1And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep.
1และทูตสวรรค์ที่สนทนากับข้าพเจ้ามาอีก และปลุกข้าพเจ้าเหมือนคนที่เพิ่งตื่นจากการนอนของเขา
2And he said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I see, and behold, a lamp-stand all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and its seven lamps thereon, seven [lamps] and seven pipes to the lamps, which are upon the top thereof;
2และท่านถามข้าพเจ้าว่า "เจ้าเห็นอะไร" ข้าพเจ้าตอบว่า "ดูเถิด ข้าพเจ้าเห็นเชิงเทียนทำด้วยทองคำล้วนอันหนึ่ง มีชามอยู่ที่ยอด และมีตะเกียงอยู่บนนั้นเจ็ดดวง และมีท่อเจ็ดท่อนำไปยังตะเกียงซึ่งอยู่บนยอดนั้นดวงละท่อ
3and two olive-trees beside it, one on the right of the bowl, and the other on the left of it.
3และมีต้นมะกอกเทศสองต้นอยู่ข้างๆ อยู่ข้างขวาชามนั้นต้นหนึ่ง อยู่ข้างซ้ายต้นหนึ่ง"
4And I answered and spoke to the angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my lord?
4และข้าพเจ้าถามทูตสวรรค์ผู้ที่สนทนากับข้าพเจ้าว่า "เจ้านายเจ้าข้า นี่คืออะไร"
5And the angel that talked with me answered and said unto me, Knowest thou not what these are? And I said, No, my lord.
5ทูตสวรรค์ที่สนทนากับข้าพเจ้าตอบข้าพเจ้าว่า "นี่คืออะไร เจ้าไม่ทราบหรือ" ข้าพเจ้าตอบว่า "เจ้านายเจ้าข้า ข้าพเจ้าไม่ทราบ"
6And he answered and spoke unto me, saying, This is the word of Jehovah unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith Jehovah of hosts.
6แล้วท่านจึงตอบข้าพเจ้าว่า "นี่เป็นพระวจนะของพระเยโฮวาห์ที่ให้ไว้กับเศรุบบาเบลว่า มิใช่ด้วยกำลัง มิใช่ด้วยฤทธานุภาพ แต่ด้วยวิญญาณของเรา พระเยโฮวาห์จอมโยธาตรัสดังนี้แหละ
7Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel [thou dost become] a plain; and he shall bring forth the head-stone with shoutings: Grace, grace unto it!
7โอ ภูเขาใหญ่ เจ้าเป็นอะไรเล่า ต่อหน้าเศรุบบาเบลเจ้าจะเป็นที่ราบ และท่านจะนำศิลาก้อนที่อยู่ยอดออกมาท่ามกลางการโห่ร้องว่า `งามจริงพระวิหาร งามจริง'"
8And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
8ยิ่งกว่านั้นพระวจนะของพระเยโฮวาห์มายังข้าพเจ้ากล่าวว่า
9The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; and his hands shall finish it: and thou shalt know that Jehovah of hosts hath sent me unto you.
9"มือของเศรุบบาเบลได้วางรากฐานของพระนิเวศนี้ และมือของเขาจะสร้างให้สำเร็จ แล้วเจ้าจะทราบว่า พระเยโฮวาห์จอมโยธาได้ใช้ข้าพเจ้ามาหาเจ้าทั้งหลาย
10For who hath despised the day of small things? Yea, they shall rejoice [even] those seven -- and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel: these are the eyes of Jehovah, which run to and fro in the whole earth.
10เพราะว่าผู้ใดที่ดูหมิ่นวันแห่งการเล็กน้อย เพราะเขาจะเปรมปรีดิ์ และจะได้เห็นสายดิ่งที่อยู่ในมือของเศรุบบาเบลพร้อมกับสิ่งทั้งเจ็ดนี้ ซึ่งคือบรรดาพระเนตรของพระเยโฮวาห์ซึ่งมองอยู่ทั่วพิภพ"
11And I answered and said unto him, What are these two olive-trees on the right of the lamp-stand and on its left?
11แล้วข้าพเจ้าจึงถามท่านว่า "ต้นมะกอกเทศสองต้นที่อยู่ข้างขวาและข้างซ้ายของเชิงเทียนนั้นคืออะไร"
12And I answered the second time and said unto him, What are the two olive-branches which are beside the two golden tubes that empty the gold out of themselves?
12และข้าพเจ้าถามท่านเป็นครั้งที่สองว่า "กิ่งทั้งสองของต้นมะกอกเทศ ซึ่งอยู่ข้างท่อทองคำทั้งสอง ซึ่งเทน้ำมันออกนั้นคืออะไร"
13And he spoke to me, saying, Knowest thou not what these are? And I said, No, my lord.
13ท่านพูดกับข้าพเจ้าว่า "เจ้าไม่ทราบหรือ เหล่านี้คืออะไร" ข้าพเจ้าตอบว่า "เจ้านายเจ้าข้า ข้าพเจ้าไม่ทราบ"
14And he said, These are the two sons of oil, that stand before the Lord of the whole earth.
14แล้วท่านจึงกล่าวว่า "ทั้งสองนี้คือผู้ที่ได้รับการเจิม เป็นผู้ยืนอยู่ข้างองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าแห่งพิภพทั้งสิ้น"
