2 Corinthians

3

1Do we begin again to commend ourselves? or do we need, as some, commendatory letters to you, or [commendatory] from you?
1 Iri ye ka sintin k'iri boŋ sifa nooya? Wala, sanda mate kaŋ cine boro fooyaŋ ga te, iri ga laami nda sifayaŋ tirey kaŋ i ga hantum araŋ se, wala wo kaŋ yaŋ araŋ ga hantum?
2*Ye* are our letter, written in our hearts, known and read of all men,
2 Araŋ wo, araŋ ga ti iri tira hantumanta iri biney ra, kaŋ boro kulu ga bay a gaa k'a caw mo.
3being manifested to be Christ's epistle ministered by us, written, not with ink, but [the] Spirit of [the] living God; not on stone tables, but on fleshy tables of [the] heart.
3 Zama taray kwaaray no a go kaŋ araŋ ya Almasihu tira no kaŋ fun iri saajaw goyo do, hantumante manti nda dawa bo, amma da Irikoy Biya fundikoono. Irikoy Biya man'a hantum tondi walhẽy gaa, amma walhẽy kaŋ go biney ra, basi wane yaŋ gaa no.
4And such confidence have we through the Christ towards God:
4 Naanayo wo dumi go iri se Irikoy gaa Almasihu do.
5not that we are competent of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves, but our competency [is] of God;
5 Manti sanda iri bumbey hina ra no iri ga hin ka hay fo lasaabu sanda a fun iri bumbey do, amma iri wasayaŋo ga fun Irikoy do.
6who has also made us competent, [as] ministers of [the] new covenant; not of letter, but of spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit quickens.
6 Nga no k'iri no hina iri ma goro alkawli tajo goy-teeriyaŋ. Manti biir'ize alkawli bo, amma Biya* _Hanno|_ wane. Zama biir'ize ga wi no, amma Biya _Hanno|_ ga funandi no.
7(But if the ministry of death, in letters, graven in stones, began with glory, so that the children of Israel could not fix their eyes on the face of Moses, on account of the glory of his face, [a glory] which is annulled;
7 Amma da _asariya|_ goyo kaŋ kande buuyaŋ, kaŋ i hantum da biir'izeyaŋ tondiyaŋ gaa furo nda darza, hala Israyla* izey mana du ka Musa moyduma guna, a moyduma darza sabbay se (baa kaŋ darza no kaŋ ga bisa),
8how shall not rather the ministry of the Spirit subsist in glory?
8 mate no Biya _Hanno|_ goyo ga te ka jaŋ darza ka bisa yaadin?
9For if the ministry of condemnation [be] glory, much rather the ministry of righteousness abounds in glory.
9 Da ciiti-ka-zeeriyaŋ goyo mo ciya darza hari, sanku fa goyo kaŋ ga kande adilitaray Irikoy jine!
10For also that [which was] glorified is not glorified in this respect, on account of the surpassing glory.
10 Haciika, wo kaŋ gonda darza waato sinda beera din sohõ, zama darza kaŋ ga bis'a gumo go no.
11For if that annulled [was introduced] with glory, much rather that which abides [subsists] in glory.
11 Zama nda woodin kaŋ goono ga bisa gonda darza, sanku fa wo kaŋ goono ga goro!
12Having therefore such hope, we use much boldness:
12 Za kaŋ iri gonda beejo wo dumi, iri ga goy da bine-gaabi gumo.
13and not according as Moses put a veil on his own face, so that the children of Israel should not fix their eyes on the end of that annulled.
13 Iri si te danga Musa cine, kaŋ ga bangum ka nga moyduma daabu zama Israyla izey ma si di haŋ kaŋ go ga bisa bananta.
14But their thoughts have been darkened, for unto this day the same veil remains in reading the old covenant, unremoved, which in Christ is annulled.
14 Amma i laakaley daabu, zama hala hõ, waati kaŋ i ga Alkawli Zeena caw, bangumo din go no. A mana fun zama Almasihu ra hinne no a ga ban.
15But unto this day, when Moses is read, the veil lies upon their heart.
15 Amma hala hõ, waati kaŋ i ga Musa tira caw, bangum go g'i biney daabu.
16But when it shall turn to [the] Lord, the veil is taken away.)
16 Amma waati kaŋ boro ga bare ka ye Rabbi do, kulu bangumo ga fun.
17Now the Lord is the Spirit, but where the Spirit of [the] Lord [is, there is] liberty.
17 Rabbi no ga ti Biya din. Nangu kaŋ Rabbi Biya go, noodin no burcinitaray bara.
18But *we* all, looking on the glory of the Lord, with unveiled face, are transformed according to the same image from glory to glory, even as by [the] Lord [the] Spirit.
18 Iri goono ga Rabbi darza guna sanda diji ra cine da moyduma kaŋ si daabante. Iri kulu goono ga bare mo alhaalo wo ra, darza ka koy darza do. Darza wo mo Rabbi Biya do no a ga fun.
