1And he entered again into the synagogue; and there was there a man having his hand dried up.
1แล้วพระองค์ได้เสด็จเข้าไปในธรรมศาลาอีก และที่นั่นมีชายคนหนึ่งมือข้างหนึ่งลีบ
2And they watched him if he would heal him on the sabbath, that they might accuse him.
2คนเหล่านั้นคอยดูพระองค์ว่า พระองค์จะรักษาโรคให้คนนั้นในวันสะบาโตหรือไม่ เพื่อเขาจะหาเหตุฟ้องพระองค์ได้
3And he says to the man who had his hand dried up, Rise up [and come] into the midst.
3พระองค์ตรัสแก่คนมือลีบว่า "มายืนข้างหน้าเถอะ"
4And he says to them, Is it lawful on the sabbath to do good or to do evil, to save life or to kill? But they were silent.
4พระองค์จึงตรัสแก่คนทั้งหลายว่า "ในวันสะบาโตถูกต้องตามพระราชบัญญัติทำการดีหรือทำการชั่ว จะช่วยชีวิตดีหรือจะผลาญชีวิตเสียดี" ฝ่ายคนทั้งปวงก็นิ่งอยู่
5And looking round upon them with anger, distressed at the hardening of their heart, he says to the man, Stretch out thy hand. And he stretched [it] out, and his hand was restored.
5พระองค์มีพระทัยเป็นทุกข์เพราะใจเขาแข็งกระด้างนัก และได้ทอดพระเนตรดูรอบด้วยพระพิโรธ และพระองค์ตรัสแก่คนมือลีบนั้นว่า "จงเหยียดมือออกเถิด" เขาก็เหยียดออก และมือของเขาก็หายเป็นปกติเหมือนกับมืออีกข้างหนึ่ง
6And the Pharisees going out straightway with the Herodians took counsel against him, how they might destroy him.
6พวกฟาริสีจึงออกไป และในทันใดนั้นได้ปรึกษากับพรรคพวกของเฮโรดถึงพระองค์ว่า พวกเขาจะทำอย่างไรจึงจะฆ่าพระองค์ได้
7And Jesus withdrew with his disciples to the sea; and a great multitude from Galilee followed him, and from Judaea,
7ฝ่ายพระเยซูกับพวกสาวกของพระองค์จึงออกจากที่นั่นไปยังทะเลสาบ และฝูงชนเป็นอันมากจากแคว้นกาลิลีได้ตามพระองค์ไป ทั้งจากแคว้นยูเดีย
8and from Jerusalem, and from Idumaea and beyond the Jordan; and they of around Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, having heard what things he did, came to him.
8จากกรุงเยรูซาเล็ม และจากเมืองเอโดม และจากฟากแม่น้ำจอร์แดนข้างโน้น และจากแคว้นเมืองไทระและไซดอน ฝูงชนเป็นอันมาก เมื่อเขาทราบถึงสิ่งยิ่งใหญ่ที่พระองค์ทรงกระทำนั้นก็มาหาพระองค์
9And he spoke to his disciples, in order that a little ship should wait upon him on account of the crowd, that they might not press upon him.
9พระองค์จึงตรัสสั่งพวกสาวกของพระองค์ให้เอาเรือเล็กมาคอยรับพระองค์ เพื่อมิให้ประชาชนเบียดเสียดพระองค์
10For he healed many, so that they beset him that they might touch him, as many as had plagues.
10ด้วยว่าพระองค์ได้ทรงรักษาคนเป็นอันมากให้หายโรค จนบรรดาผู้ที่มีโรคต่างๆเบียดเสียดกันเข้ามาเพื่อจะได้ถูกต้องพระองค์
11And the unclean spirits, when they beheld him, fell down before him, and cried saying, *Thou* art the Son of God.
11และพวกผีโสโครกเมื่อได้เห็นพระองค์ก็ได้หมอบลงกราบพระองค์ แล้วร้องอึงว่า "พระองค์ทรงเป็นพระบุตรของพระเจ้า"
12And he rebuked them much, that they might not make him manifest.
12ฝ่ายพระองค์จึงทรงกำชับห้ามมันมิให้แพร่งพรายว่าพระองค์คือผู้ใด
13And he goes up into the mountain, and calls whom he himself would, and they went to him.
13แล้วพระองค์เสด็จขึ้นภูเขา และพอพระทัยจะเรียกผู้ใด พระองค์ก็ทรงเรียกผู้นั้น แล้วเขาได้มาหาพระองค์
14And he appointed twelve that they might be with him, and that he might send them to preach,
14พระองค์จึงทรงตั้งสาวกสิบสองคนไว้ให้พวกเขาอยู่กับพระองค์ เพื่อพระองค์จะทรงใช้เขาไปประกาศ
15and to have power [to heal diseases, and] to cast out demons.
15และให้มีอำนาจรักษาโรคต่างๆและขับผีออกได้
16And he gave to Simon the surname of Peter;
16และซีโมนนั้น พระองค์ทรงประทานชื่ออีกว่าเปโตร
17and James the [son] of Zebedee, and John the brother of James, and he gave them the surname of Boanerges, that is, Sons of thunder;
17และยากอบบุตรชายเศเบดีกับยอห์นน้องชายของยากอบ ทั้งสองคนนี้พระองค์ทรงประทานชื่ออีกว่า โบอาเนอเย แปลว่า ลูกฟ้าร้อง
18and Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the [son] of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus, and Simon the Cananaean,
18อันดรูว์ ฟีลิป บารโธโลมิว มัทธิว โธมัส ยากอบบุตรชายอัลเฟอัส ธัดเดอัส ซีโมนชาวคานาอัน
19and Judas Iscariote, who also delivered him up. And they come to [the] house.
