Isaiah

50

1Thus saith Jehovah: Where is the bill of your mother's divorce, whom I have put away? or which of my creditors is it to whom I have sold you? Behold, through your iniquities have ye sold yourselves, and for your transgressions is your mother put away.
1 Yaa no Rabbi ci: Man hiijay fayyaŋ tira kaŋ ay na ni nya fay d'a? Wala ay gar-hãakoy ra woofo se no ay n'araŋ neera? Wa guna, araŋ goy laaley sabbay se no i n'araŋ neera, Araŋ taaley sabbay se mo no i n'araŋ nyaŋo fay.
2Wherefore did I come, and there was no man? I called, and there was none to answer? Is my hand at all shortened that I cannot redeem, or have I no power to deliver? behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea, I make rivers a wilderness; their fish stink because there is no water, and die for thirst.
2 Waato kaŋ ay kaa binde, ifo se no ay mana boro kulu gar? Waato kaŋ ay ce mo, ifo se no tuuko kulu si no? Ay kamba dunguriya gumo no kaŋ ga naŋ ay si hin ka fansa te? Wala mo ay si hin ka boro kaa kambe no? Guna, ay kaatiyaŋo no ay ga teeko koogandi nd'a. Ay ga isey bare ka te saaji, Hal i hari hamey ma fumbu zama hari si no, I ga bu mo hari jaw sabbay se.
3I clothe the heavens with blackness, and I make sackcloth their covering.
3 Ay ga beeney daabu nda kubay bi, Danga haŋ kaŋ i daabu nda bufu zaara.
4The Lord Jehovah hath given me the tongue of the instructed, that I should know how to succour by a word him that is weary. He wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the instructed.
4 Rabbi, Koy Beero n'ay no talibiyaŋ deene, Zama ay ma bay mate kaŋ cine no ay ga fargante gaabandi nda sanni. Susubay kulu no a g'ay tunandi jirbi, A g'ay hangey feeri mo zama ay ma maa sanda talibi cine.
5The Lord Jehovah hath opened mine ear, and I was not rebellious; I turned not away back.
5 Rabbi, Koy Beero n'ay hangey feeri. Ay mana murteyaŋ te, ay mana banda bare mo.
6I gave my back to smiters, and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair; I hid not my face from shame and spitting.
6 Ay n'ay banda no karkoy se. Ay n'ay garbey mo no hamni dagukoy se. Yan'ay moyduma tugu haawi nda yollo tufayaŋ se mo.
7But the Lord Jehovah will help me: therefore shall I not be confounded; therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed.
7 Zama Rabbi, Koy Beero no g'ay gaa, Woodin se no yana di kayna. Woodin sabbay se no ay n'ay moyduma sinji sanda captu tondi, Ay bay mo kaŋ ay si haaw.
8He is near that justifieth me: who will contend with me? let us stand together; who is mine adverse party? let him draw near unto me.
8 Bora kaŋ g'ay hanandi ga maan, May no ga kand'ay kalima? Iri ma tun ka kay care banda. May no g'ay zeeri ciiti gaa? A ma maan ay.
9Behold, the Lord Jehovah will help me; who is he that shall condemn me? Behold, they all shall grow old as a garment; the moth shall eat them up.
9 A go, Rabbi, Koy Beero no g'ay gaa. May no bora kaŋ g'ay ciiti ka zeeri? A go, i kulu ga zeen sanda kwaay, Naana-baano g'i ŋwa.
10Who is among you that feareth Jehovah, that hearkeneth to the voice of his servant? he that walketh in darkness, and hath no light, -- let him confide in the name of Jehovah, and stay himself upon his God.
10 May no araŋ ra, bora kaŋ ga humburu Rabbi, Kaŋ goono ga a tamo sanno gana, Kaŋ goono ga dira kubay ra, kaŋ a koy sinda kaari? Kal a ma de Rabbi maa gaa, A ma jeeri nga Irikoyo gaa.
11Behold, all ye that kindle a fire, that compass yourselves about with sparks: walk in the light of your fire, and among the sparks [that] ye have kindled. This shall ye have of my hand: ye shall lie down in sorrow.
11 Guna, araŋ kulu kaŋ goono ga danji diyandi ka yulbe haw, Kal araŋ ma dira araŋ danjey kaaro ra d'araŋ yulbey kaŋ araŋ diyandi din game ra. Woodin araŋ g'a ta ay kambe ra, Bone ra no araŋ ga kani.
