61

1{To the chief Musician. On a stringed instrument. [A Psalm] of David.} Hear, O God, my cry; attend unto my prayer.
1 Doonkoy jine bora se. I m'a doon da moolo beeri karyaŋ. Dawda wane no.
2From the end of the earth will I call unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: thou wilt lead me on to a rock which is too high for me.
2 Ya Irikoy, ma maa ay hẽeno se, Ma hanga jeeri ay adduwa se mo.
3For thou hast been a refuge for me, a strong tower from before the enemy.
3 Za ndunnya me no ay ga ni ce, Waati kaŋ ay bina gaze. M'ay candi ka kond'ay tondo kaŋ ga ku da ay do.
4I will sojourn in thy tent for ever; I will take refuge in the covert of thy wings. Selah.
4 Zama ni ya koruyaŋ do no ay se, Cinari gaabikooni mo no kaŋ ra ay ga tugu ay ibare se.
5For thou, O God, hast heard my vows; thou hast given [me] the inheritance of those that fear thy name.
5 Naŋ ay ma goro ni bukka ra duumi, Naŋ ay ma kosaray ceeci ni fatey biyo cire. (Wa dangay)
6Thou wilt add days to the days of the king: his years shall be as many generations.
6 Zama nin, ya Irikoy, ni maa ay sartey, Borey kaŋ yaŋ ga humburu ni maa, ni n'ay no i tubo gaa.
7He shall abide before God for ever: bestow loving-kindness and truth, that they may preserve him.
7 Ni ga bonkoono fundi jirbey kuukandi, A jiirey mo ga baa sanda zamana boobo.
8So will I sing forth thy name for ever, performing my vows from day to day.
8 A ga goro Irikoy jine hal abada. Ni ma baakasinay suuji nda cimi daŋ kaŋ g'a haggoy.
9 Yaadin gaa no ay ga sifaw baytu te ni maa gaa duumi, Zama ay m'ay sartey toonandi zaari kulu.
