5

1Therefore having been justified on the principle of faith, we have peace towards God through our Lord Jesus Christ;
1 Sohõ binde, za kaŋ Irikoy n'iri ciya adilante _nga jine|_ zama iri cimandi, iri gonda laakal kanay iri nda Irikoy game ra, iri Rabbi Yesu Almasihu do.
2by whom we have also access by faith into this favour in which we stand, and we boast in hope of the glory of God.
2 A do mo no iri du furoyaŋ fondo cimbeeri do, ka furo gomno wo ra, kaŋ ra iri goono ga kay. Iri goono ga farhã ka beeje daŋ mo Irikoy darza gaa.
3And not only [that], but we also boast in tribulations, knowing that tribulation works endurance;
3 Manti woodin hinne mo no bo, amma iri ga farhã mo kankami ra, zama iri ga bay kaŋ kankami no ga kookari hay.
4and endurance, experience; and experience, hope;
4 Kookari mo ga kande zaama gosiyaŋ ra, gosiyaŋ ra zaama mo ga kande beeje.
5and hope does not make ashamed, because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by [the] Holy Spirit which has been given to us:
5 Beeje mo si boro haawandi, zama Biya* Hanna, kaŋ Irikoy n'iri no, n'iri biney toonandi da Irikoy baakasina.
6for we being still without strength, in [the] due time Christ has died for [the] ungodly.
6 Zama za iri go londibuunoyaŋ, Almasihu bu alwaati toonanta ra borey kaŋ yaŋ wangu Irikoy se.
7For scarcely for [the] just [man] will one die, for perhaps for [the] good [man] some one might also dare to die;
7 Da cat no boro ga bu adilante se, amma hambara boro fo ga te bine-gaabi ka bu boro hanno se.
8but God commends *his* love to us, in that, we being still sinners, Christ has died for us.
8 Amma Irikoy go ga nga baakasina cabe iri se, zama, za iri go zunubikooniyaŋ no, Almasihu bu iri se.
9Much rather therefore, having been now justified in [the power of] his blood, we shall be saved by him from wrath.
9 Sanku fa, sohõ kaŋ iri ciya adilanteyaŋ _Irikoy jine|_ Almasihu kuro do, Irikoy g'iri faaba nga futa gaa Almasihu sabbo ra.
10For if, being enemies, we have been reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much rather, having been reconciled, we shall be saved in [the power of] his life.
10 Zama nda Irikoy n'iri sasabandi nda nga bumbo a Izo buuyaŋo do waato kaŋ iri go ibareyaŋ, sanku fa sohõ kaŋ iri go sasabante iri ga du faaba Almasihu fundo do.
11And not only [that], but [we are] making our boast in God, through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom now we have received the reconciliation.
11 Manti woodin hinne mo no, amma iri goono ga farhã mo Irikoy ra iri Rabbi Yesu Almasihu do, nga kaŋ do sohõ iri du sasabandiyaŋ.
12For this [cause], even as by one man sin entered into the world, and by sin death; and thus death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
12 Woodin sabbay se, sanda mate kaŋ cine zunubi furo ndunnya ra boro folloŋ do, zunubi sabbay se mo buuyaŋ furo, yaadin mo no buuyaŋ gana ka to bora kulu gaa, za kaŋ boro kulu na zunubi te.
13(for until law sin was in [the] world; but sin is not put to account when there is no law;
13 Zama za asariya mana kaa, zunubi go no ndunnya ra, amma i siino g'a lasaabu zunubi waati kaŋ asariya si no.
14but death reigned from Adam until Moses, even upon those who had not sinned in the likeness of Adam's transgression, who is [the] figure of him to come.
14 Kulu nda yaadin buuyaŋ na mayray te borey boŋ za Adamu ka koy Musa gaa, baa borey kaŋ yaŋ mana zunubi te kaŋ hima nda Adamu taalo. Adamu no ga ti bora kaŋ ga aniya ka kaa din misa.
15But [shall] not the act of favour [be] as the offence? For if by the offence of one the many have died, much rather has the grace of God, and the free gift in grace, which [is] by the one man Jesus Christ, abounded unto the many.
15 Amma mate kaŋ asariya taamuyaŋ ciya, manti yaadin no _Irikoy|_ nooyaŋo go d'a. Zama nda boro folloŋ asariya taamuyaŋ do no boro boobo bu, Irikoy gomno bis'a gumo, za kaŋ boro folloŋ do, nga kaŋ ti Yesu Almasihu, gomni nda nooyaŋ kaŋ fun gomno do baa boro boobo se.
16And [shall] not as by one that has sinned [be] the gift? For the judgment [was] of one to condemnation, but the act of favour, of many offences unto justification.
16 Koyne, sanda mate kaŋ cine boro follonka kaŋ na zunubi te din taalo ciya, manti yaadin no nooyaŋo go d'a bo, zama taali folloŋ no kande ciito kaŋ ciya ciiti ka zeeriyaŋ, amma gomni nooyaŋo kaa taali boobo banda ka kande _Irikoy jine|_ adilandiyaŋ.
17For if by the offence of the one death reigned by the one, much rather shall those who receive the abundance of grace, and of the free gift of righteousness, reign in life by the one Jesus Christ:)
17 Zama nda boro follonka taalo do no, boro follonka din hinne sabbay se buuyaŋ na koytaray ŋwa, sanku fa borey kaŋ yaŋ goono ga du gomni booba da _Irikoy jine|_ adilitaray nooyaŋo ga koytaray ŋwa fundi ra nga hinne do kaŋ ti Yesu Almasihu.
18so then as [it was] by one offence towards all men to condemnation, so by one righteousness towards all men for justification of life.
18 Yaadin gaa, sanda mate kaŋ cine zunubi folloŋ kande ciiti ka zeeriyaŋ boro kulu gaa, yaadin mo no adilitaray goy folloŋ kande boro kulu se _Irikoy jine|_ adilandiyaŋ kaŋ ga fundi no.
19For as indeed by the disobedience of the one man the many have been constituted sinners, so also by the obedience of the one the many will be constituted righteous.
19 Zama mate kaŋ cine boro boobo ciya zunubikooniyaŋ zama boro folloŋ wangu ka gana se, yaadin mo no iboobo ga ciya adilanteyaŋ _Irikoy jine|_ boro folloŋ ganayaŋ do.
20But law came in, in order that the offence might abound; but where sin abounded grace has overabounded,
20 Asariya kaa zunubi furoyaŋ banda zama zunubi ma baa, amma nango kaŋ zunubi baa, noodin no gomni mo baa ka tonton gumo.
21in order that, even as sin has reigned in [the power of] death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
21 Hala, sanda mate kaŋ cine zunubi na koytaray ŋwa buuyaŋ do, yaadin mo no gomni ma koytaray ŋwa adilitaray ra hala ka koy fundi hal abada gaa, iri Rabbi Yesu Almasihu do.
