34

1And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
1 Rabbi sanno kaa ay do koyne ka ne:
2Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy; and say unto them, unto the shepherds, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Woe to the shepherds of Israel that feed themselves! Should not the shepherds feed the flock?
2 «Boro izo, ma annabitaray te Israyla hawjiyey boŋ, ma annabitaray te. Ma ne hawjiyey din se: Wa maa haŋ kaŋ Rabbi Irikoy ci. A ne: Kaari, Israyla hawjiyey! kaŋ ngey boŋ no i ga kuru. Manti a ga hagu hawjiyey ma feeji kurey kuru bo?
3Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool; ye kill them that are fattened: [but] ye feed not the flock.
3 Araŋ goono ga inaasey ŋwa, araŋ ga bankaaray te da i hamney, araŋ ga biiriyaŋ waney wi ka ŋwa, amma araŋ si kurey kuru.
4The weak have ye not strengthened, nor have ye healed the sick, and ye have not bound up [what was] broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought for that which was lost; but with harshness and with rigour have ye ruled over them.
4 Araŋ si wo kaŋ yaŋ fam gaabandi, araŋ si doorikomey yayandi, haŋ kaŋ ceeri mo, araŋ s'a dabu. Haŋ kaŋ te boŋdaray mo, araŋ si ye ka kand'a, haŋ kaŋ daray, araŋ s'a ceeci, amma gaabi-nda-gaabi no araŋ n'i may.
5And they were scattered because there was no shepherd; and they became meat to all the beasts of the field, and were scattered.
5 I kar ka say-say hawji jaŋay sabbay se. I ciya ganji ham kulu se ŋwaari hari, i say-say nooya.
6My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and upon every high hill, and my sheep have been scattered upon all the face of the earth, and there was none that searched, or that sought for them.
6 Ay feejey te boŋdaray tondi kuukey ra nangu kulu, da tudu beerey boŋ. Oho, ay feejey say-say ndunnya fando kulu boŋ. Ceeciko si no, boro kulu si no kaŋ g'i ceeci.
7Therefore, ye shepherds, hear the word of Jehovah:
7 Wa maa fa, ya araŋ hawjiyey, Rabbi sanno neeya:
8[As] I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, verily because my sheep have been a prey, and my sheep have been meat to every beast of the field, because there was no shepherd, and my shepherds searched not for my flock, but the shepherds fed themselves, and fed not my flock,
8 Yaa no Rabbi, Koy Beero ci: ay ze d'ay fundo, za kaŋ ay kuro ciya wongu kuyaŋ hari, ay feejey ciya ŋwaari hari ganji hamey kulu se, zama kuruko si no se, ay hawjiyey mo mana ay feejey ceeci, amma hawjiyey soobay ka ngey boŋ kuru no, i mana ay feejey wo kuru --
9-- therefore, ye shepherds, hear the word of Jehovah.
9 wa maa fa, ya araŋ hawjiyey, wa maa Rabbi sanno!!
10Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my sheep at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the flock: that the shepherds may feed themselves no more; and I will deliver my sheep from their mouth, that they may not be food for them.
10 Rabbi, Koy Beero ne: A go, ay ga gaaba nda hawjiyey, i kambe ra mo no ay g'ay feejey ceeci, ay g'i daŋ i ma fay da feejey kuruyaŋ. Hawjiyey din si ye ka ngey boŋ kuru mo koyne. Ay g'ay feejey faaba ka kaa i meyey ra, ay feejey ma si ye ka ciya i ŋwaari hari koyne.»
11For thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold I, [even] I, will both search for my sheep, and tend them.
11 Zama yaa no Rabbi, Koy Beero ci: «A go, Ay bumbo g'ay feejey ceeci, ya i ce gana mo.
12As a shepherd tendeth his flock in the day that he is among his scattered sheep, so will I tend my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places whither they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.
12 Sanda mate kaŋ cine hawji ga nga feejey ce gana waati kaŋ a go i banda, d'i kar ka say, yaadin cine no ay mo, ay g'ay feejey ce gana. Ay g'i faaba nangey kulu ra kaŋ i n'i say ka kond'ey kubay da beene hiiriyaŋ hane.
13And I will bring them out from the peoples, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land; and I will feed them upon the mountains of Israel by the water-courses, and in all the habitable places of the country.
13 Ay g'i margu ka fun d'ey ndunnya dumey ra, da laabu waani-waaney ra, k'i sambu ka kond'ey ngey laabo ra. Ay g'i kuru mo Israyla tondi kuukey boŋ, da hari zurey meyey gaa, da laabo nangey kulu kaŋ ra borey goono ga goro.
14I will feed them in a good pasture, and upon the high mountains of Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie down in a good fold, and in a fat pasture they shall feed upon the mountains of Israel.
14 Ay g'i kuru kuray nangu hanno ra, Israyla tondi kuukey boŋ no i ga kuru. Noodin mo no i ga kani kali hanno ra, nangu albarkante ra mo no i ga kuru Israyla tondey zumbanta boŋ.
15I will myself feed my flock, and I will cause them to lie down, saith the Lord Jehovah.
15 Ay bumbo no g'ay feejey kuru, ka kond'ey naŋ-kaniya do. Yaadin no Rabbi, Koy Beero ci.
16I will seek the lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up the broken, and will strengthen that which was sick; but I will destroy the fat and the strong: I will feed them with judgment.
