1And he said to his disciples, It cannot be but that offences come, but woe [to him] by whom they come!
1 Yesu ne nga talibey se: «A si te hartayaŋ sabaabey ma jaŋ ka kaa, amma kaari nga kaŋ do no i goono ga fun ka kaa!
2It would be [more] profitable for him if a millstone were hanged about his neck and he cast into the sea, than that he should be a snare to one of these little ones.
2 Dambe day bora se i ma fufuyaŋ* tondi sarku a jinda gaa k'a jindaw teeko ra, a ga bisa a ma daŋ afolloŋ zanka kayney wo ra i ma taali te.
3Take heed to yourselves: if thy brother should sin, rebuke him; and if he should repent, forgive him.
3 Araŋ ma haggoy d'araŋ boŋ. Da ni nya-ize na zunubi te ni se, kala ma deen'a gaa. D'a tuubi, m'a yaafa.
4And if he should sin against thee seven times in the day, and seven times should return to thee, saying, I repent, thou shalt forgive him.
4 D'a na zunubi te ni se hala sorro iyye zaari fo ra, hala sorro iyye mo a ma ye ni do ka ne: ‹Ay tuubi,› kulu ni m'a yaafa.»
5And the apostles said to the Lord, Give more faith to us.
5 Diyey mo ne Rabbi se: «Ma cimbeeri* tonton iri se.»
6But the Lord said, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard [seed], ye had said to this sycamine tree, Be thou rooted up, and be thou planted in the sea, and it would have obeyed you.
6 Rabbi ne: «D'araŋ gonda cimbeeri sanda mutard* ize cine, doŋ d'araŋ ne durmi nyaŋo wo se: ‹Ma dagu ka koy sinji teeko ra,› kal a ma maa araŋ se k'a te.
7But which of you [is there] who, having a bondman ploughing or shepherding, when he comes in out of the field, will say, Come and lie down immediately to table?
7 Amma may no araŋ game ra kaŋ gonda bannya nga fari ra ga far, wala a go alman banda, d'a fun fari a ga ne a se: ‹Kaa sohõ-sohõ ka goro ka ŋwa?›
8But will he not say to him, Prepare what I shall sup on, and gird thyself and serve me that I may eat and drink; and after that *thou* shalt eat and drink?
9Is he thankful to the bondman because he has done what was ordered? I judge not.
9 Ngo, a ga bannya din saabu zama a te hayey kaŋ i ci a se?
10Thus *ye* also, when ye shall have done all things that have been ordered you, say, We are unprofitable bondmen; we have done what it was our duty to do.
10 Yaadin mo no araŋ wo: waato kaŋ araŋ te hay kulu kaŋ i ci araŋ se, kal araŋ ma ne: ‹Iri ya bannyayaŋ no kaŋ sinda nafa. Iri te haŋ kaŋ ga hima iri se iri ma te.› »
11And it came to pass as he was going up to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.
11 Waato kaŋ Yesu goono ga koy Urusalima, kal a gana ka bisa Samariya nda Galili ra.
12And as he entered into a certain village ten leprous men met him, who stood afar off.

