Psalms

1

1Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the wicked, and standeth not in the way of sinners, and sitteth not in the seat of scorners;
1 Albarkante no boro kaŋ si boro laaley saawara gana, A si kay zunubikooney fondey ra, A si goro mo hahaaraykoy nangora ra.
2But his delight is in Jehovah's law, and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
2 Amma a kaani maayaŋ kulu si kala Rabbi asariya* ra, A asariya ra mo no a ga soobay ka miila cin da zaari.
3And he [is] as a tree planted by brooks of water, which giveth its fruit in its season, and whose leaf fadeth not; and all that he doeth prospereth.
3 Nga wo ga ciya sanda tuuri-nya kaŋ i tilam hari zuray me gaa, Kaŋ ga nga izey hay nga alwaato ra. A kobta mo si lakaw, Haŋ kaŋ a ga te me-a-me mo ga te albarka.
4The wicked are not so; but are as the chaff which the wind driveth away.
4 Manti yaadin cine no boro laaley bara nd'a bo, Amma i ga hima sanda du kaŋ haw ga faaru.
5Therefore the wicked shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
5 Woodin sabbay se no boro laaley si du ka kay ciiti zaaro ra, Zunubikooney mo si kay adilantey jama ra.
6For Jehovah knoweth the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked shall perish.
6 Zama Rabbi ga adilantey fonda bay, Amma boro laaley fonda ga halaci.
