1Mi gɛedda wass n westeɛfu, taṣebḥit n wass amezwaru n dduṛt, Meryem tamagdalit akk-d meryem-nni nniḍen, ṛuḥent a d-ẓuṛent aẓekka n Sidna Ɛisa.
1Now after the Sabbath, as it began to dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to see the tomb.
2Deg yiwet n teswiɛt, tergagi lqaɛa ; ataya yiwen n lmelk n Sidi Ṛebbi, iṣubb-ed seg igenni, iqeṛṛeb ɣer uẓekka, iswexxeṛ ablaḍ-nni, yeqqim fell-as.
2Behold, there was a great earthquake, for an angel of the Lord descended from the sky, and came and rolled away the stone from the door, and sat on it.
3Ițfeǧǧiǧ am lebṛaq, llebsa-s ț-țamellalt am udfel.
3His appearance was like lightning, and his clothing white as snow.
4Iɛessasen yellan dinna, ikcem-iten lxuf d ameqqran, qquṛen amzun mmuten.
4For fear of him, the guards shook, and became like dead men.
5Yenṭeq lmelk ɣer tilawin-nni, yenna-yasent : Kunemti ur țțaggademt ara, axaṭer ẓriɣ ɣef Ɛisa i yețțusemmṛen ɣef wumidag i tețnadimt.
5The angel answered the women, “Don’t be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus, who has been crucified.
6Ulac-it dagi, iḥya-d si ger lmegtin akken i t-id-yenna. Asemt-ed aț-țwalimt amkan anda akken yeḍleq !
6He is not here, for he has risen, just like he said. Come, see the place where the Lord was lying.
7Azlemt aț-ținimt i inelmaden-is belli yeḥya-d si ger lmegtin. Atan a kkun-yezwir ɣer tmurt n Jlili ; dinna ara t-teẓrem. AAtan nniɣ-akunt-ț-id !
7Go quickly and tell his disciples, ‘He has risen from the dead, and behold, he goes before you into Galilee; there you will see him.’ Behold, I have told you.”
8Imiren kan, ṛuḥent seg uẓekka-nni s lfeṛḥ d ameqqran ɣas akken uggadent. Uzzlent ad awint lexbaṛ i inelmaden n Sidna Ɛisa.
8They departed quickly from the tomb with fear and great joy, and ran to bring his disciples word.
9Ataya Sidna Ɛisa imuger-itent-id, yenna-yasent : Sslam fell-akunt ! QQeṛṛbent, seǧǧdent zdat-es, ssudnent iḍaṛṛen-is.
9As they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, “Rejoice!” They came and took hold of his feet, and worshiped him.
10Imiren Sidna Ɛisa yenna-yasent : Ur țțaggademt ! Ṛuḥemt inimt i watmaten-iw ad ṛuḥen ɣer tmurt n Jlili, dinna ara yi-ẓren.
10Then Jesus said to them, “Don’t be afraid. Go tell my brothers The word for “brothers” here may be also correctly translated “brothers and sisters” or “siblings.” that they should go into Galilee, and there they will see me.”
11Mi țeddunt deg ubrid, kra seg iɛessasen-nni n uẓekka kecmen ɣer temdint, xebbṛen imeqqranen n lmuqedmin ɣef wayen akk yedṛan.
11Now while they were going, behold, some of the guards came into the city, and told the chief priests all the things that had happened.
12Mi nnejmaɛen imeqqranen n wegdud akk-d imeqqranen n lmuqedmin, msefhamen ad fken i iɛessasen-nni ssuma tameqqrant n yedrimen,
12When they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave a large amount of silver to the soldiers,
13nnan-asen : Init belli d inelmaden-is i d-yusan deg yiḍ, ukren lǧețța-s mi nella neṭṭes.
13saying, “Say that his disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept.
14Ma yella yewweḍ lexbaṛ-agi ɣer lḥakem, d nukkni ara t-iqablen iwakken ur awen-ixeddem ula d acemma.
14If this comes to the governor’s ears, we will persuade him and make you free of worry.”
15Iɛsekṛiyen-nni ṭṭfen idrimen-nni, xedmen ayen akk i sen-d-nnan lmuqedmin. Tamsalt-agi țɛawaden-ț-id wat Isṛail ar ass-a.
15So they took the money and did as they were told. This saying was spread abroad among the Jews, and continues until this day.
16Ḥdac inelmaden-nni ṛuḥen ɣer tmurt n Jlili, ɣer wedrar-nni anda i sen-yenna Sidna Ɛisa ad mlilen.
16But the eleven disciples went into Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had sent them.
17Mi t-walan seǧǧden zdat-es, meɛna kra seg-sen mazal țcukkuten.
17When they saw him, they bowed down to him, but some doubted.
18Sidna Ɛisa iqeṛṛeb-ed ɣuṛ-sen, yenna-yasen : Tețțunefk-iyi-d tezmert ama di lqaɛa ama deg igenwan.
18Jesus came to them and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth.
19Ṛuḥet ɣer tmura meṛṛa n ddunit, slemdet imdanen iwakken ad uɣalen d inelmaden-iw, ad țwaɣedṣen s yisem n Baba Ṛebbi, s yisem n Mmi-s akk-d yisem n Ṛṛuḥ iqedsen.
19 Go, TR and NU add “therefore” and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20Slemdet-asen ad tebɛen ayen akk i wen-slemdeɣ. MMa d nekk ad iliɣ yid-wen yal ass alamma ț-țaggara n ddunit.
20 teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
