1Now it happened, while the multitude pressed on him and heard the word of God, that he was standing by the lake of Gennesaret.
2Iwala snat n teflukin rrif n lebḥeṛ, iḥewwaten rsen-d iwakken ad ssirden icebbaken nsen.
2He saw two boats standing by the lake, but the fishermen had gone out of them, and were washing their nets.
3Sidna Ɛisa yuli ɣer yiwet si teflukin-nni, tin yellan n Semɛun, yenna-yas ad ibɛed acemma ɣef rrif. Yeqqim , yebda yesselmad-ed lɣaci syenna.
3He entered into one of the boats, which was Simon’s, and asked him to put out a little from the land. He sat down and taught the multitudes from the boat.
4Mi gfukk aselmed yenna i Semɛun : Sbeɛdet taflukt ɣer wemkan lqayen, tḍeggṛem icebbaken-nwen aț-țṣeggdem.
4When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into the deep, and let down your nets for a catch.”
5Semɛun yenna-yas : A Sidi, iḍ kamel nukni d aṣeggeḍ ur d-neṭṭif acemma ; lameɛna ɣef wawal-ik a nexdem akken i d-tenniḍ, a nḍeggeṛ icebbaken.
5Simon answered him, “Master, we worked all night, and took nothing; but at your word I will let down the net.”
6Mi xedmen akken i sen-yenna Sidna Ɛisa, ṭṭfen-d aṭas n iselman ( lḥut ), armi qṛib ad qeṛsen icebbaken nsen.
6When they had done this, they caught a great multitude of fish, and their net was breaking.

7They beckoned to their partners in the other boat, that they should come and help them. They came, and filled both boats, so that they began to sink.
8Semɛun-Buṭrus, mi gwala ayagi, yuɣal ɣef tgecrar zdat Sidna Ɛisa, yenna-yas : Beɛɛed fell-i a Sidi axaṭer d amednub i lliɣ.
8But Simon Peter, when he saw it, fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying, “Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, Lord.”
9Ikcem-it lxuf nețța d wid yellan yid-es, dehcen imi i d-ṭṭfen annect-nni n yiselman.
9For he was amazed, and all who were with him, at the catch of fish which they had caught;
10Ula d Yeɛqub akk-d Yuḥenna, arraw n Zabadi yellan d imdukkal n Semɛun wehmen. Sidna Ɛisa yenṭeq ɣer Semɛun yenna-yas : Ur țțagad ara, sya d asawen mačči d iselman ara d-țṣeggideḍ, meɛna d imdanen.
10and so also were James and John, sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. Jesus said to Simon, “Don’t be afraid. From now on you will be catching people alive.”
11Imiren rran-d tiflukin-nsen ɣer rrif, ǧǧan kullec dinna, ddan d Sidna Ɛisa.
11When they had brought their boats to land, they left everything, and followed him.
12Mi gella Sidna Ɛisa deg yiwet n taddart n at Jlili, yusa-d yiwen wergaz ihelken lbeṛs, mi gwala Sidna Ɛisa, yuzzel ɣuṛ-es yeɣli ɣer iḍaṛṛen-is, yenna-yas : A Sidi, ma tebɣiḍ, tzemreḍ a yi-tesseḥluḍ.
12It happened, while he was in one of the cities, behold, there was a man full of leprosy. When he saw Jesus, he fell on his face, and begged him, saying, “Lord, if you want to, you can make me clean.”
13Sidna Ɛisa issers afus-is fell-as, yenna-yas : Bɣiɣ ! Ili-k teḥliḍ ! Imiren kan, argaz-nni ikkes-as lbeṛs, yeṣfa weglim-is.
13He stretched out his hand, and touched him, saying, “I want to. Be made clean.” Immediately the leprosy left him.
