1{A Psalm of praise. Of David.} I will extol thee, my God, O King, and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.

2Every day will I bless thee, and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.
3Granda estas la Eternulo kaj tre glorinda, Kaj Lia grandeco estas nemezurebla.
3Great is Jehovah, and exceedingly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.
4Generacio al generacio lauxdos Viajn farojn Kaj rakontos pri Via potenco.
4One generation shall laud thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.
5Pri la majesto de Via granda gloro Kaj pri Viaj mirindaj faroj mi meditos.
5I will speak of the glorious splendour of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works.
6La forton de Viaj timindajxoj oni priparolos, Kaj Vian grandecon mi rakontos.
6And they shall tell of the might of thy terrible acts; and thy great deeds will I declare.
7Oni gloros la renomon de Via granda boneco, Kaj oni prikantos Vian justecon.
7They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.
8Kompatema kaj favorkora estas la Eternulo, Longetolera kaj kun granda boneco.
8Jehovah is gracious and merciful; slow to anger, and of great loving-kindness.
9La Eternulo estas bona por cxiuj; Lia favorkoreco estas super cxiuj Liaj kreitajxoj.
9Jehovah is good to all; and his tender mercies are over all his works.
10Gloros Vin, ho Eternulo, cxiuj Viaj kreitajxoj, Kaj Viaj fideluloj Vin benos.
10All thy works shall praise thee, Jehovah, and thy saints shall bless thee.
11Ili raportos pri la gloro de Via regno Kaj parolos pri Via potenco,
11They shall tell of the glory of thy kingdom, and speak of thy power;
12Por sciigi al la homidoj Lian potencon Kaj la majestan gloron de Lia regno.
12To make known to the children of men his mighty acts, and the glorious splendour of his kingdom.
13Via regxeco estas regxeco eterna, Kaj Via regado estas por cxiuj generacioj.
13Thy kingdom is a kingdom of all ages, and thy dominion is throughout all generations.
14La Eternulo subtenas cxiujn falantojn Kaj restarigas cxiujn kurbigitojn.
14Jehovah upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all that are bowed down.
15CXies okuloj estas turnitaj al Vi, Kaj Vi donas al ili ilian mangxon en gxia tempo.
15The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their food in its season.
16Vi malfermas Vian manon Kaj satigas favore cxion vivantan.
16Thou openest thy hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing.
17Justa estas la Eternulo en cxiuj Siaj vojoj Kaj bona en cxiuj Siaj faroj.
17Jehovah is righteous in all his ways, and kind in all his works.
18Proksima estas la Eternulo por cxiuj, kiuj Lin vokas, Por cxiuj, kiuj vokas Lin sincere.
18Jehovah is nigh unto all that call upon him, unto all that call upon him in truth.
19La deziron de Siaj respektantoj Li plenumas, Kaj ilian krion Li auxdas kaj helpas ilin.
19He fulfilleth the desire of them that fear him; he heareth their cry, and saveth them.
20La Eternulo gardas cxiujn Sian amantojn, Kaj cxiujn malvirtulojn Li ekstermas.
20Jehovah keepeth all that love him, and all the wicked will he destroy.
21La gloron de la Eternulo eldiros mia busxo, Kaj cxiu karno benu Lian sanktan nomon cxiam kaj eterne.
21My mouth shall speak the praise of Jehovah; and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.
