1De David. Al Vi, ho Eternulo, mi levas mian animon.
1{[A Psalm] of David.} Unto thee, Jehovah, do I lift up my soul.
2Ho mia Dio, Vin mi fidas; Ne lasu min hontigxi; Ne lasu, ke miaj malamikoj moku pri mi.
2My God, I confide in thee; let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.

3Yea, none that wait on thee shall be ashamed: they shall be ashamed that deal treacherously without cause.

4Make me to know thy ways, O Jehovah; teach me thy paths.

5Make me to walk in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.
6Rememoru, ho Eternulo, Vian kompatemecon kaj Vian favorkorecon, CXar ili estis de cxiam.
6Remember, Jehovah, thy tender mercies and thy loving-kindnesses; for they are from everlasting.
7La pekojn de mia juneco kaj miajn krimojn ne rememoru; Laux Via favorkoreco rememoru min, Pro Via boneco, ho Eternulo!
7Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions; according to thy loving-kindness remember thou me, for thy goodness' sake, Jehovah.
8Bona kaj justa estas la Eternulo, Tial Li montras al pekantoj la vojon.
8Good and upright is Jehovah; therefore will he instruct sinners in the way:
9Li gvidas la humilulojn en justeco, Kaj instruas al la humiluloj Siajn vojojn.
9The meek will he guide in judgment, and the meek will he teach his way.
10CXiuj vojoj de la Eternulo estas favorkoreco kaj fideleco al tiuj, Kiuj observas Lian interligon kaj Liajn legxojn.
10All the paths of Jehovah are loving-kindness and truth for such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
11Pro Via nomo, ho Eternulo, pardonu al mi mian pekon, CXar gxi estas granda.
11For thy name's sake, O Jehovah, thou wilt indeed pardon mine iniquity; for it is great.
12Al cxiu homo, kiu timas la Eternulon, Li montras la vojon, kiun tiu devas elekti.
12What man is he that feareth Jehovah? him will he instruct in the way [that] he should choose.
13Lia animo gxuos bonon, Kaj liaj idoj posedos la teron.
13His soul shall dwell in prosperity, and his seed shall inherit the earth.
14Konfidon de la Eternulo havas Liaj timantoj; Kaj Sian arangxon Li sciigas al ili.
14The secret of Jehovah is with them that fear him, that he may make known his covenant to them.

15Mine eyes are ever toward Jehovah; for he will bring my feet out of the net.

16Turn toward me, and be gracious unto me; for I am solitary and afflicted.
17La suferoj de mia koro estas grandaj; El mia premateco elkonduku min.
17The troubles of my heart are increased: bring me out of my distresses;
18Rigardu mian suferon kaj mizeron, Kaj pardonu cxiujn miajn pekojn.
18Consider mine affliction and my travail, and forgive all my sins.
19Rigardu, kiel multaj estas miaj malamikoj Kaj per kia kruela malamo ili min malamas.
19Consider mine enemies, for they are many, and they hate me [with] cruel hatred.
20Gardu mian animon kaj savu min; Ne lasu min hontigxi, cxar Vin mi fidas.
20Keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I trust in thee.
21Senkulpeco kaj justeco defendu min, CXar al Vi mi esperas.
21Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on thee.
22Liberigu, ho Dio, Izraelon el cxiuj liaj suferoj.
22Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.
