1യഹോവ മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു
1Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
2ദീപം കൊളുത്തുമ്പോള് ദീപം ഏഴും നിലവിളക്കിന്റെ മുന് വശത്തോട്ടു വെളിച്ചംകൊടുക്കേണം എന്നു അഹരോനോടു പറക.
2“Speak to Aaron, and tell him, ‘When you light the lamps, the seven lamps shall give light in front of the lampstand.’”
3അഹരോന് അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്തു; യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ തന്നേ അവന് നിലവിളക്കിന്റെ ദീപം മുന് വശത്തേക്കു തിരിച്ചുകൊളുത്തി.
3Aaron did so. He lit its lamps to light the area in front of the lampstand, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
4നിലവിളക്കിന്റെ പണിയോ, അതു പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു അടിച്ചുണ്ടാക്കിയതായിരുന്നു; അതിന്റെ ചുവടുമുതല് പുഷ്പംവരെ അടിപ്പുപണി തന്നേ; യഹോവ മോശെയെ കാണിച്ച മാതൃകപോലെ തന്നേ അവന് നിലവിളകൂ ഉണ്ടാക്കി.
4This was the workmanship of the lampstand, beaten work of gold. From its base to its flowers, it was beaten work: according to the pattern which Yahweh had shown Moses, so he made the lampstand.
5യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതെന്തെന്നാല്
5Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
6ലേവ്യരെ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ ഇടയില്നിന്നു എടുത്തു ശുചീകരിക്ക.
6“Take the Levites from among the children of Israel, and cleanse them.
7അവരെ ശുചീകരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യേണംപാപപരിഹാരജലം അവരുടെ മേല് തളിക്കേണം; അവര് സര്വ്വാംഗം ക്ഷൌരം ചെയ്തു വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി ഇങ്ങനെ തങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ ശുചീകരിക്കേണം.
7You shall do this to them, to cleanse them: sprinkle the water of cleansing on them, let them shave their whole bodies with a razor, and let them wash their clothes, and cleanse themselves.
8അതിന്റെ ശേഷം അവര് ഒരു കാളക്കിടാവിനെയും അതിന്റെ ഭോജനയാഗമായി എണ്ണചേര്ത്ത നേരിയ മാവും എടുക്കേണം; പാപയാഗത്തിന്നായി നീ വേറെ ഒരു കാളക്കിടാവിനെയും എടുക്കേണം.
8Then let them take a young bull, and its meal offering, fine flour mixed with oil; and another young bull you shall take for a sin offering.
9ലേവ്യരെ സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ വരുത്തേണം; യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ സഭയെ മുഴുവനും ഒരുമിച്ചു കൂട്ടേണം.
9You shall present the Levites before the Tent of Meeting. You shall assemble the whole congregation of the children of Israel.
10പിന്നെ ലേവ്യരെ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില് നിര്ത്തേണം; യിസ്രായേല്മക്കള് ലേവ്യരുടെ മേല് കൈ വെക്കേണം.
10You shall present the Levites before Yahweh. The children of Israel shall lay their hands on the Levites,
11യഹോവയുടെ വേല ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു അഹരോന് ലേവ്യരെ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില് യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ നീരാജനയാഗമായി അര്പ്പിക്കേണം.
11and Aaron shall offer the Levites before Yahweh for a wave offering, on the behalf of the children of Israel, that it may be theirs to do the service of Yahweh.
12ലേവ്യര് കാളക്കിടാക്കളുടെ തലയില് കൈ വെക്കേണം; പിന്നെ ലേവ്യര്ക്കുംവേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ യഹോവേക്കു ഒന്നിനെ പാപയാഗമായിട്ടും മറ്റേതിനെ ഹോമയാഗമായിട്ടും അര്പ്പിക്കേണം.
12“The Levites shall lay their hands on the heads of the bulls, and you shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering to Yahweh, to make atonement for the Levites.
13നീ ലേവ്യരെ അഹരോന്റെയും പുത്രന്മാരുടെയും മുമ്പാകെ നിര്ത്തി യഹോവേക്കു നീരാജനയാഗമായി അര്പ്പിക്കേണം.
13You shall set the Levites before Aaron, and before his sons, and offer them as a wave offering to Yahweh.
14ഇങ്ങനെ ലേവ്യരെ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ ഇടയില്നിന്നു വേര്തിരിക്കയും ലേവ്യര് എനിക്കുള്ളവരായിരിക്കയും വേണം.
14Thus you shall separate the Levites from among the children of Israel, and the Levites shall be mine.
15അതിന്റെ ശേഷം സമാഗമനക്കുടാരം സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള വേല ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു ലേവ്യര്ക്കും അടുത്തു ചെല്ലാം; നീ അവരെ ശുചീകരിച്ചു നീരാജനയാഗമായി അര്പ്പിക്കേണം.
