1{A Song of degrees.} I lift up mine eyes unto the mountains: whence shall my help come?
1 Zijiyaŋ dooni no. Ay ga boŋ sambu ka tondi kuukey guna. Man gaa no ay gaakasina ga fun?
2My help [cometh] from Jehovah, who made the heavens and the earth.
2 To, Rabbi do no ay gaakasina ga fun, Nga kaŋ na beena nda ganda te.
3He will not suffer thy foot to be moved; he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
3 A si naŋ ni cey ma tansi, Nga kaŋ goono ga ni batu, a si dusungu bo.
4Behold, he that keepeth Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
4 Guna, nga kaŋ goono ga Israyla batu, A si dusungu, a si jirbi mo.
5Jehovah is thy keeper, Jehovah is thy shade upon thy right hand;
5 Rabbi no ga ti ni batukwa. Rabbi no ga ti ni se bi ni kambe ŋwaari gaa.
6The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
6 Zaari, wayna si ni kar, wala cin, handu kwaaray.
7Jehovah will keep thee from all evil; he will keep thy soul.
7 Rabbi ga ni hallasi ka ni wa da goy laalo kulu, A ga ni fundo haggoy.
8Jehovah will keep thy going out and thy coming in, from henceforth and for evermore.
8 Rabbi ga ni fattayaŋ da ni furoyaŋ kulu haggoy, Za sohõ ka koy hal abada.
