¹Give ye thanks unto Jehovah; for he is good; for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever.

¹ خداوند را شکر کنید، زیرا که نیکوست و محبّت پایدار او ابدی است.

²Oh let Israel say, that his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever.

² بنی‌اسرائیل بگویند: «محبّت پایدار او ابدی است.»

³Oh let the house of Aaron say, that his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever.

³ کاهنان خداوند بگویند: «محبّت پایدار او ابدی است.»

⁴Oh let them that fear Jehovah say, that his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever.

⁴ تمام کسانی‌که از خداوند می‌ترسند، بگویند: «محبّت پایدار او ابدی است.»

⁵I called upon Jah in distress; Jah answered me [and set me] in a large place.

⁵ در هنگام پریشانی نزد خداوند دعا کردم. او دعایم را مستجاب کرد و مرا رهایی بخشید.

⁶Jehovah is for me, I will not fear; what can man do unto me?

⁶ خداوند با من است، پس نخواهم ترسید، انسان به من چه ‌می‌تواند بکند؟

⁷Jehovah is for me among them that help me; and I shall see [my desire] upon them that hate me.

⁷ خداوند در کنار من و یاور من است، پس بر دشمنان خود پیروز خواهم شد.

⁸It is better to trust in Jehovah than to put confidence in man;

⁸ توکّل کردن بر خداوند، بهتر از اعتماد داشتن به انسان است.

⁹It is better to trust in Jehovah than to put confidence in nobles.

⁹ توکّل کردن بر خداوند، بهتر از اعتماد داشتن بر رهبران است.

¹⁰All nations encompassed me; but in the name of Jehovah have I destroyed them.

¹⁰ هر چند تمام اقوام جهان محاصره‌ام كردند، امّا با نام خداوند همه را شکست دادم.

¹¹They encompassed me, yea, encompassed me; but in the name of Jehovah have I destroyed them.

¹¹ آنها از هر طرف احاطه‌ام نمودند، ولی با قدرت خداوند، آنها را از بین بردم.

¹²They encompassed me like bees; they are quenched as the fire of thorns: for in the name of Jehovah have I destroyed them.

¹² آنها مانند زنبور بر من هجوم آوردند و مانند شعله‌های آتش دورم را گرفتند، امّا با کمک خداوند آنها را نابود كردم.

¹³Thou hast thrust hard at me that I might fall; but Jehovah helped me.

¹³ بر من هجوم آوردند تا مرا شکست دهند امّا خداوند به کمک من رسید.

¹⁴My strength and song is Jah, and he is become my salvation.

¹⁴ خداوند قوّت من، توانایی من و نجات‌دهندهٔ من است.

¹⁵The voice of triumph and salvation is in the tents of the righteous: the right hand of Jehovah doeth valiantly;

¹⁵ فریاد شادی پیروزی را از چادر‌های قوم خدا بشنوید که می‌گویند: «دست پُر قدرت خداوند این پیروزی را نصیب ما ساخته است.»

¹⁶The right hand of Jehovah is exalted, the right hand of Jehovah doeth valiantly.

¹⁶ من نخواهم مرد، بلکه زنده خواهم ماند تا کارهای خداوند را بیان نمایم.

¹⁷I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of Jah.

¹⁷ گرچه خداوند مرا به سختی تنبیه نمود، ولی نگذاشت که بمیرم.

¹⁸Jah hath chastened me sore; but he hath not given me over unto death.

¹⁸ دروازه‌های معبد بزرگ را برایم باز کنید تا به آنجا وارد شوم و خداوند را ستایش کنم.

¹⁹Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will enter into them; Jah will I praise.

¹⁹ این دروازهٔ خداوند است، فقط نیکوکاران می‌توانند از آن وارد شوند.

²⁰This is the gate of Jehovah: the righteous shall enter therein.

²⁰ از اینکه دعای مرا مستجاب فرمودی و به من پیروزی عطا کردی، از تو سپاسگزارم.

²¹I will give thee thanks, for thou hast answered me, and art become my salvation.

²¹ سنگی را که معماران رد کردند، اکنون مهمترین سنگ بنا شده است.

²²[The] stone which the builders rejected hath become the head of the corner:

²² این کار خداوند است که به نظر ما عجیب می‌آید.

²³This is of Jehovah; it is wonderful in our eyes.

²³ این است روزی که خداوند ساخته است، بیایید تا با هم شادی کنیم و آن را جشن بگیریم.

²⁴This is the day that Jehovah hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

²⁴ خداوندا! التماس می‌کنیم ما را نجات دهی، آه ای خداوند تمنّا می‌کنیم که به ما پیروزی عطا كنی.

²⁵Oh save, Jehovah, I beseech thee; Jehovah, I beseech thee, oh send prosperity!

²⁵ مبارک باد آن کسی‌که به نام خداوند می‌آید، ما شما را از معبد بزرگ خداوند برکت می‌دهیم.

²⁶Blessed be he that cometh in the name of Jehovah. We have blessed you out of the house of Jehovah.

²⁶ خداوند، خدایی است که ما را سعادت بخشیده است. شاخه‌ها را به دست بگیرید و قربانگاه او را طواف کنید.

²⁷Jehovah is ùGod, and he hath given us light: bind the sacrifice with cords, -- up to the horns of the altar.

²⁷ تو خدای من هستی، من از تو سپاسگزارم و تو را ستایش می‌کنم. خداوند را سپاس بگویید، زیرا که نیکوست و محبّت پایدار او ابدی است.

²⁸Thou art my ùGod, and I will give thee thanks; my God, I will exalt thee.

²⁸ خداوند را سپاس بگویید، زیرا که نیکوست و محبّت پایدار او ابدی است.

²⁹Give ye thanks unto Jehovah; for he is good; for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever.
