1യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന്‍ . യഹോവയെ ഭയപ്പെട്ടു, അവന്റെ കല്പനകളില്‍ ഏറ്റവും ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്ന മനുഷ്യന്‍ ഭാഗ്യവാന്‍ .
1Praise Yah! Psalm 112 is an acrostic poem, with each verse after the initial “Praise Yah!” starting with a letter of the alphabet (ordered from Alef to Tav). Blessed is the man who fears Yahweh, who delights greatly in his commandments.
2അവന്റെ സന്തതി ഭൂമിയില്‍ ബലപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കും; നേരുള്ളവരുടെ തലമുറ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെടും.
2His seed will be mighty in the land. The generation of the upright will be blessed.
3ഐശ്വര്യവും സമ്പത്തും അവന്റെ വീട്ടില്‍ ഉണ്ടാകും; അവന്റെ നീതി എന്നേക്കും നിലനിലക്കുന്നു.
3Wealth and riches are in his house. His righteousness endures forever.
4നേരുള്ളവര്‍ക്കും ഇരുട്ടില്‍ വെളിച്ചം ഉദിക്കുന്നു; അവന്‍ കൃപയും കരുണയും നീതിയും ഉള്ളവനാകുന്നു.
4Light dawns in the darkness for the upright, gracious, merciful, and righteous.
5കൃപതോന്നി വായ്പകൊടുക്കുന്നവന്‍ ശുഭമായിരിക്കും; വ്യവഹാരത്തില്‍ അവന്‍ തന്റെ കാര്യം നേടും.
5It is well with the man who deals graciously and lends. He will maintain his cause in judgment.
6അവന്‍ ഒരു നാളും കുലുങ്ങിപ്പോകയില്ല; നീതിമാന്‍ എന്നേക്കും ഔര്‍മ്മയില്‍ ഇരിക്കും.
6For he will never be shaken. The righteous will be remembered forever.
7ദുര്‍വ്വര്‍ത്തമാനംനിമിത്തം അവന്‍ ഭയപ്പെടുകയില്ല; അവന്റെ ഹൃദയം യഹോവയില്‍ ആശ്രയിച്ചു ഉറെച്ചിരിക്കും.
7He will not be afraid of evil news. His heart is steadfast, trusting in Yahweh.
8അവന്റെ ഹൃദയം ഭയപ്പെടാതെ സ്ഥിരമായിരിക്കുന്നു; അവന്‍ ശത്രുക്കളില്‍ തന്റെ ആഗ്രഹം നിവര്‍ത്തിച്ചുകാണും.
8His heart is established. He will not be afraid in the end when he sees his adversaries.
9അവന്‍ വാരി വിതറി ദരിദ്രന്മാര്‍ക്കും കൊടുക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ നീതി എന്നേക്കും നിലനിലക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ കൊമ്പു ബഹുമാനത്തോടെ ഉയര്‍ന്നിരിക്കും.
9He has dispersed, he has given to the poor. His righteousness endures forever. His horn will be exalted with honor.
10ദുഷ്ടന്‍ അതു കണ്ടു വ്യസനിക്കും; അവന്‍ പല്ലുകടിച്ചു ഉരുകിപ്പോകും; ദുഷ്ടന്റെ ആശ നശിച്ചുപോകും.
10The wicked will see it, and be grieved. He shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away. The desire of the wicked will perish.