14And seeing [them] he said to them, Go, shew yourselves to the priests. And it came to pass as they were going they were cleansed.
14 Waato kaŋ a di ey, a ne i se: «Wa koy k'araŋ boŋ cabe alfagey se.» A go no mo, i diraw ra, i n'i hanandi.
15And one of them, seeing that he was cured, turned back, glorifying God with a loud voice,
15 I ra afo, waato kaŋ a di nga du baani, kal a ye ka kaa da jinde beeri ka darza no Irikoy se.
16and fell on [his] face at his feet giving him thanks: and *he* was a Samaritan.
16 A ye ganda ka gande biri Yesu jine, a goono ga saabu a se. Day nga wo Samariya boro no.
17And Jesus answering said, Were not the ten cleansed? but the nine, where [are they]?
17 Yesu tu ka ne: «Manti i na iway din hanandi? To, man yagga din?
18There have not been found to return and give glory to God save this stranger.
18 I mana du boro kulu kaŋ ye ka kaa ka darza no Irikoy se kala day mebaraw wo hinne?»
19And he said to him, Rise up and go thy way: thy faith has made thee well.
19 Yesu ne a se mo: «Tun ka koy ni koyyaŋ. Ni cimbeero no ka ni no baani.»
20And having been asked by the Pharisees, When is the kingdom of God coming? he answered them and said, The kingdom of God does not come with observation;
20 Kaŋ Farisi* fonda borey na Yesu hã alwaati kaŋ cine no Irikoy koytara ga kaa, a tu i se ka ne: «Irikoy koytara si kaa da fonnayyaŋ.
21nor shall they say, Lo here, or, Lo there; for behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you.
21 I si ne mo: ‹Guna ne!› wala: ‹Guna yongo!› Zama guna, Irikoy koytara go araŋ game ra.»
22And he said to the disciples, Days are coming, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and shall not see [it].
22 Yesu ne nga talibey se mo: «Jirbiyaŋ go kaa kaŋ yaŋ ra araŋ ga beeje araŋ ma di zaari folloŋ Boro Izo zaarey ra, amma araŋ si di a.
23And they will say to you, Lo here, or Lo there; go not, nor follow [them].
23 I ga ne araŋ se: ‹Guna yongo!› wala: ‹Guna ne!› Wa si koy, wa s'i gana.
24For as the lightning shines which lightens from [one end] under heaven to [the other end] under heaven, thus shall the Son of man be in his day.
24 Zama mate kaŋ maliyaŋ ga mali za beene kuray fo ka kwaarandi hala ya-haray kura gaa, yaadin mo no Boro Izo ga bara nd'a nga zaaro ra.
25But first he must suffer many things and be rejected of this generation.

26And as it took place in the days of Noe, thus also shall it be in the days of the Son of man:

28and in like manner as took place in the days of Lot: they ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
28 Yaadin cine no a bara Lotu jirbey ra mo: i goono ga ŋwa, i goono ga haŋ, i goono ga day, i goono ga neera, i goono ga duma, i goono ga cina.
29but on the day that Lot went out from Sodom, it rained fire and sulphur from heaven, and destroyed all [of them]:
29 Amma hano kaŋ hane Lotu fun Saduma* ra, kala danji nda sufar* dooru ka fun beena ra, k'i kulu halaci.
30after this [manner] shall it be in the day that the Son of man is revealed.
30 Yaadin mo no a ga bara hano kaŋ hane Boro Izo ga bangay.
31In that day, he who shall be on the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not go down to take it away; and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back.
31 Zaaro din ra, boro kaŋ go fu boŋ, a arzaka mo go fuwo ra, a ma si zumbu k'a sambu. Boro kaŋ go fari mo ma si ye banda dunkayo do.
32Remember the wife of Lot.
32 Araŋ ma fongu Lotu wando.
33Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it, and whosoever shall lose it shall preserve it.
33 Boro kulu kaŋ ga ceeci nga ma nga fundo faaba, a fundo ga daray. Amma boro kulu kaŋ ga nga fundo nooyandi, a g'a hallasi.
34I say to you, In that night there shall be two [men] upon one bed; one shall be seized and the other shall be let go.
34 Ay ga ne araŋ se: cino din ra boro hinka ga bara daari fo boŋ, i g'afo sambu k'afa naŋ.

35 Wayboro hinka ga bara nangu fo ga fufu care banda. I g'afa sambu k'afa naŋ.
36[Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be seized and the other let go.]
36 Boro hinka ga bara fari fo ra. I g'afa sambu k'afa naŋ.»
37And answering they say to him, Where, Lord? And he said to them, Where the body [is], there the eagles will be gathered together.
37 I tu a se ka ne: «Man gaa, Rabbi?» A ne i se: «Nangu kaŋ jifa go, noodin no gaadagey mo ga margu.»
