¹In you, Yahweh, I take refuge. Let me never be disappointed. Deliver me in your righteousness.

²Palenk prie manęs savo ausį, skubiai išgelbėk mane. Būk man stipri uola, tvirtovė išsigelbėti.

²Bow down your ear to me. Deliver me speedily. Be to me a strong rock, a house of defense to save me.

³Tu mano uola ir tvirtovė. Dėl savo vardo vesk ir saugok mane,

³For you are my rock and my fortress, therefore for your name’s sake lead me and guide me.

⁴išnarpliok mane iš tinklo, kuris slaptai man padėtas, nes Tu esi mano jėga.

⁴Pluck me out of the net that they have laid secretly for me, for you are my stronghold.

⁵Į Tavo rankas pavedu savo dvasią. Tu išgelbėjai mane, Viešpatie, tiesos Dieve!

⁵Into your hand I commend my spirit. You redeem me, Yahweh, God of truth.

⁶Aš neapkenčiu niekingų stabų garbintojų, bet pasitikiu Viešpačiu.

⁶I hate those who regard lying vanities, but I trust in Yahweh.

⁷Aš džiūgausiu ir linksminsiuos Tavo gailestingume; Tu pažvelgei į mano vargą, į skausmą mano sielos,

⁷I will be glad and rejoice in your loving kindness, for you have seen my affliction. You have known my soul in adversities.

⁸neatidavei manęs į priešo rankas, leidai mano kojoms laisvai bėgti.

⁸You have not shut me up into the hand of the enemy. You have set my feet in a large place.

⁹Pasigailėk manęs, Viešpatie, nes suspaustas esu; nusilpo nuo liūdesio mano akys, mano siela ir pilvas.

⁹Have mercy on me, Yahweh, for I am in distress. My eye, my soul, and my body waste away with grief.

¹⁰Sielvartas graužia mano gyvenimą, vaitojimas­mano metus; išseko mano jėgos dėl mano kaltės ir mano kaulai sunyko.

¹¹Visiems savo priešams tapau pajuoka, netgi savo kaimynams; pažįstami bijo manęs, kurie gatvėje mato mane, bėga nuo manęs.

¹¹Because of all my adversaries I have become utterly contemptible to my neighbors, A fear to my acquaintances. Those who saw me on the street fled from me.

¹⁶Parodyk savo tarnui savo šviesų veidą; išgelbėk mane dėl savo gailestingumo.

¹⁶Make your face to shine on your servant. Save me in your loving kindness.

¹⁷Viešpatie, tenebūsiu sugėdintas, nes Tavęs šaukiuosi! Telieka sugėdinti nedorėliai, tenutyla jie kape.

²⁰Tu paslėpsi juos savo artume nuo žmonių išdidumo, saugosi juos savo palapinėje nuo liežuvių plakimo.

²⁴Būkite drąsūs visi, kurie pasitikite Viešpačiu, ir Jis sustiprins jūsų širdis.