19และยูดาสอิสคาริโอทที่ได้ทรยศพระองค์นั้น พระองค์และพวกสาวกจึงเข้าไปในเรือน
20And again a crowd comes together, so that they cannot even eat bread.
20และฝูงชนก็มาประชุมกันอีก จนพระองค์และพวกสาวกจะรับประทานอาหารไม่ได้
21And his relatives having heard [of it] went out to lay hold on him, for they said, He is out of his mind.
21เมื่อญาติมิตรของพระองค์ได้ยินเหตุการณ์นั้น เขาก็ออกไปเพื่อจะจับพระองค์ไว้ ด้วยเขาว่า "พระองค์วิกลจริตแล้ว"
22And the scribes who had come down from Jerusalem said, He has Beelzebub, and, By the prince of the demons he casts out demons.
22พวกธรรมาจารย์ซึ่งได้ลงมาจากกรุงเยรูซาเล็มได้กล่าวว่า "ผู้นี้มีเบเอลเซบูลสิง" และ "ที่เขาขับผีออกได้ก็เพราะใช้อำนาจนายผีนั้น"
23And having called them to [him], he said to them in parables, How can Satan cast out Satan?
23ฝ่ายพระองค์จึงเรียกคนเหล่านั้นมาตรัสแก่เขาเป็นคำอุปมาว่า "ซาตานจะขับซาตานให้ออกอย่างไรได้
24And if a kingdom has become divided against itself, that kingdom cannot subsist.
24ถ้าราชอาณาจักรใดๆเกิดแตกแยกกันแล้ว ราชอาณาจักรนั้นจะตั้งอยู่ไม่ได้
25And if a house has become divided against itself, that house cannot subsist.
25ถ้าครัวเรือนใดๆเกิดแตกแยกกัน ครัวเรือนนั้นจะตั้งอยู่ไม่ได้
26And if Satan rise up against himself, and is divided, he cannot subsist, but has an end.
26และถ้าซาตานจะต่อสู้กับตนเอง และแตกแยกกัน มันก็ตั้งอยู่ไม่ได้ มีแต่จะสิ้นสูญไป
27But no one can, having entered into his house, plunder the goods of the strong [man] unless he first bind the strong [man], and then he will plunder his house.
27ไม่มีผู้ใดอาจเข้าไปในเรือนของคนที่มีกำลังมากและปล้นทรัพย์ของเขาได้ เว้นแต่จะจับคนที่มีกำลังมากนั้นมัดไว้เสียก่อน แล้วจึงจะปล้นทรัพย์ในเรือนนั้นได้
28Verily I say unto you, that all sins shall be forgiven to the sons of men, and all the injurious speeches [with] which they may speak injuriously;
28เราบอกความจริงแก่ท่านทั้งหลายว่า ความผิดบาปทุกอย่างและคำหมิ่นประมาทที่เขากล่าวนั้น จะทรงโปรดยกให้บุตรทั้งหลายของมนุษย์ได้
29but whosoever shall speak injuriously against the Holy Spirit, to eternity has no forgiveness; but lies under the guilt of an everlasting sin;
29แต่ผู้ใดจะกล่าวคำหมิ่นประมาทต่อพระวิญญาณบริสุทธิ์ จะโปรดยกให้ผู้นั้นไม่ได้เลย แต่ผู้นั้นย่อมรับการปรับโทษเป็นนิตย์"
30-- because they said, He has an unclean spirit.
30ที่ตรัสอย่างนั้นก็เพราะเขาทั้งหลายกล่าวว่า "พระองค์มีผีโสโครกเข้าสิง"
31And his brethren and his mother come, and standing without sent to him calling him.
31เวลานั้นมารดาและพวกน้องชายของพระองค์มายืนอยู่ข้างนอก แล้วใช้คนเข้าไปทูลเรียกพระองค์
32And a crowd sat around him. And they said to him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren seek thee without.
32และประชาชนก็นั่งอยู่รอบพระองค์ เขาจึงทูลพระองค์ว่า "ดูเถิด มารดาและพวกน้องชายของพระองค์มาหาพระองค์คอยอยู่ข้างนอก"
33And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother or my brethren?
33พระองค์ตรัสตอบเขาว่า "ใครเป็นมารดาของเรา และใครเป็นพี่น้องของเรา"
34And looking around in a circuit at those that were sitting around him, he says, Behold my mother and my brethren:
34พระองค์ทอดพระเนตรคนที่นั่งล้อมรอบพระองค์นั้นแล้วตรัสว่า "ดูเถิด นี่เป็นมารดาและพี่น้องของเรา
35for whosoever shall do the will of God, *he* is my brother, and sister, and mother.
35ผู้ใดจะกระทำตามพระทัยพระเจ้า ผู้นั้นแหละเป็นพี่น้องชายหญิงและมารดาของเรา"