16 Ay ga wo kaŋ daray ceeci, wo kaŋ i gaaray mo, ay ma ye ka kand'a. Wo kaŋ ceeri mo y'a dabu, wo kaŋ gonda doori y'a gaabandi, amma inaasey da gaabikooney, ay g'i halaci. Ciiti hanno no ay g'i kuru nd'a.
17And as for you, my flock, thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I judge between sheep and sheep, between the rams and the he-goats.
17 Araŋ binde, ya ay kuro, yaa no Rabbi, Koy Beero ci: A go, ay ga ciiti dumbu feejey da care game ra, feeji gaarey da hincin jindey kulu game ra mo.
18Is it too small a thing unto you to have eaten up the good pastures, but ye must tread down with your feet the rest of your pastures; and to have drunk of the settled waters, but ye must foul the rest with your feet?
18 Mate no? Hay fo kayna no araŋ se, kaŋ araŋ kuru kuray nangu hanna ra, hala koyne araŋ m'araŋ kuray nangu cindo taamu-taamu nd'araŋ cey? Araŋ na hari kaŋ ga hanan tisiyu haŋ, hala mo koyne wo kaŋ cindi araŋ m'a ye ka butugu nd'araŋ cey?
19And my sheep have to eat that which ye have trodden with your feet, and to drink that which ye have fouled with your feet.
19 Ay feeji cindey ma wo kaŋ araŋ taamu-taamu nd'araŋ cey din ŋwa, i ma wo kaŋ araŋ n'a butugu nd'araŋ ce din haŋ, wala?
20Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah unto them: Behold, [it is] I, and I will judge between the fat sheep and the lean sheep.
20 Rabbi, Koy Beero binde ne i se: A go, in d'ay boŋ no ga ciiti dumbu, inaasey da ifaabey game ra.
21Because ye thrust with side and with shoulder, and push all the weak ones with your horns, till ye have scattered them abroad,
21 Za kaŋ araŋ tuti nd'araŋ gaahamey d'araŋ jase boŋey, araŋ na londibuunay kulu tuti ka zeeri nd'araŋ hilley, hal araŋ n'i kar ka say-say --
22-- I will save my flock, that they may no more be a prey; and I will judge between sheep and sheep.
22 woodin sabbay se kala ay m'ay kalo faaba. I si ye ka ciya wongu kuyaŋ hari koyne. Alman da alman game ra no ay ga ciito dumbu.
23And I will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them, even my servant David: he shall feed them, and he shall be their shepherd.
23 Ay ga hawji folloŋ daŋ i banda, a m'i kuru, sanda ay tamo Dawda nooya. Nga bumbo no g'i kuru, a ga ciya i hawji.
24And I Jehovah will be their God, and my servant David a prince in their midst: I Jehovah have spoken [it].
24 Ay, Rabbi mo, ay ga ciya i Irikoyo, ay tamo Dawda mo mayraykoy no i jine. Ay, Rabbi, ay no ka ci.
25And I will make with them a covenant of peace, and will cause evil beasts to cease out of the land; and they shall dwell in safety in the wilderness, and sleep in the woods.
25 Ay ga laakal kanay alkawli te mo, in d'ey game ra. Ay ga naŋ ganji ham laaley ma ban laabo ra, zama feejey ma goro baani samay saajo ra, i ma jirbi mo saajo tuuri zugey ra.
26And I will make them and the places round about my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in its season: there shall be showers of blessing.
26 Ngey nda ngey boŋ, d'ay tondo windanta nangey ra mo, ay g'i ciya albarka hari. Ay ga naŋ beene hari ma kaa nga alwaato ra, beena ga te hari, albarka wane.
27And the tree of the field shall yield its fruit, and the earth shall yield its increase; and they shall be in safety in their land, and shall know that I [am] Jehovah, when I have broken the bands of their yoke and delivered them out of the hand of those that kept them in servitude.
27 Farey tuurey ga hay, laabo ga nga nafa kaa taray, i ga goro baani samay ngey laabo ra mo. I ga bay mo kaŋ ay no ga ti Rabbi, waati kaŋ ay n'i tamtaray calo ceeri, ay n'i faaba mo koyne wo kaŋ yaŋ do i go tamtaray kambe ra.
28And they shall no more be a prey to the nations, neither shall the beast of the earth devour them; but they shall dwell in safety, and none shall make them afraid.
28 I si ye ka ciya wongu kuyaŋ hari dumi cindey din se koyne. Ganji ham mo si ye k'i ŋwa koyne, kal i ma goro baani samay. Boro fo kulu si no kaŋ g'i humburandi.
29And I will raise up for them a plant of renown, and they shall be no more consumed with hunger in the land, neither bear the ignominy of the nations any more.
29 Ay ga du i se tilamyaŋ nangu albarkante. I si ye ka tonton ka halaci da haray koyne laabo ra. Dumi cindey si ye k'i wow koyne.
30And they shall know that I Jehovah their God [am] with them, and that they, the house of Israel, are my people, saith the Lord Jehovah.
30 Gaa no i ga bay kaŋ ay, Rabbi ngey Irikoyo, ay go ngey banda. Ngey mo, Israyla dumo, ay boroyaŋ no. Yaadin no Rabbi, Koy Beero ci.
31And ye, my flock, the flock of my pasture, are men: I [am] your God, saith the Lord Jehovah.
31 Araŋ wo, ay feejey, ay kuray nango feejey, araŋ ya boroyaŋ no, ay mo no ga ti araŋ Irikoyo. Yaadin no Rabbi, Koy Beero ci.»
