2 Corinthians

4

1Therefore, having this ministry, as we have had mercy shewn us, we faint not.
1 Yaadin gaa, za kaŋ iri gonda saajaw goyo wo, mate kaŋ cine iri du suuji, iri si lakaw.
2But we have rejected the hidden things of shame, not walking in deceit, nor falsifying the word of God, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every conscience of men before God.
2 Amma iri na haawi hari tugantey furu. Iri siino ga diraw te da carmay. Iri si Irikoy Sanno diibi-diibi k'a sara mo. Amma cimi bangandiyaŋo do no iri g'iri boŋ kaa taray boro kulu bine lasaabu se Irikoy jine.
3But if also our gospel is veiled, it is veiled in those that are lost;
3 Amma d'iri Baaru Hanna go daabante, a go ga daabu ngey kaŋ yaŋ goono ga halaci se.
4in whom the god of this world has blinded the thoughts of the unbelieving, so that the radiancy of the glad tidings of the glory of the Christ, who is [the] image of God, should not shine forth [for them].
4 Zamana wo irikoyo na danawtaray daŋ borey kaŋ yaŋ si ga cimandi laakaley ra, hala Baaru Hanna annura ma si kaari i se. Baaru Hanna din darza ga ti Almasihu. Nga no ga ti Irikoy alhaalo.
5For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus Lord, and ourselves your bondmen for Jesus' sake.
5 Zama manti iri bumbey boŋ no iri goono ga waazu bo, amma iri goono ga waazu ka ne Almasihu Yesu ya Rabbi no, iri bumbey mo, araŋ bannyayaŋ no Yesu sabbay se.
6Because [it is] the God who spoke that out of darkness light should shine who has shone in our hearts for the shining forth of the knowledge of the glory of God in [the] face of [Jesus] Christ.
6 Zama Irikoy kaŋ ne: «Annura ga kaari ka fun kubay ra,» nga din no ka kaari iri biney ra zama Irikoy darza bayra ma kaari iri gaa Yesu Almasihu moyduma ra.
7But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the surpassingness of the power may be of God, and not from us:
7 Amma iri gonda arzaka wo botogo sintiliyaŋ ra, hala dabari wo kaŋ ga beeri gumo ma ciya Irikoy wane, kaŋ mana fun iri do.
8every way afflicted, but not straitened; seeing no apparent issue, but our way not entirely shut up;
8 Iri go kankami ra kambu kulu haray, amma iri mana motti. Iri laakal ga tun, amma manti hal iri ma laakal kaa beeja gaa.
9persecuted, but not abandoned; cast down, but not destroyed;
9 Iri go gurzugay ra, amma Irikoy mana iri furu. I n'iri zeeri, amma iri mana halaci.
10always bearing about in the body the dying of Jesus, that the life also of Jesus may be manifested in our body;
10 Alwaati kulu iri go ga Yesu buuyaŋo jare iri gaahamey ra, hala Yesu fundo mo ma bangay iri gaahamey ra.
11for we who live are always delivered unto death on account of Jesus, that the life also of Jesus may be manifested in our mortal flesh;
11 Zama iri kaŋ go ga funa, alwaati kulu i go g'iri nooyandi buuyaŋ se Yesu sabbay se, hala Yesu fundo mo ma bangay iri gaahamey kaŋ ga aniya ka bu ra.
12so that death works in us, but life in you.
12 Yaadin gaa, buuyaŋ go ga goy iri ra, amma fundi go ga goy araŋ ra.
13And having the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, I have believed, therefore have I spoken; *we* also believe, therefore also we speak;
13 Iri gonda cimbeeri biya* kaŋ ga saba nda sanno kaŋ i hantum ka ne: «Ay cimandi, woodin se no ay salaŋ.» Iri mo go ga cimandi, woodin sabbay se no iri go ga salaŋ.
14knowing that he who has raised the Lord Jesus shall raise us also with Jesus, and shall present [us] with you.
14 Zama iri bay kaŋ nga kaŋ na Rabbi Yesu tunandi ka kaa buuyaŋ ra g'iri mo tunandi Yesu banda, ka in d'araŋ kayandi a jine.
15For all things [are] for your sakes, that the grace abounding through the many may cause thanksgiving to abound to the glory of God.
15 Zama hayey din kulu go no araŋ sabbay se, hala gomno kaŋ go ga baa ka tonton boro boobo do ma naŋ saabuyaŋ ma baa Irikoy darza se.
16Wherefore we faint not; but if indeed our outward man is consumed, yet the inward is renewed day by day.
16 Woodin sabbay se, iri si lakaw. Baa iri alhaali banganta ga hasara, kulu nda yaadin iri alhaali tuganta go ga taji zaari ka koy zaari.
17For our momentary [and] light affliction works for us in surpassing measure an eternal weight of glory;
17 Zama hal abada darza kaŋ iri ga du neesiyaŋo ga baa ka bisa iri kankami kayna, alwaati kayniyaw wane neesijo.
18while we look not at the things that are seen, but at the things that are not seen; for the things that are seen [are] for a time, but those that are not seen eternal.
18 Iri si ga hayey kaŋ mo ga di guna, kala day hayey kaŋ mo si di. Zama hayey kaŋ mo ga di ga ti alwaati kayna ra wane yaŋ. Amma hayey kaŋ mo si di, hal abada wane yaŋ no.
