1ദൈവം, യഹോവയായ ദൈവം അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു, സൂര്യന്റെ ഉദയംമുതല്‍ അസ്തമയംവരെ ഭൂമിയെ വിളിക്കുന്നു.
1The Mighty One, God, Yahweh, speaks, and calls the earth from sunrise to sunset.
2സൌന്ദര്യത്തിന്റെ പൂര്‍ണ്ണതയായ സീയോനില്‍നിന്നു ദൈവം പ്രകാശിക്കുന്നു.
2Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God shines forth.
3നമ്മുടെ ദൈവം വരുന്നു; മൌനമായിരിക്കയില്ല; അവന്റെ മുമ്പില്‍ തീ ദഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ ചുറ്റും വലിയോരു കൊടുങ്കാറ്റടിക്കുന്നു.
3Our God comes, and does not keep silent. A fire devours before him. It is very stormy around him.
4തന്റെ ജനത്തെ ന്യായം വിധിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവന്‍ മേലില്‍നിന്നു ആകാശത്തെയും ഭൂമിയെയും വിളിക്കുന്നു.
4He calls to the heavens above, to the earth, that he may judge his people:
5യാഗം കഴിച്ചു എന്നോടു നിയമം ചെയ്തവരായ എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധന്മാരെ എന്റെ അടുക്കല്‍ കൂട്ടുവിന്‍ .
5“Gather my saints together to me, those who have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.”
6ദൈവം തന്നേ ന്യായാധിപതി ആയിരിക്കയാല്‍ ആകാശം അവന്റെ നീതിയെ ഘോഷിക്കും. സേലാ.
6The heavens shall declare his righteousness, for God himself is judge. Selah.
7എന്റെ ജനമേ, കേള്‍ക്ക; ഞാന്‍ സംസാരിക്കും. യിസ്രായേലേ, ഞാന്‍ നിന്നോടു സാക്ഷീകരിക്കുംദൈവമായ ഞാന്‍ നിന്റെ ദൈവമാകുന്നു.
7“Hear, my people, and I will speak; Israel, and I will testify against you. I am God, your God.
8നിന്റെ ഹനനയാഗങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചു ഞാന്‍ നിന്നെ ശാസിക്കുന്നില്ല; നിന്റെ ഹോമയാഗങ്ങള്‍ എപ്പോഴും എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ ഇരിക്കുന്നു.
8I don’t rebuke you for your sacrifices. Your burnt offerings are continually before me.
9നിന്റെ വീട്ടില്‍നിന്നു കാളയെയോ നിന്റെ തൊഴുത്തുകളില്‍നിന്നു കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റന്മാരെയോ ഞാന്‍ എടുക്കയില്ല.
9I have no need for a bull from your stall, nor male goats from your pens.
10കാട്ടിലെ സകലമൃഗവും പര്‍വ്വതങ്ങളിലെ ആയിരമായിരം ജന്തുക്കളും എനിക്കുള്ളവയാകുന്നു.
10For every animal of the forest is mine, and the livestock on a thousand hills.
11മലകളിലെ പക്ഷികളെ ഒക്കെയും ഞാന്‍ അറിയുന്നു; വയലിലെ ജന്തുക്കളും എനിക്കുള്ളവ തന്നേ.
11I know all the birds of the mountains. The wild animals of the field are mine.
12എനിക്കു വിശന്നാല്‍ ഞാന്‍ നിന്നോടു പറകയില്ല; ഭൂലോകവും അതിന്റെ നിറവും എന്റേതത്രേ.
12If I were hungry, I would not tell you, for the world is mine, and all that is in it.
13ഞാന്‍ കാളകളുടെ മാംസം തിന്നുമോ? കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റന്മാരുടെ രക്തം കുടിക്കുമോ?
13Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats?
14ദൈവത്തിന്നു സ്തോത്രയാഗം അര്‍പ്പിക്ക; അത്യുന്നതന്നു നിന്റെ നേര്‍ച്ചകളെ കഴിക്ക.
14Offer to God the sacrifice of thanksgiving. Pay your vows to the Most High.
15കഷ്ടകാലത്തു എന്നെ വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിക്ക; ഞാന്‍ നിന്നെ വിടുവിക്കയും നീ എന്നെ മഹത്വപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യും.
15Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you will honor me.”
16എന്നാല്‍ ദുഷ്ടനോടു ദൈവം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നുനീ എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ അറിയിപ്പാനും എന്റെ നിയമത്തെ നിന്റെ വായില്‍ എടുപ്പാനും നിനക്കെന്തു കാര്യം?
16But to the wicked God says, “What right do you have to declare my statutes, that you have taken my covenant on your lips,
17നീ ശാസനയെ വെറുത്തു എന്റെ വചനങ്ങളെ നിന്റെ പുറകില്‍ എറിഞ്ഞുകളയുന്നുവല്ലോ.
17since you hate instruction, and throw my words behind you?
18കള്ളനെ കണ്ടാല്‍ നീ അവന്നു അനുകൂലപ്പെടുന്നു; വ്യഭിചാരികളോടു നീ പങ്കു കൂടുന്നു.
18When you saw a thief, you consented with him, and have participated with adulterers.
19നിന്റെ വായ് നീ ദോഷത്തിന്നു വിട്ടുകൊടുക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ നാവു വഞ്ചന പിണെക്കുന്നു.
19“You give your mouth to evil. Your tongue frames deceit.
20നീ ഇരുന്നു നിന്റെ സഹോദരന്നു വിരോധമായി സംസാരിക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ അമ്മയുടെ മകനെക്കുറിച്ചു അപവാദം പറയുന്നു.
20You sit and speak against your brother. You slander your own mother’s son.
21ഇവ നീ ചെയ്തു ഞാന്‍ മിണ്ടാതിരിക്കയാല്‍ ഞാന്‍ നിന്നെപ്പോലെയുള്ളവനെന്നു നീ നിരൂപിച്ചു; എന്നാല്‍ ഞാന്‍ നിന്നെ ശാസിച്ചു നിന്റെ കണ്ണിന്‍ മുമ്പില്‍ അവയെ നിരത്തിവേക്കും.
21You have done these things, and I kept silent. You thought that I was just like you. I will rebuke you, and accuse you in front of your eyes.
22ദൈവത്തെ മറക്കുന്നവരേ, ഇതു ഔര്‍ത്തുകൊള്‍വിന്‍ ; അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങളെ കീറിക്കളയും; വിടുവിപ്പാന്‍ ആരുമുണ്ടാകയുമില്ല.
22“Now consider this, you who forget God, lest I tear you into pieces, and there be none to deliver.
23സ്തോത്രമെന്ന യാഗം അര്‍പ്പിക്കുന്നവന്‍ എന്നെ മഹത്വപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു; തന്റെ നടപ്പിനെ ക്രമപ്പെടുത്തുന്നവന്നു ഞാന്‍ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ രക്ഷയെ കാണിക്കും.
23Whoever offers the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifies me, and prepares his way so that I will show God’s salvation to him.”
