1יהוה מלך גאות לבש לבש יהוה עז התאזר אף תכון תבל בל תמוט׃
1L’Eterno regna; egli s’è rivestito di maestà; l’Eterno s’è rivestito, s’è cinto di forza; il mondo quindi è stabile, e non sarà smosso.
2נכון כסאך מאז מעולם אתה׃
2Il tuo trono è saldo ab antico, tu sei ab eterno.
3נשאו נהרות יהוה נשאו נהרות קולם ישאו נהרות דכים׃
3I fiumi hanno elevato, o Eterno, i fiumi hanno elevato la loro voce; i fiumi elevano il lor fragore.
4מקלות מים רבים אדירים משברי ים אדיר במרום יהוה׃
4Più delle voci delle grandi, delle potenti acque, più dei flutti del mare, l’Eterno è potente ne’ luoghi alti.
5עדתיך נאמנו מאד לביתך נאוה קדש יהוה לארך ימים׃
5Le tue testimonianze sono perfettamente veraci; la santità s’addice alla tua casa, o Eterno, in perpetuo.
