Ezekiel

7

1And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
1 Rabbi sanno kaa ay do koyne ka ne:
2And thou, son of man, thus saith the Lord Jehovah unto the land of Israel: An end, the end is come upon the four corners of the land.
2 Ni binde, boro izo, ya-cine no Rabbi, Koy Beero goono ga ci Israyla laabo boŋ: Kokoray! Kokoray no ga kaa laabo lokoto taaca gaa!
3Now is the end upon thee; and I will send mine anger upon thee, and will judge thee according to thy ways, and will bring upon thee all thine abominations.
4And mine eye shall not spare thee, neither will I have pity; but I will bring thy ways upon thee, and thine abominations shall be in the midst of thee; and ye shall know that I [am] Jehovah.
Gaa no araŋ ga bay kaŋ ay no ga ti Rabbi.
5Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: An evil, an only evil! behold, it is come.
5 Yaa no Rabbi, Koy Beero ci: He, masiiba! Hay kulu si kala masiiba! A go, a goono ga kaa!
6The end is come, the end is come; it awaketh against thee: behold, it cometh.
6 Bananta goono ga kaa! Bananta kaa! Guna, a mo hay ka gaaba nda nin! A kaa fa!
7The doom is come unto thee, inhabitant of the land; the time is come, the day is near, -- tumult, and not the joyous cry from the mountains.
Alwaato kaa! Zaaro maan, laakal tunay zaari nooya, manti tondi kuukey boŋ farhã kosongu zaari no bo!
8Now will I soon pour out my fury upon thee, and accomplish mine anger against thee; and I will judge thee according to thy ways, and will bring upon thee all thine abominations.
9And mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: I will render unto thee according to thy ways, and thine abominations shall be in the midst of thee; and ye shall know that it is I, Jehovah, that smite.
Gaa no araŋ ga bay kaŋ ay, Rabbi no, goono g'araŋ gooji.
10Behold the day, behold, it is come: the doom is gone forth; the rod hath blossomed, pride is full blown.
10 A go, hano neeya! Guna, zaaro kaa! Ni waado fatta! Goobo kaŋ ni ga haŋ zay, boŋbeeray zaada.
11Violence is risen up into a rod of wickedness: nothing of them [shall remain], nor of their multitude, nor of their wealth, nor of the magnificence in the midst of them.
11 Toonya tun ka ciya laala goobu. Hay fo si no kaŋ ga cindi i ra, wala i jama ra, wala i arzakey ra, wala i darza beera ra.
12The time is come, the day draweth near: let not the buyer rejoice, nor the seller mourn; for fierce anger is upon all the multitude thereof.
13For the seller shall not return to that which is sold, even though he were yet alive amongst the living: for the vision is touching the whole multitude thereof; it shall not be revoked; and none shall through his iniquity assure his life.
13 Zama neerako si ye ka du haya kaŋ nga neera koyne, baa day kaŋ a gonda fundi jina. Zama bangando kaŋ salaŋ i jama marga kulu boŋ, boro kulu s'a tuusu. Boro si no kaŋ ga nga fundo hallasi laala kaŋ a te din sabbay se.
14They have blown the trumpet and made all ready, but none goeth to the battle; for my fierce anger is upon all the multitude thereof.
14 I na hilli kar! I soola parkatak! Amma boro kaŋ ga koy wongo do si no, zama ay futu i jama kulu se gumo.
15The sword is without, and the pestilence and the famine within: he that is in the field shall die by the sword; and he that is in the city, famine and pestilence shall devour him.
15 Takuba go taray, balaaw nda haray mo go kwaara ra. Boro kaŋ go fari, takuba g'a wi. Boro kaŋ go gallo ra mo, haray da balaaw g'a ŋwa.
16And they that escape of them shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them moaning, every one for his iniquity.
16 Amma borey kaŋ yaŋ ga yana din, i ga yana ka hima sanda gooru ra koloŋay kaŋ go tondi kuukuyaŋ boŋ. I kulu go ga hẽ, afo kulu nga laala sabbay se.
17All hands shall be feeble, and all knees shall melt into water.
17 Kambey kulu ga ciya londibuunoyaŋ, kanjey kulu mo sinda kayyaŋ gaabi sanda hari cine.
18And they shall gird on sackcloth, and horror shall cover them; and shame shall be upon all faces, and baldness upon all their heads.
18 I ga bufu zaara haw ngey gaahamey gaa, jijiriyaŋ g'i daabu, haawi ga goro i moydumey kulu gaa, boŋ hamni koosu ka windi mo go i kulu boŋey gaa.
19They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be as an impurity: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of Jehovah's wrath; they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their belly; for it hath been the stumbling-block of their iniquity.
19 I ga ngey nzarfey catu kwaara fondey gaa, i wura mo ga ciya sanda kazaamataray hari. I nzarfey d'i wurey si hin k'i faaba Rabbi futay korna zaaro ra. I si hin mo ka ngey bumbey fundi laamey bana, i si ngey gundey toonandi mo, zama i arzaka ciya i laala sabaabo.
20And he set in majesty his beautiful ornament; but they made therein the images of their abominations [and] of their detestable things: therefore have I made it an impurity unto them.
20 Rabbi taalamo booro sanni mo, i n'a bare ka te boŋbeeray hari. I n'a dan ka te himandiyaŋ, ngey fanta harey da ngey fanta jinayey wane. Woodin se no ay mo n'a ciya fanta hari i se.
21And I will give it into the hands of strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for a spoil; and they shall profane it.
21 Ay g'a daŋ yawyaŋ kambe ra, a ma ciya wongu arzaka, a ma ciya ndunnya boro laaley se wongu ra kuyaŋ hari, i g'a ziibandi mo.
22And I will turn my face from them; and they shall profane my secret [place]; and the violent shall enter into it, and profane it.
22 Ay ga banda bare i gaa. Yawey mo g'ay gundu nango ziibandi, zayyaŋ no ga furo k'a ziibandi.
23Make the chain; for the land is full of bloody crimes, and the city is full of violence.
23 I ma sisiro te, zama laabo to da kuri alhakku, gallo mo to da care toonye.
24Therefore will I bring the worst of the nations, and they shall possess their houses; and I will make the pride of the strong to cease; and their sanctuaries shall be profaned.
24 Woodin se no ay mo ga dumi kaŋ ga laala ka bisa ndunnya dumey kulu candi ka kande i gaa, i g'i windey ŋwa mo. Ay ga gaabikooney boŋbeera ban, i g'i nangu hanantey ziibandi mo.
25Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, but there shall be none.
25 Waati kaŋ gurzugay ga kaa, borey ga baani ceeci, i si du a mo.
26Mischief shall come upon mischief, and rumour shall be upon rumour; and they shall seek a vision from a prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the elders.
26 Masiiba ga masiiba banda gana, ruubu ga kaa ruubu boŋ. I ga bangandi ceeci annabi do, amma asariya ga daray alfaga* se, saaware mo ga daray arkusu zeeney se.
27The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed with dismay, and the hands of the people of the land shall tremble: I will do unto them according to their way, and with their judgments will I judge them; and they shall know that I [am] Jehovah.
27 Bonkoono ga bu baray te, mayraykoy ga laakal kaa gaakasinay duure gaa, laabo borey kambey ga jijiri mo. Ay ga goy i se i muraadey boŋ, i ciito boŋ no ay g'i ciiti. I ga bay mo kaŋ ay no ga ti Rabbi.