14Sidna Ɛisa iweṣṣa-t ur iqqaṛ i yiwen ayen yedṛan yid-es. Yenna-yas : Ṛuḥ ɣer lmuqeddem a k-iwali, tefkeḍ lweɛda ɣef ṣeffu-inek, akken yura di ccariɛa n Musa. Lweɛda-nni a sen-tili d țbut ɣef ḥellu-inek.
14He commanded him to tell no one, “But go your way, and show yourself to the priest, and offer for your cleansing according to what Moses commanded, for a testimony to them.”
15Simmal ițwassen Sidna Ɛisa, simmal țnejmaɛen-d ɣuṛ-es lɣaci iwakken ad slen i wawal-is yerna a ten-isseḥlu si lehlakat-nsen ;
15But the report concerning him spread much more, and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities.
16meɛna nețța iṭeṛṛif iman-is, ițṛuḥu ɣer yimukan yexlan iwakken ad iẓẓall.
16But he withdrew himself into the desert, and prayed.
17Yiwen wass Sidna Ɛisa yella yesselmad. Llan dinna ifariziyen d lɛulama n ccariɛa, usan-d si tuddar n at Jlili, n at Yahuda akk ț-țemdint n Lquds, qqimen smeḥsisen-as. Tazmert n Sidi Ṛebbi yellan yid-es tesseḥlay imuḍan.
17It happened on one of those days, that he was teaching; and there were Pharisees and teachers of the law sitting by, who had come out of every village of Galilee, Judea, and Jerusalem. The power of the Lord was with him to heal them.
18Atnaya kra n yemdanen wwin-d yiwen wukrif akken deg wusu-ines. ?qelliben amek ara t-skecmen iwakken a t-ssersen zdat Sidna Ɛisa.
18Behold, men brought a paralyzed man on a cot, and they sought to bring him in to lay before Jesus.
19Imi aṭas n lɣaci i gellan, ur ufin ara ansi ara t-sɛeddin ; ulin ɣef ssqef, kksen kra n iqermuden, ṣubben-t-id s wusu-ines ɣer tlemmast n lɣaci, zdat Sidna Ɛisa.
19Not finding a way to bring him in because of the multitude, they went up to the housetop, and let him down through the tiles with his cot into the midst before Jesus.
20Mi gwala liman-nsen, yenna i umuḍin-nni : Ay argaz, țwaɛeffan-ak ddnubat ik !
20Seeing their faith, he said to him, “Man, your sins are forgiven you.”
21Lɛulama akk-d ifariziyen bdan țxemmimen qqaṛen : Amek yezmer a d-yini imeslayen agi ? Wagi d lekfeṛ ! Anwa i gzemren ad iɛfu ddnubat anagar Sidi Ṛebbi ?
21The scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, “Who is this that speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone?”
22Sidna Ɛisa yeẓran ayen i țxemmimen, yenna-yasen : Acuɣeṛ tețxemmimem akka deg ulawen-nwen ?
22But Jesus, perceiving their thoughts, answered them, “Why are you reasoning so in your hearts?
23D acu i gsehlen a s-t-iniɣ ? « ?waɛeffan-ak ddnubat-ik» neɣ « ekker telḥuḍ ? »
23 Which is easier to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you;’ or to say, ‘Arise and walk?’
24Ilaq-awen aț-țeẓrem belli Mmi-s n bunadem yesɛa tazmert ad yeɛfu ddnubat di ddunit-agi ! Yezzi ɣer wukrif-nni, yenna-yas : Kker ddem usu-inek tuɣaleḍ ɣer wexxam-ik !
24 But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins” (he said to the paralyzed man), “I tell you, arise, and take up your cot, and go to your house.”
25Imiren kan ukrif-nni yekker zdat-sen, yeddem usu i deg yeḍleq, yuɣal ɣer wexxam-is, ițḥemmid Sidi Ṛebbi.
25Immediately he rose up before them, and took up that which he was laying on, and departed to his house, glorifying God.
