1{To the chief Musician. A Psalm of David.} The king shall joy in thy strength, Jehovah; and in thy salvation how greatly shall he rejoice.
1TOUPA aw, kumpipa tuh na hatna ah a nuam dinga, na hotdamna ah nuamsa na zoujen inchia!
2Thou hast given him his heart's desire, and hast not withholden the request of his lips. Selah.
2A lungtang deihlam lah na pia a, a muka a thil nget lah na phal lou kei hi. Selah.
3For thou hast met him with the blessings of goodness; thou hast set a crown of pure gold on his head.
3Hoihnaa vualzohnatein na dawn ngala: dangkaeng siangthou lallukhu na khusak hi.
4He asked life of thee; thou gavest [it] him, length of days for ever and ever.
4Aman tuh hinna hon ngena, na piaa khantawn khawtawna damna.
5His glory is great through thy salvation; majesty and splendour hast thou laid upon him.
5Na hotdamna ah a thupina a lian mahmah ahi: pahtawina leh thupina tungah na nga jel hi.
6For thou hast made him to be blessings for ever; thou hast filled him with joy by thy countenance.
6Khantawna dingin vualjawlna liantak muin na bawl ngala: Na ma a nopsaknain na kipak sak hi.
7For the king confideth in Jehovah: and through the loving-kindness of the Most High he shall not be moved.
7Kumpipan TOUPA tuh a muang ngala, tungnungpen chitna jiakin a ling kei ding hi.
8Thy hand shall find out all thine enemies; thy right hand shall find out those that hate thee.
8Na khutin nang hondoute tengteng tuh a zongkhe vek dinga: na khut taklamin nang hondoute a zongkhe ding hi.
9Thou shalt make them as a fiery furnace in the time of thy presence; Jehovah shall swallow them up in his anger, and the fire shall devour them:
9Na heh hun chiangin amau tuh haltuina mei kuang lutlut bangin na bawl ding. TOUPAN amau tuh hehin a valh khin dinga, meiin a kang mang mai ding hi.
10Their fruit shalt thou destroy from the earth, and their seed from among the children of men.
10A gahte uh lei akipan na hihmang dinga, a suante uh tuh mihing tate lak akipanin na hihmang behlap ding hi.
11For they intended evil against thee; they imagined a mischievous device, which they could not execute.
11Na tungah thil gilou hih a tum ngal ua; thil gilou a ngaihtuah khia ua, a hihtangtung thei ngal kei uhi.
12For thou wilt make them turn their back; thou wilt make ready thy bowstring against their face.
12Nang amau tuh na kihei sak dek ngala, na thalpeu khaute tuh a maitang uah laisain na bawl ding hi.TOUPA aw, na hatnaah pahtawiin hongomin: huchiin na thilhihtheihna phatin la ka sa ding uhi.
13Be thou exalted, Jehovah, in thine own strength: we will sing and celebrate thy power.
