1And Jehovah said unto me, Go again, love a woman beloved of a friend, and an adulteress, according to the love of Jehovah for the children of Israel, though they turn to other gods, and love raisin-cakes.
1 Rabbi ne ay se koyne: «Ma ye ka koy hala hõ, ka ba waybora kaŋ a aro ga ba r'a din, baa kaŋ zina-teeri no. Mate kaŋ Rabbi ga ba Israyla izey, baa kaŋ i bare ka tooru fooyaŋ gana, hal i ga ba ngey ma reyzin takula salle i se.»
2So I bought her to me for fifteen silver [pieces], and for a homer of barley, and a half-homer of barley.
2 Kal ay n'a fansa* ay boŋ se, nzarfu kilo jare cine, da sayir* masangu gumbutu fo da jare.
3And I said unto her, Thou shalt abide for me many days; thou shalt not play the harlot, and thou shalt not be [another] man's, and I will also be for thee.
3 Gaa no ay ne a se: «Ni ga goro ay do jirbi boobo. Ni ma si waykuurutaray te, ni si ciya boro fo wande mo. Yaadin no ay mo ga goro ni se.»
4For the children of Israel shall abide many days without king, and without prince, and without sacrifice, and without statue, and without ephod and teraphim.
4 Zama Israyla izey ga te jirbi boobo kaŋ i sinda bonkooni wala koy, i sinda tooru sargay* wala tooru kayante mo, i sinda gunayaŋ hari wala fu-kali.
5Afterwards shall the children of Israel return, and seek Jehovah their God, and David their king; and shall turn with fear toward Jehovah and toward his goodness, at the end of the days.
5 Woodin banda Israyla izey ga ye ka kaa ka Rabbi ngey Irikoyo ceeci, i ga ngey bonkoono Dawda mo ceeci. I ga kaa Rabbi nda nga gomno do da jijiriyaŋ zamaney bananta ra.
