1{Of David. Instruction.} Blessed is he [whose] transgression is forgiven, [whose] sin is covered!

2Blessed is the man unto whom Jehovah reckoneth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile!
2 Albarkante no alboro kaŋ Rabbi si laala lasaabu a se, Kaŋ sinda gulinci nga biya ra mo.
3When I kept silence, my bones waxed old, through my groaning all the day long.
3 Waati kaŋ cine ay dangay, Ay biriyey zeenu ay wurro kaŋ ay foy ka te sabbay se.
4For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me; my moisture was turned into the drought of summer. Selah.
4 Zama cin da zaari ni kamba ga tin ay boŋ. I n'ay darza bare ka ciya sanda hayni waate koogay cine. (Wa dangay)
5I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity I covered not; I said, I will confess my transgressions unto Jehovah, and *thou* forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.

6For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee at a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they will not reach him.

7Thou art a hiding-place for me; thou preservest me from trouble; thou dost encompass me with songs of deliverance. Selah.

8I will instruct thee and teach thee the way in which thou shalt go; I will counsel [thee] with mine eye upon thee.
8 Ay ga ni bayrandi, ay ga ni dondonandi fonda kaŋ ni ga gana din ra, Ay ma ni no saaware, ay moy go ni boŋ.
9Be ye not as a horse, as a mule, which have no understanding: whose trappings must be bit and bridle, for restraint, or they will not come unto thee.
9 Wa si ciya sanda bari wala alambaana kaŋ yaŋ sinda carmay fo. I taalamey ga ti alzam da kasiji kaŋ i g'i gooji nd'a. Da manti yaadin no, i si maan ni do bo.
10Many sorrows hath the wicked; but he that confideth in Jehovah, loving-kindness shall encompass him.
10 Bine saray bambata no ga ciya laalakoy baa, Amma boro kaŋ de Rabbi gaa, Baakasinay suuji ga te a se kali.
11Rejoice in Jehovah, and be glad, ye righteous; and shout for joy, all ye upright in heart.
11 Ya araŋ adilantey, wa te bine kaani ka farhã Rabbi do. Araŋ kulu kaŋ yaŋ biney ga saba, Wa kuuwa farhã sabbay se.
