1യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന്‍ ; യഹോവയുടെ ദാസന്മാരെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന്‍ ; യഹോവയുടെ നാമത്തെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന്‍ .
1Praise Yah! Praise, you servants of Yahweh, praise the name of Yahweh.
2യഹോവയുടെ നാമം വാഴ്ത്തപ്പെടുമാറാകട്ടെ; ഇന്നുമുതല്‍ എന്നെന്നേക്കും തന്നേ.
2Blessed be the name of Yahweh, from this time forth and forevermore.
3സൂര്യന്റെ ഉദയംമുതല്‍ അസ്തമാനംവരെ യഹോവയുടെ നാമം സ്തുതിക്കപ്പെടുമാറാകട്ടെ.
3From the rising of the sun to the going down of the same, Yahweh’s name is to be praised.
4യഹോവ സകലജാതികള്‍ക്കും മീതെയും അവന്റെ മഹത്വം ആകാശത്തിന്നു മീതെയും ഉയര്‍ന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.
4Yahweh is high above all nations, his glory above the heavens.
5ഉന്നതത്തില്‍ അധിവസിക്കുന്നവനായി നമ്മുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവേക്കു സദൃശന്‍ ആരുള്ളു?
5Who is like Yahweh, our God, who has his seat on high,
6ആകാശത്തിലും ഭൂമിയിലും ഉള്ളവ അവന്‍ കുനിഞ്ഞുനോക്കുന്നു.
6Who stoops down to see in heaven and in the earth?
7അവന്‍ എളിയവനെ പൊടിയില്‍നിന്നു എഴുന്നേല്പിക്കയും ദരിദ്രനെ കുപ്പയില്‍നിന്നു ഉയര്‍ത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു;
7He raises up the poor out of the dust. Lifts up the needy from the ash heap;
8പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരോടുകൂടെ, തന്റെ ജനത്തിന്റെ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരോടുകൂടെ തന്നേ ഇരുത്തുന്നു.
8that he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.
9അവന്‍ വീട്ടില്‍ മച്ചിയായവളെ മക്കളുടെ അമ്മയായി സന്തോഷത്തോടെ വസിക്കുമാറാക്കുന്നു.
9He settles the barren woman in her home, as a joyful mother of children. Praise Yah!
