1{A Psalm of David: dedication-song of the house.} I will extol thee, Jehovah; for thou hast delivered me, and hast not made mine enemies to rejoice over me.
1 Baytu. I m'a doon Rabbi fuwo hanandiyaŋo hane. Dawda wane no.
2Jehovah my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.
2 Ya Rabbi, ay ga ni zamu, zama ni n'ay sambu beene, Ni mana naŋ ay ibarey ma farhã ay boŋ.
3Jehovah, thou hast brought up my soul from Sheol, thou hast quickened me from among those that go down to the pit.
3 Ya Rabbi ay Irikoyo, ay hẽ ni gaa, Ni n'ay no baani mo.
4Sing psalms unto Jehovah, ye saints of his, and give thanks in remembrance of his holiness.
4 Ya Rabbi, ni n'ay fundo kaa taray a ma fun Alaahara, Ni n'ay fundo yeti waato kaŋ ay gunguray ka koy guuso ra.
5For a moment [is passed] in his anger, a life in his favour; at even weeping cometh for the night, and at morn there is rejoicing.
5 Ya araŋ a ganakoy, wa baytu te Rabbi se, W'a saabu a hananyaŋo se.
6As for me, I said in my prosperity, I shall never be moved.
6 Zama a futa, sanda mo-ka-miyaŋ misa cine no, A gomno mo ga to fundi muudu. Hẽeni ga hanna cin folloŋ, Amma mo boyaŋ ga kande farhã zamuuyaŋ.
7Jehovah, by thy favour thou hadst made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face; I was troubled.
7 Ay wo kay, ay laakal kanay gora ra ay ne: «I s'ay zinjandi hal abada.»
8I called to thee, Jehovah, and unto the Lord did I make supplication:
8 Ya Rabbi, ni gomno boŋ ni naŋ ay tondi kuuko ma sinji nda gaabi. Ni na ni moyduma tugu, ay binde boŋ haw.
9What profit is there in my blood, in my going down to the pit? shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
9 Ya Rabbi, ay hẽ ni gaa, Ay Koyo gaa no ay ŋwaaray.
10Hear, O Jehovah, and be gracious unto me; Jehovah, be my helper.
10 Nafa fo ka bara ay kuro gaa d'ay gunguray ka do guuso ra? Laabu bulungo ga ni sifa no? Wala a ga ni cimo baaru fe no?
11Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing; thou hast loosed my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
11 Ya Rabbi, ma maa, ma gomni goy te ay se! Ya Rabbi, ma ciya ay gaako!
12That [my] glory may sing psalms of thee, and not be silent. Jehovah my God, I will praise thee for ever.
12 Ni n'ay bine sara bare ka ciya gaani, Ni n'ay seew bankaarayey feeri, Ni n'ay guddama da bine kaani.
13 Zama ay bina ma sifayaŋ baytu te ni se, A ma si dangay mo. Ya Rabbi, ay Irikoyo, ay ga saabuyaŋ te ni se hal abada.
