¹देवा, माझी प्रार्थना ऐक कृपा करुन माझी दयेची प्रार्थना टाळू नकोस.

¹Listen to my prayer, God. Don’t hide yourself from my supplication.

²देवा, कृपा करुन माझे ऐक आणि मला उत्तर दे मला माझ्या तक्रारी सांगू दे.

²Attend to me, and answer me. I am restless in my complaint, and moan,

³माझे शत्रू माझ्याविरुध्द वाईट बोलले, तो दुष्ट माणूस माझ्यावर ओरडला. माझे शत्रू रागात होते आणि त्यांनी माझ्यावर हल्ला केला. त्यांनी माझ्यावर संकटाचा पाऊस पाडला.

³Because of the voice of the enemy, Because of the oppression of the wicked. For they bring suffering on me. In anger they hold a grudge against me.

⁴माझे ह्दय धडधडत आहे मी खूप घाबरलो आहे.

⁴My heart is severely pained within me. The terrors of death have fallen on me.

⁵मी भीतीने थरथर कापत आहे. मी भयभीत झालो आहे.

⁵Fearfulness and trembling have come on me. Horror has overwhelmed me.

⁶मला कबूतरासारखे पंख असते तर किती बरे झाले असते. मी उडून विश्रांतीसाठी एखादी जागा शोधली असती.

⁶I said, “Oh that I had wings like a dove! Then I would fly away, and be at rest.

⁷मी खूप दूर वाळवंटात गेलो असतो.

⁷Behold, then I would wander far off. I would lodge in the wilderness.” Selah.

⁸मी पळूत जाईन मी माझी सुटका करेन. मी संकटांच्या वादळापासून दूर पळून जाईन.

⁹प्रभु त्यांचा खोटेपणा बंद कर. या शहरात मला खूप हिंसा आणि भांडणे दिसत आहेत.

⁹Confuse them, Lord, and confound their language, for I have seen violence and strife in the city.

¹⁰माझ्या भोवती संकटे आहेत. दिवस रात्र आणि शहराच्या सर्व भागात संकटे आहेत या शहरात महाभयंकर घटना घडत आहेत.

¹⁰Day and night they prowl around on its walls. Malice and abuse are also within her.

¹¹रस्त्यावर बरेच गुन्हे घडत आहेत. लोक सर्वत्र खोटे बोलत आहेत आणि फसवणूक करत आहेत.

¹¹Destructive forces are within her. Threats and lies don’t depart from her streets.

¹²जर शत्रूंनीच माझा अपमान केला तर मी तो सहन करु शकेन. जर शत्रूंनीच माझ्यावर हल्ला केला तर मी लपू शकेन.

¹²For it was not an enemy who insulted me, then I could have endured it. Neither was it he who hated me who raised himself up against me, then I would have hidden myself from him.

¹³परंतु मला संकटात टाकणारा तू आहेस माझा मित्र, माझा साथी, माझा दोस्त.

¹³But it was you, a man like me, my companion, and my familiar friend.

¹⁴आपण आपली गुपिंतं एकमेकांना सांगितली आपण देवाच्या मंदिरात बरोबर प्रार्थना केली.

¹⁴We took sweet fellowship together. We walked in God’s house with company.

¹⁵माझे शत्रू त्यांची वेळ यायच्या आधीच मरावेत अशी माझी इच्छा आहे, जिवंतपणीच त्यांचे दफन व्हावे असे मला वाटते. का? कारण ते त्यांच्या घरात भयंकर गोष्टी करण्याच्या योजना आखतात.

¹⁵Let death come suddenly on them. Let them go down alive into Sheol Sheol is the place of the dead. . For wickedness is in their dwelling, in their midst.

¹⁶मी देवाला मदतीसाठी हाक मारीन आणि परमेश्वर माझे रक्षण करील.

¹⁶As for me, I will call on God. Yahweh will save me.

¹⁷मी देवाशी सकाळी, दुपारी आणि संध्याकाळी बोलतो. मी देवाला माझ्या तक्रारी सांगतो आणि तो त्या नीट ऐकतो.

¹⁷Evening, morning, and at noon, I will cry out in distress. He will hear my voice.

¹⁸मी पुष्कळ लढाया लढलो आहे. पण देवाने मला नेहमीच सोडविले व सुखरुप परत आणले.

¹⁸He has redeemed my soul in peace from the battle that was against me, although there are many who oppose me.

¹⁹देव माझ्या बोलण्याकडे लक्ष देतो. तो अनादि अनंत काळचा राजा मला मदत करेल.

¹⁹God, who is enthroned forever, will hear, and answer them. Selah. They never change, who don’t fear God.

²⁰माझे शत्रू त्यांचे जीवन बदलणार नाहीत. ते देवाला घाबरत नाहीत. आणि त्याला मान ही देत नाहीत.

²⁰He raises his hands against his friends. He has violated his covenant.

²¹माझे शत्रू त्यांच्या मित्रांवर हल्ले करतात. ज्या गोष्टी करण्याचे त्यांनी कबूल केलेले असते त्या ते करत नाहीत.

²¹His mouth was smooth as butter, but his heart was war. His words were softer than oil, yet they were drawn swords.

²²माझे शत्रू गोड बोलण्यात पटाईत आहेत. ते शांतीविषयी बोलतात आणि प्रत्यक्षात मात्र युध्दाच्या योजना आखतात. त्यांचे शब्द लोण्यासारखे मऊ असतात परंतु ते सुरीसारखे कापतात.

²²Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.

²³तू तुझ्या चिंता परमेश्वराकडे सोपव आणि तो तुझी काळजी घेईल. परमेश्वर चांगल्या लोकांचा कधीही पराभव होऊ देणार नाही.

²³But you, God, will bring them down into the pit of destruction. Bloodthirsty and deceitful men shall not live out half their days, but I will trust in you.
