¹Kaj li montris al mi riveron de akvo de vivo, helan kiel kristalo, elirantan el la trono de Dio kaj de la SXafido,

¹And he shewed me a river of water of life, bright as crystal, going out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

²meze de gxia strato. Kaj cxe cxiu flanko de la rivero estis arbo de vivo, portanta dek du fruktojn, liveranta sian frukton cxiumonate; kaj la folioj de la arbo estis por la resanigo de la nacioj.

²In the midst of its street, and of the river, on this side and on that side, [the] tree of life, producing twelve fruits, in each month yielding its fruit; and the leaves of the tree for healing of the nations.

³Kaj ne plu ekzistos malbeno; kaj en gxi estos la trono de Dio kaj de la SXafido; kaj Liaj servistoj Lin adoros;

³And no curse shall be any more; and the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him,

⁴kaj ili vidos Lian vizagxon; kaj Lia nomo estos sur ilia frunto.

⁴and they shall see his face; and his name [is] on their foreheads.

⁵Kaj nokto ne plu ekzistos; kaj ili ne bezonas lumon de lampo, nek lumon de suno; cxar Dio, la Sinjoro, lumos al ili; kaj ili regxos por cxiam kaj eterne.

⁵And night shall not be any more, and no need of a lamp, and light of [the] sun; for [the] Lord God shall shine upon them, and they shall reign to the ages of ages.

⁶Kaj li diris al mi:Tiuj vortoj estas fidelaj kaj veraj; kaj la Sinjoro, la Dio de la spiritoj de la profetoj, sendis Sian angxelon, por montri al Siaj servistoj tion, kio devas okazi baldaux.

⁶And he said to me, These words [are] faithful and true; and [the] Lord God of the spirits of the prophets has sent his angel to shew to his bondmen the things which must soon come to pass.

⁷Kaj jen mi rapide venos. Felicxa estas tiu, kiu observas la vortojn de la profetajxo de cxi tiu libro.

⁷And behold, I come quickly. Blessed [is] he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.

⁸Kaj mi, Johano, estis la auxdanto kaj la vidanto de cxi tio. Kaj kiam mi auxdis kaj vidis, mi falis, por adorklinigxi antaux la piedoj de la angxelo, kiu montris tion al mi.

⁸And I, John, [was] he who heard and saw these things. And when I heard and saw, I fell down to do homage before the feet of the angel who shewed me these things.

⁹Kaj li diris al mi:Gardu vin, ke vi tion ne faru; mi estas kunservisto kun vi kaj kun viaj fratoj, la profetoj, kaj kun la observantoj de la vortoj de cxi tiu libro; adorklinigxu al Dio.

⁹And he says to me, See [thou do it] not. I am thy fellow-bondman, and [the fellow-bondman] of thy brethren the prophets, and of those who keep the words of this book. Do homage to God.

¹⁰Kaj li diris al mi:Ne sigelu la vortojn de la profetajxo de cxi tiu libro; cxar la tempo estas proksima.

¹⁰And he says to me, Seal not the words of the prophecy of this book. The time is near.

¹¹La maljustulo ankoraux estu maljusta; kaj la malpurulo ankoraux estu malpura; kaj la justulo ankoraux faru juston; kaj la sanktulo ankoraux sanktigxu.

¹¹Let him that does unrighteously do unrighteously still; and let the filthy make himself filthy still; and let him that is righteous practise righteousness still; and he that is holy, let him be sanctified still.

¹²Jen mi rapide venos; kaj mia rekompenco estas kun mi, por repagi al cxiu laux lia faro.

¹²Behold, I come quickly, and my reward with me, to render to every one as his work shall be.

¹³Mi estas la Alfa kaj la Omega, la unua kaj la lasta, la komenco kaj la fino.

¹³*I* [am] the Alpha and the Omega, [the] first and [the] last, the beginning and the end.

¹⁴Felicxaj estas tiuj, kiuj lavas siajn robojn, por ke ili havu rajton sur la arbo de vivo, kaj ke ili eniru tra la pordegoj en la urbon.

¹⁴Blessed [are] they that wash their robes, that they may have right to the tree of life, and that they should go in by the gates into the city.

¹⁵Ekstere estas la hundoj kaj la sorcxistoj kaj la malcxastuloj kaj la mortigistoj kaj la idolanoj, kaj cxiu, kiu amas kaj faras mensogon.

¹⁵Without [are] the dogs, and the sorcerers, and the fornicators, and the murderers, and the idolaters, and every one that loves and makes a lie.

¹⁶Mi, Jesuo, sendis mian angxelon, por atesti al vi cxi tion por la eklezioj. Mi estas la markoto kaj ido de David, la hela, la matena stelo.

¹⁶*I* Jesus have sent mine angel to testify these things to you in the assemblies. *I* am the root and offspring of David, the bright [and] morning star.

¹⁷Kaj la Spirito kaj la fiancxino diras:Venu. Kaj la auxdanto diru:Venu. Kaj la soifanto venu; kiu volas, tiu prenu donace la akvon de vivo.

¹⁷And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that hears say, Come. And let him that is athirst come; he that will, let him take [the] water of life freely.

¹⁸Mi atestas al cxiu, kiu auxdas la vortojn de la profetajxo de cxi tiu libro:Se iu aldonos al ili, Dio aldonos al li la plagojn, skribitajn en cxi tiu libro;

¹⁸*I* testify to every one who hears the words of the prophecy of this book, If any one shall add to these things, God shall add to him the plagues which are written in this book.

¹⁹kaj se iu forprenos el la vortoj de la libro de cxi tiu profetajxo, skribitaj en cxi tiu libro, Dio forprenos lian lotajxon el la arbo de vivo kaj el la sankta urbo.

¹⁹And if any one take from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the tree of life, and out of the holy city, which are written in this book.

²⁰La atestanto de tio diras:Vere, mi rapide venos. Amen; venu, Sinjoro Jesuo.

²⁰He that testifies these things says, Yea, I come quickly. Amen; come, Lord Jesus.

²¹La graco de la Sinjoro Jesuo estu kun cxiuj sanktuloj. Amen.

²¹The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ [be] with all the saints.
