1{To the chief Musician. On Jeduthun. A Psalm of David.} Upon God alone doth my soul rest peacefully; from him is my salvation.
1Ka hinna in Pathian kia a ngaka, amah akipan in ka hotdamna a hongpawt ding ahi.
2He only is my rock and my salvation; my high fortress: I shall not be greatly moved.
2Amah kia ka suangpi leh ka hon hondampa ahi. Ka insang ahia, nakpi takin ka ling kei ding hi.
3How long will ye assail a man; will ye [seek], all of you, to break him down as a bowing wall or a tottering fence?
3Noute tengtengin, hihlum dingin, bang awn bang leh gawl puk dekdek bangin, bangtan ahia mi khat na sual ding uh?
4They only consult to thrust [him] down from his excellency; they delight in lies; they bless with their mouth, but in their inward part they curse. Selah.
4A thupina akipana sawnkhe ding lelin a kihou ua; juau gen tuh a kipah lamtak uh ahia: a kam un a vualjawl ua, himahleh a lungsim un hamsia a loh jel ngal uhi. Selah.
5Upon God alone, O my soul, rest peacefully; for my expectation is from him.
5Ka hinna, Pathian kia ngakin; ka lametna amah kianga kipan a pawt ahi ngala.
6He only is my rock and my salvation; my high fortress: I shall not be moved.
6Amah kia ka suangpi leh ka hotdamna ahi: ka insang ahia; ka ling kei ding.
7With God is my salvation and my glory; the rock of my strength, my refuge is in God.
7Pathian kiangah ka hotdamna leh ka thupina a oma: ka hatna suangpi leh ka kihumbitna tuh Pathian ah a om hi.
8Confide in him at all times, ye people; pour out your heart before him: God is our refuge. Selah.
8Nou mipite aw, chiklai peuhin leng amah muang unla, na lungtang uh ama ah sungbua un: Pathian eia dingin kihumbitna ahi. Selah.
9Men of low degree are only vanity; men of high degree, a lie: laid in the balance, they go up together [lighter] than vanity.
9Mi nam niamte tuh bangmahlou lel ahi ua, mi nam liante leng juau lel ahi uhi: bukna ah a paitou ding ua; bangmahlou maimai sangin a jang jaw uhi.
10Put not confidence in oppression, and become not vain in robbery; if wealth increase, set not your heart upon it.
10Nuaisiahna muang kei unla; mi hiamgamhat suanin nei sam kei unla: hauhnate a hongkhan leh a tungah na lungtang uh nga kei un.
11Once hath God spoken, twice have I heard this, that strength [belongeth] unto God.
11Pathianin khatvei a gen a; hiai nihvei tak ka zata hi; thilhihtheihna tuh Pathian a ahi chih.Toupa aw, chitna tuh nanga mah ahi a: michih a thilhih bangbang un na thuk ngal jela.
12And unto thee, O Lord, [belongeth] loving-kindness; for *thou* renderest to every man according to his work.
12Toupa aw, chitna tuh nanga mah ahi a: michih a thilhih bangbang un na thuk ngal jela.
