¹For we know that if our earthly tabernacle house be destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

¹ Zama iri ga bay kaŋ, da ndunnya bukka wo, kaŋ ra iri go ga goro halaci, iri gonda cinari Irikoy do, fu kaŋ i mana te da kambe no, hal abada wane beena ra.

²For indeed in this we groan, ardently desiring to have put on our house which [is] from heaven;

² Zama haciika, woodin ra no iri go ga duray. Iri ga ba gumo iri ma sutura nd'iri nangora kaŋ ga ti beene wano.

³if indeed being also clothed we shall not be found naked.

³ Zama da Irikoy n'iri sutura nd'a, i s'iri gar iri go koonu.

⁴For indeed we who are in the tabernacle groan, being burdened; while yet we do not wish to be unclothed, but clothed, that [what is] mortal may be swallowed up by life.

⁴ Haciika, iri kaŋ go bukka wo ra, iri go ga duray, iri gonda tiŋay mo, zama iri si ba i ma woodin kaa iri gaa bo, amma iri ga ba Irikoy m'iri sutura, hala fundi _hal abada|_ ma haŋ kaŋ ga aniya ka bu gon.

⁵Now he that has wrought us for this very thing [is] God, who also has given to us the earnest of the Spirit.

⁵ Nga mo kaŋ n'iri soola haya din se ga ti Irikoy, kaŋ n'iri no Biya _Hanno|_ a ma ciya daymi kayandiyaŋ.

⁶Therefore [we are] always confident, and know that while present in the body we are absent from the Lord,

⁷(for we walk by faith, not by sight;)

⁸we are confident, I say, and pleased rather to be absent from the body and present with the Lord.

⁸ Oho, iri gonda bine-gaabi. A bisa iri se mo iri ma fay da gaahamo wo ka koy goro fu Rabbi do.

⁹Wherefore also we are zealous, whether present or absent, to be agreeable to him.

⁹ Woodin sabbay se, iri anniya ga ti iri ma bara mate kaŋ ga kaan Rabbi se, d'iri goro ne wala d'iri fay da ne.

¹⁰For we must all be manifested before the judgment-seat of the Christ, that each may receive the things [done] in the body, according to those he has done, whether [it be] good or evil.

¹⁰ Zama tilas no iri boro kulu ma bangay Almasihu ciiti karga jine, hal iri boro fo kulu ma du nga teerey boŋ kaŋ a te waato kaŋ a go gaahamo ra, da ihanno no wala ilaalo no.

¹¹Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord we persuade men, but have been manifested to God, and I hope also that we have been manifested in your consciences.

¹¹ Za kaŋ iri ga bay mate kaŋ iri ga humburu Rabbi nd'a, iri go ga borey cabe. Amma banganteyaŋ no iri go Irikoy jine. Ay ga miila iri go bangante araŋ bine lasaabey jine mo.

¹²[For] we do not again commend ourselves to you, but [we are] giving to you occasion of boast in our behalf, that ye may have [such] with those boasting in countenance, and not in heart.

¹² Iri si iri boŋ sifa koyne araŋ se, amma iri go g'araŋ no daama araŋ ma fooma nd'iri, hal araŋ ma du haŋ kaŋ araŋ ga tu d'a borey se kaŋ yaŋ go ga fooma nda taray alhaali, manti nda bine ra wane.

¹³For whether we are beside ourselves, [it is] to God; or are sober, [it is] for you.

¹³ D'iri boŋey koma mo, a go Irikoy se. Wala nd'iri go iri laakaley ra, a go araŋ se.

¹⁴For the love of the Christ constrains us, having judged this: that one died for all, then all have died;

¹⁴ Zama Almasihu baakasina go g'iri tuti, zama iri yadda da woone: boro folloŋ bu boro kulu se, yaadin gaa ikulu bu nooya.

¹⁵and he died for all, that they who live should no longer live to themselves, but to him who died for them and has been raised.

¹⁵ A bu ikulu se mo hala borey kaŋ yaŋ go ga funa ma si ye ka funa ngey boŋ se, amma bora din se kaŋ bu ka tun i se.

¹⁶So that *we* henceforth know no one according to flesh; but if even we have known Christ according to flesh, yet now we know [him thus] no longer.

¹⁶ Woodin sabbay se, hunkuna banda iri si ye ka boro fo bay koyne borey lasaabey boŋ. Oho, baa iri na Almasihu bay borey lasaabey boŋ, kulu nda yaadin iri si tonton k'a bay da woodin koyne.

¹⁷So if any one [be] in Christ, [there is] a new creation; the old things have passed away; behold all things have become new:

¹⁷ Boro kaŋ go Almasihu ra, a ciya takahari taji nooya. Hari zeeney bisa, guna mo, itajiyaŋ kaa.

¹⁸and all things [are] of the God who has reconciled us to himself by [Jesus] Christ, and given to us the ministry of that reconciliation:

¹⁸ Amma hayey din kulu, Irikoy do no i fun. A n'iri sasabandi nda nga boŋ Almasihu do, k'iri no sasabandiyaŋ goyo.

¹⁹how that God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, not reckoning to them their offences; and putting in us the word of that reconciliation.

¹⁹ Sasabandiyaŋo wo ga ti: Irikoy go Almasihu ra ga ndunnya sasabandi nda nga boŋ, a si g'i taaley lasaabu i se mo. A binde na sasabandiyaŋ sanno talfi iri gaa.

²⁰We are ambassadors therefore for Christ, God as [it were] beseeching by us, we entreat for Christ, Be reconciled to God.

²⁰ Yaadin gaa, iri ya wakiiluyaŋ no Almasihu se, danga Irikoy go iri ra ga borey yaamar. Iri g'araŋ suurandi Almasihu se: «Araŋ ma saba nda Irikoy!»

²¹Him who knew not sin he has made sin for us, that *we* might become God's righteousness in him.

²¹ Almasihu kaŋ mana zunubi kulu te, Irikoy n'a daŋ a ma ciya zunubi iri se, hal iri mo, iri ma ciya adilitaray kaŋ Irikoy ga no Almasihu ra.