26Wehmen meṛṛa lɣaci, țḥemmiden Sidi Ṛebbi, ikcem-iten lxuf qqaṛen : Ass-agi neẓra ayen werǧin neẓri !
26Amazement took hold on all, and they glorified God. They were filled with fear, saying, “We have seen strange things today.”
27Mi geffeɣ Sidna Ɛisa, iwala yiwen umekkas isem-is Lewwi yeqqim di texxamt anda țxelliṣen tabzert ( leɣṛama ), iqeṛṛeb ɣuṛ-es yenna-yas : Ddu yid-i.
27After these things he went out, and saw a tax collector named Levi sitting at the tax office, and said to him, “Follow me!”
28Lewwi yekker, yeǧǧa kullec yedda yid-es.
28He left everything, and rose up and followed him.
29Lewwi yeɛṛeḍ Sidna Ɛisa ɣer wexxam-is, ihegga-yas imensi. Aṭas n yimekkasen d yemdanen nniḍen i geqqimen yid-sen ad ččen.
29Levi made a great feast for him in his house. There was a great crowd of tax collectors and others who were reclining with them.
30Ifariziyen d lɛulama n ukabar-nsen iɣaḍ-iten lḥal, nnan i yinelmaden is : Acuɣeṛ i tețțem, tessem akk-d imekkasen imakaren d imednuben ?
30Their scribes and the Pharisees murmured against his disciples, saying, “Why do you eat and drink with the tax collectors and sinners?”
31Sidna Ɛisa yerra-yasen : Mačči d wid iṣeḥḥan i geḥwaǧen ṭṭbib, i t-iḥwaǧen d imuḍan.
31Jesus answered them, “Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do.
32Ur d-usiɣ ara ad ssiwleɣ i iḥeqqiyen, usiɣ-ed ɣer yimednuben iwakken a d-uɣalen ɣer webrid.
32 I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”
33Nnan-as daɣen : Inelmaden n Yeḥya d wid n ifariziyen țțuẓummen acḥal d abrid yerna țẓallan, ma d inelmaden-ik tețțen tessen.
33They said to him, “Why do John’s disciples often fast and pray, likewise also the disciples of the Pharisees, but yours eat and drink?”
34Sidna Ɛisa yenna yasen : Eɛni tzemrem a sen-tinim i yinebgawen n yesli ad uẓummen ass n tmeɣṛa ? Ur tezmirem ara !
34He said to them, “Can you make the friends of the bridegroom fast, while the bridegroom is with them?
35Ad asen wussan i deg ara sen-ițwakkes yesli, ass-nni ad uẓummen.
35 But the days will come when the bridegroom will be taken away from them. Then they will fast in those days.”
36Yerna-yasen-d lemtel-agi : Yiwen ur d-itekkes tafaweț si llebsa tajdiṭ iwakken a ț-ixiḍ ɣef llebsa taqdimt , neɣ m'ulac llebsa-nni tajdiṭ aț-țcerreg ; tafaweț-nni tajdiṭ ur d-țezgay ara ɣef llebsa-nni taqdimt.
36He also told a parable to them. “No one puts a piece from a new garment on an old garment, or else he will tear the new, and also the piece from the new will not match the old.
37Daɣen yiwen ur ismaray ccṛab ajdid ɣer yiyeddiden iqdimen , neɣ m'ulac ccṛab-nni ajdid ad icerreg iyeddiden nni ; ur d-ițɣimi ccṛab ur d-țɣimin iyeddiden.
37 No one puts new wine into old wineskins, or else the new wine will burst the skins, and it will be spilled, and the skins will be destroyed.
38Ihi ccṛab ajdid, ilaq a t-nesmir ɣer iyeddiden ijdiden.
38 But new wine must be put into fresh wineskins, and both are preserved.
39Akken daɣen win yennumen d ccṛab aqdim ur issutur ara ajdid axaṭer yeqqaṛ « d aqdim i gelhan. »
39 No man having drunk old wine immediately desires new, for he says, ‘The old is better.’”
