၍ ကယ်တင် တော်မူပါ။

²Lest he tear my soul like a lion, crushing it while there is no deliverer.

²သို့မဟုတ်နှုတ်ယူသောသူမရှိစဉ်၊ ရန်သူသည် ခြင်္သေ့ကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်၏စိတ်ဝိညာဉ်ကို လုယူကိုက်ဖြတ် ပါလိမ့်မည်။

³Jehovah my God, if I have done this, if there be iniquity in my hands;

³အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ထိုသို့ပြုသော်၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်လက်မှာ အဓမ္မအမှုရှိသော်၎င်း၊

⁴If I have rewarded evil to him that was at peace with me; (indeed I have freed him that without cause oppressed me;)

⁴အကျွန်ုပ်နှင့် သင့်တင့်သောသူကို အကျွန်ုပ် ပြစ်မှား၍၊ အကြောင်းမရှိဘဲလျက် ရန်ပြုသောသူကို အကျွန်ုပ်ညှဉ်းဆဲသော်၎င်း၊ ထိုသို့သော အပြစ်တစုံတခု ရှိလျှင်၊

⁵Let the enemy pursue after my soul, and take [it], and let him tread down my life to the earth, and lay my glory in the dust. Selah.

⁵ရန်သူသည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ စိတ်ဝိညာဉ်ကိုလိုက်၍ မှီပါစေ။ အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ကို မြေပေါ်မှာနင်း၍၊အကျွန်ုပ် အသရေကို မြေမှုန့်၌ နှိမ့်ချပါစေ။

⁶Arise, Jehovah, in thine anger; lift thyself up against the raging of mine oppressors, and awake for me: thou hast commanded judgment.

⁶အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အမျက်တော် ထွက်၍ ထတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ရန်သူတို့ ပြင်းထန်ခြင်းကို ဆီးတား၍ အားထုတ်တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်အဘို့ နိုးတော် မူပါ။ တရားစီရင်ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူပါ။

⁷And the assembly of the peoples shall encompass thee; and for their sakes return thou on high.

⁷လူမျိုးတို့သည်စည်းဝေး၍ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ဝန်းရံ ကြလျက်၊ သူတို့အဘို့ မြင့်ရာအရပ်သို့ ပြန်ကြွတော်မူပါ။

⁸Jehovah shall minister judgment to the peoples. Judge me, Jehovah, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity which is in me.

⁸ထာဝရဘုရားသည် လူမျိုးတို့ကို တရားစီရင် တော်မူ၏။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်း ကို၎င်း၊ စုံလင်ခြင်းကို၎င်း ထောက်၍ အကျွန်ုပ်အမှုကို စီရင်ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူပါ။

⁹Oh let the wrong of the wicked come to an end, and establish thou the righteous [man]; even thou that triest the hearts and reins, the righteous God.

⁹မတရားသော သူတို့၏ ဓမ္မအမှုကိုဆုံးရှုံး၍၊ တရားသောသူတို့ကိုမြဲမြံစေတော်မူပါ။ တရားသဖြင့် ပြုတော်မူသော ဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် နှလုံးနှင့် ကျောက်ကပ်ကို စစ်တော်မူတတ်ပါ၏။

¹⁰My shield is with God, who saveth the upright in heart.

¹⁰သဘောဖြောင့်သောသူတို့ကို ကယ်တင်တတ် သော ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါ၏အကွယ်အကာဖြစ်တော် မူ၏။

¹¹God is a righteous judge, and a ùGod who is indignant all the day.

¹¹ဘုရားသခင်သည် တရားသဖြင့် စီရင်သော ဘုရားဖြစ်၍၊ မတရားသောသူကို အစဉ်အမျက် ထွက်တော်မူ၏။

¹²If one turn not, he will sharpen his sword; he hath bent his bow and made it ready,

¹²ထိုသူသည်မပြောင်းလဲလျှင် ထားတော်ကို သွေး တော်မူ၏။ လေးတော်ကိုတင်၍ ရွယ်တော်မူ၏။

¹³And he hath prepared for him instruments of death; his arrows hath he made burning.

¹³သေစေသော လက်နက်ကိုလည်း သူ့အဘို့ ပြင်ဆင်၍ မြှားတော်တို့ကို လောင်စေတော်မူ၏။

¹⁴Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, yea, he hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood:

¹⁴ထိုသူသည် ဒုစရိုက်ဘွားသော ဝေဒနာကို ခံရ ၏။ မကောင်းသော အကြံအစည်ကို ပဋိသန္ဓေယူ၍၊ စိတ်ပျက်ခြင်းကို ဘွားမြင်တတ်၏။

¹⁵He digged a pit, and hollowed it out, and is fallen into the hole that he made.

¹⁵တွင်းကိုလည်း နက်စွာတူးသဖြင့်၊ မိမိတူးသော တွင်းထဲသို့ မိမိကျတတ်၏။

¹⁶His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violence shall come down upon his own pate.

¹⁶မိမိမကောင်းသော အကြံအစည်သည် မိမိ ခေါင်းပေါ်မှာ ပြန်ရောက်၍၊ မိမိကြမ်းတမ်းသောအမှု သည် မိမိခေါင်းထိပ်ပေါ်မှာ သက်ရောက်တတ်၏။

¹⁷I will praise Jehovah according to his righteousness, and will sing forth the name of Jehovah the Most High.

¹⁷ငါမူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ တရားသောအမှု တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း၍၊ အမြင့်ဆုံးသောထာဝရဘုရား၏ နာမတော်ကို ထောမနာသီချင်းဆိုပါမည်။ ဒါဝိဒ်သည် ဗင်္ယာမိန် အမျိုးသားကုရှ၏စကားကြောင့် ထာဝရဘုရားရှေ့တော် ၌ အသံညှိ၍ဆိုသောဆာလံ။