15“After that, the Levites shall go in to do the service of the Tent of Meeting: and you shall cleanse them, and offer them as a wave offering.
16അവര് യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ ഇടയില്നിന്നു എനിക്കു സാക്ഷാല് ദാനമായുള്ളവര്; എല്ലാ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളിലുമുള്ള ആദ്യജാതന്മാര്ക്കും പകരം ഞാന് അവരെ എനിക്കായി എടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
16For they are wholly given to me from among the children of Israel; instead of all who open the womb, even the firstborn of all the children of Israel, I have taken them to me.
17മനുഷ്യരിലാകട്ടെ മൃഗങ്ങളിലാകട്ടെ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കള്ക്കുള്ള കടിഞ്ഞൂല് ഒക്കെയും എനിക്കുള്ളതു; ഞാന് മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുള്ള കടിഞ്ഞൂലുകളെ ഒക്കെയും സംഹരിച്ച നാളില് അവയെ എനിക്കായി ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചു.
17For all the firstborn among the children of Israel are mine, both man and animal. On the day that I struck all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, I sanctified them for myself.
18എന്നാല് യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളില് ഉള്ള എല്ലാ കടിഞ്ഞൂലുകള്ക്കും പകരം ഞാന് ലേവ്യരെ എടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
18I have taken the Levites instead of all the firstborn among the children of Israel.
19യിസ്രായേല്മക്കള് വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിന്നു അടുത്തു വരുമ്പോള് അവരുടെ ഇടയില് ബാധയുണ്ടാകാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തില് യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ വേല ചെയ്വാനും യിസ്രായേല്മക്കള്ക്കുവേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിപ്പാനും ലേവ്യരെ ഞാന് യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ ഇടയില്നിന്നു അഹരോന്നും പുത്രന്മാര്ക്കും ദാനം ചെയ്തുമിരിക്കുന്നു.
19I have given the Levites as a gift to Aaron and to his sons from among the children of Israel, to do the service of the children of Israel in the Tent of Meeting, and to make atonement for the children of Israel; that there be no plague among the children of Israel, when the children of Israel come near to the sanctuary.”
20അങ്ങനെ മോശെയും അഹരോനും യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ സഭ മുഴുവനും ലേവ്യരെക്കുറിച്ചു യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതു പോലെയൊക്കെയും ലേവ്യര്ക്കും ചെയ്തു; അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കള് അവര്ക്കും ചെയ്തു.
20Moses, and Aaron, and all the congregation of the children of Israel did so to the Levites. According to all that Yahweh commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so the children of Israel did to them.
21ലേവ്യര് തങ്ങള്ക്കു തന്നേ പാപശുദ്ധിവരുത്തി വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി; അഹരോന് അവരെ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില് നീരാജനയാഗമായി അര്പ്പിച്ചു; അവരെ ശുചീകരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അഹരോന് അവര്ക്കുംവേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിച്ചു.
21The Levites purified themselves from sin, and they washed their clothes; and Aaron offered them for a wave offering before Yahweh; and Aaron made atonement for them to cleanse them.
22അതിന്റെ ശേഷം ലേവ്യര് അഹരോന്റെയും പുത്രന്മാരുടെയും മുമ്പാകെ സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തില് തങ്ങളുടെ വേലചെയ്വാന് അടുത്തുചെന്നു; യഹോവ ലേവ്യരെക്കുറിച്ചു മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ തന്നേ അവര് അവര്ക്കും ചെയ്തു.
22After that, the Levites went in to do their service in the Tent of Meeting before Aaron, and before his sons: as Yahweh had commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so they did to them.
23യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു
23Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
24ലേവ്യര്ക്കുംള്ള പ്രമാണം ആവിതുഇരുപത്തഞ്ചു വയസ്സുമുതല് അവര് സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിലെ വേലചെയ്യുന്ന സേവയില് പ്രവേശിക്കേണം.
24“This is that which belongs to the Levites: from twenty-five years old and upward they shall go in to wait on the service in the work of the Tent of Meeting;
25അമ്പതു വയസ്സുമുതലോ അവര് വേലചെയ്യുന്ന സേവയില്നിന്നു ഒഴിയേണം; പിന്നെ സേവിക്കേണ്ടാ;
25and from the age of fifty years they shall cease waiting on the work, and shall serve no more,
26എങ്കിലും സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിലെ കാര്യംനോക്കുന്നതില് അവര് തങ്ങളുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരെ സഹായിക്കേണം; വേല ഒന്നും ചെയ്യേണ്ടാ. ലേവ്യരുടെ കാര്യം സംബന്ധിച്ചു നീ ഇങ്ങനെ അവര്ക്കും ചെയ്യേണം.
26but shall minister with their brothers in the Tent of Meeting, to perform the duty, and shall do no service. You shall do thus to the Levites concerning their duties.”
