¹TOUPA na pi leh pute uh Pathianin a honpiak gam na luah ua, leitunga na om sung ua pilvang taka na zuih ding uh dan te leh vaihawm dante hiaite ahi uh.

¹These are the statutes and judgments, which ye shall observe to do in the land, which the LORD God of thy fathers giveth thee to possess it, all the days that ye live upon the earth.

²Na valuah ding uh gam namten tang lian khawng, tang neu khawng, sing hing chih nuai khawnga a pathiante uh na a sepna mun tengteng uh na hihsiat vek ding uh ahi:

²Ye shall utterly destroy all the places, wherein the nations which ye shall possess served their gods, upon the high mountains, and upon the hills, and under every green tree:

³A maitamte uh na chim sak dingua, a Aser te uh na hal ding uh ahi; a pathiam lim bawl tawmte uh na phuk sak ding ua, huaia a min uh na gitmang ding uhi.

³And ye shall overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire; and ye shall hew down the graven images of their gods, and destroy the names of them out of that place.

⁴Huchibangin TOUPA na Pathian uh tungah na hih ding uh ahi.

⁴Ye shall not do so unto the LORD your God.

⁵TOUPA na Pathian un na nam tengteng lak ua a min omna dia a mun seh ding na zon jawk ding uh, huaia nahoh ding uh ahi.

⁵But unto the place which the LORD your God shall choose out of all your tribes to put his name there, even unto his habitation shall ye seek, and thither thou shalt come:

⁶Huaiah na halmang thillat te uh, na thuchiam te uh, na ut thu ua thillat te, na gan hon uh leh nabelam hon lak ua piang masapente na hontawi ding ahi:

⁶And thither ye shall bring your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, and your tithes, and heave offerings of your hand, and your vows, and your freewill offerings, and the firstlings of your herds and of your flocks:

⁷Huan, huaiah TOUPA na Pathian uh maah na ne ding ua, na khut koihnapeuh ua TOUPA na Pathian un vual a honjawlnaah nuamsa takin na om ding ua, na inkuan un.

⁷And there ye shall eat before the LORD your God, and ye shall rejoice in all that ye put your hand unto, ye and your households, wherein the LORD thy God hath blessed thee.

⁸Michih in amau chiat hoih sakdan banga tua i hih banga na hih ding uh ahi kei;

⁸Ye shall not do after all the things that we do here this day, every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes.

⁹TOUPA na Pathian un nou a honpiak gam leh khawlna lah na tung naita dih ngal kei ua.

⁹For ye are not as yet come to the rest and to the inheritance, which the LORD your God giveth you.

¹⁰Jordan lui na galkah ua, TOUPA na Pathian un a honluah sak ding gama na om ua, bit taka na om theihna ding ua na kim ua melma tengteng laka a honkhawlsak chiangin bel hichi ahi dinga;

¹⁰But when ye go over Jordan, and dwell in the land which the LORD your God giveth you to inherit, and when he giveth you rest from all your enemies round about, so that ye dwell in safety;

¹¹TOUPA na Pathian un a min omsakna ding a sehna muna hontawi dinga ka chih tengteng huaiah a hontawi ding uh ahi, na halmang thillat te uh, na kithoihnate uh, na sawm ua khat te, na ankuanglui-vei thillat te, TOUPA kianga na chiam hoih tatate uh;

¹¹Then there shall be a place which the LORD your God shall choose to cause his name to dwell there; thither shall ye bring all that I command you; your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the heave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which ye vow unto the LORD:

¹²Huan, TOUPA na Pathian uh maah nuamsa takin na om ding ua, noumau leh na tapate uh, na tanute uh toh, na sikhapate uh, na sikhanute utoh, na in ua om, Levite toh, amau lah na lak uah tantuan leh gam a nei ngal kei ua.

¹²And ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God, ye, and your sons, and your daughters, and your menservants, and your maidservants, and the Levite that is within your gates; forasmuch as he hath no part nor inheritance with you.

¹³Mun na muh peuh ua na halmang thillatte uh lan mawkmawk lou dingin pilvang un:

¹³Take heed to thyself that thou offer not thy burnt offerings in every place that thou seest:

¹⁴Na namte uh laka TOUPAN a seh ding munah nahalmang thillat te uh na lan zo ding ua, huailaiah thu ka honpiak tengteng na hih ding uhi.

¹⁴But in the place which the LORD shall choose in one of thy tribes, there thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, and there thou shalt do all that I command thee.

¹⁵Ahihhangin TOUPA na Pathian un vual jawlna a hon muhsak bang jelin na hinna un a lunggulh gulh na in chiat uah na gou ding ua, a sa na ne thei ding uh; siangthou loute leh siangthouten leng sangai khawng, sakhi khawngbang a ne thei ding uh.

¹⁵Notwithstanding thou mayest kill and eat flesh in all thy gates, whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, according to the blessing of the LORD thy God which he hath given thee: the unclean and the clean may eat thereof, as of the roebuck, and as of the hart.

¹⁶A sisan jaw na ne ding uh ahi kei; tui bangin lei ah na sung baw ding uhi.

¹⁶Only ye shall not eat the blood; ye shall pour it upon the earth as water.

¹⁷Na in uah sawm khat, na buh te uh, na uain te uh. Na thau te uh leh na ganhon uh leh belam hon laka piang masapen te, na thuchiam uate, na utthu ua thillat te, na ankuang-vei thillat te uh jaw na ne theikei ding uh:

¹⁷Thou mayest not eat within thy gates the tithe of thy corn, or of thy wine, or of thy oil, or the firstlings of thy herds or of thy flock, nor any of thy vows which thou vowest, nor thy freewill offerings, or heave offering of thine hand:

¹⁸TOUPA na Pathian un a mun seh dingah, TOUPA na Pathian uh maah na ne zo ding uhi, noute leh na tapate uh leh na tanute uh, na sikhapa te uh, na sikhanu te uh, na in ua om Levite toh; TOUPA na Pathian ma uah na khut ngakna peuhmah uah nuamsa takin na om ding uhi.

¹⁸But thou must eat them before the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD thy God shall choose, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates: and thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God in all that thou puttest thine hands unto.

¹⁹Na gam ua na om sung teng un Levite limsak lou lou dingin pilvang un.

¹⁹Take heed to thyself that thou forsake not the Levite as long as thou livest upon the earth.

²⁰TOUPA na Pathian un a honchiam banga na gam uh ahihzata, na hinna un sa nek aut jiaka, Sa ka ne ding, na chih hun chiang un, na hinna un a lunggulh lam peuhpeuh sa ne thei ding uh.

²⁰When the LORD thy God shall enlarge thy border, as he hath promised thee, and thou shalt say, I will eat flesh, because thy soul longeth to eat flesh; thou mayest eat flesh, whatsoever thy soul lusteth after.

²¹TOUPA na Pathian un a min omna a seh ding na gamlet luah uleh, thu ka honpiak bangin TOUPAN a honpiak na gan hon uleh na belam hon lak ua na gou dingua, na hinna un a lunggulh lampang na in uah na ne ding uhi.

²¹If the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to put his name there be too far from thee, then thou shalt kill of thy herd and of thy flock, which the LORD hath given thee, as I have commanded thee, and thou shalt eat in thy gates whatsoever thy soul lusteth after.

²²Sangai sa bang, sakhi sa bang a kine bangin na ne ding ua, siangthou loute leh siangthoute leng kibangin na ne ding uhi.

²²Even as the roebuck and the hart is eaten, so thou shalt eat them: the unclean and the clean shall eat of them alike.

²³Sisan jaw ne lou dingin pilvang un; sisan lah hinna ahi ngala; hinna nangawn toh sa na ne ding uh ahi kei.

²³Only be sure that thou eat not the blood: for the blood is the life; and thou mayest not eat the life with the flesh.

²⁴Na ne mahmah ding uh ahi kei; tui bangin lei ah na sungbaw mai ding uhi.

²⁴Thou shalt not eat it; thou shalt pour it upon the earth as water.

²⁵Na ne ding uh ahi kei; huchiin TOUPA mitmuha thil dik na hih un noumau leh na nung ua na tate uh adingin a honghoih ding hi.

²⁵Thou shalt not eat it; that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, when thou shalt do that which is right in the sight of the LORD.

²⁶Na thil siangthou te uh leh na thuchiam uate kia tawi unla, TOUPAN a mun seh dingah hoh un:

²⁶Only thy holy things which thou hast, and thy vows, thou shalt take, and go unto the place which the LORD shall choose:

²⁷Huan, TOUPA na Pathian uh maitamah na halmang thillat uh, a sa leh a sisan na lan ding ua; huan, na kithoihna sisante uh TOUPA na Pathian uh maitamah na sung khe ding ua, a sa na ne ding uh.

²⁷And thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, the flesh and the blood, upon the altar of the LORD thy God: and the blood of thy sacrifices shall be poured out upon the altar of the LORD thy God, and thou shalt eat the flesh.

²⁸Hiai kon thupiak tengteng limsak unla, ngaikhia un, huchiin TOUPA na Pathian uh mitmuha thilhoih leh thil dik na hih un nou ding leh na nung ua na tate uh adingin khantawnin honghoih jelding hi.

²⁸Observe and hear all these words which I command thee, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee for ever, when thou doest that which is good and right in the sight of the LORD thy God.

²⁹TOUPA na Pathian un na vazoh ding uh namte a honhih man saka, a gam uh na luah ua, na ten huin chiang un;

²⁹When the LORD thy God shall cut off the nations from before thee, whither thou goest to possess them, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their land;

³⁰Hihmana a omnabang ua na awk khak louhna ding un pilvang unla, Hiai namten bangchiin ahia a pathian na uh a sep uh? A chih bang un en leng i chi tei dinguh, chiin a pathiante uh tungtang kan kei un.

³⁰Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou inquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise.

³¹Huchibangin TOUPA na Pathian tunguah na hih ding uh ahi kei; a pathian tunguah TOUPA theiha thil kihhuai chiteng, a huat mahmahte a hih jel ua; a tapate uh, a tanute ngei uh leng a pathiante uh dingin a hal jel uhi.Hih dinga ka honthupiak peuh na hih ding uh ahi; na behlap ding uh ahi kei, na tawmsak dinguh leng ahi kei.

³¹Thou shalt not do so unto the LORD thy God: for every abomination to the LORD, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods.

³²Hih dinga ka honthupiak peuh na hih ding uh ahi; na behlap ding uh ahi kei, na tawmsak dinguh leng ahi kei.

³²What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.
