1Toupa aw, nangmah ah ka ginna ka koih jel hi; chikmah chiangin zahlakin honomsak ken.
1In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.
2Na diktatna vangin honhumbitin, honhonkhia inla: kei lamah na bil hondohin, honhondam in.
2Deliver me in thy righteousness, and cause me to escape: incline thine ear unto me, and save me.
3Kei dingin omna suangpi, ka hohtheih gigena ding, hong hiin: nang honhondam dingin thu na pia a; ka suangpi leh ka kulhpi na hi ngala.
3Be thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou art my rock and my fortress.
4Ka Pathian aw, mi gilou- salou khut akipan honhonkhia in, mi diktatlou leh nunsia khut akipan.
4Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.
5Toupa Pathian aw, nang ka lamet na hi ngala: ka naupan chik akipan ka hon muan na hi hi.
5For thou art my hope, O Lord GOD: thou art my trust from my youth.
6Ka nu gil akipan him in nangmah kaihin ka om jela: ka nu sung akipan honlakhepa na hi: nangmah ahi, ka honphat gige ding.
6By thee have I been holden up from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother's bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee.
7Mitampi theihin thillamdang kahi a; himahleh nang ka kihumbitna kiptak na hi.
7I am as a wonder unto many; but thou art my strong refuge.
8Ka kam nang phatna in a dim ding, nitumin na pahtawinain a dim ding hi.
8Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day.
9Ka tek chiangin honpaikhe kenla, ka tha a jawt chiangin hon paisan ken.
9Cast me not off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength faileth.
10Ka melmaten ka tungtangthu a gen ngal ua; ka hinna tangte leng a kikou uhi.
10For mine enemies speak against me; and they that lay wait for my soul take counsel together,
11Pathianin a paisanta: delh unla, man un; humbitpa ding himhim a om ngal keia chiin.
11Saying, God hath forsaken him: persecute and take him; for there is none to deliver him.
12Pathian aw, hon gamlat mahmah ken: ka Pathian aw, honpanpih dingin kin in.
12O God, be not far from me: O my God, make haste for my help.
13Ka hinna tunga melmate zahlak leh mangthangin om uhenla; ka siatna ding zongte gensiatna leh zumnaa khuhin om uhen.
13Let them be confounded and consumed that are adversaries to my soul; let them be covered with reproach and dishonour that seek my hurt.
14Himahleh ken jaw ka lamen gige dinga, ka honphat semsem ding hi.
14But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more.
15Ka kamin na diktatna thu a gen ding a, nitumin ka hotdamna thu a gen dinga: a tamdan ka thei ngal keia.
15My mouth shall shew forth thy righteousness and thy salvation all the day; for I know not the numbers thereof.
16Toupa Pathian thilhih thupiakte toh ka hongpai ding a: a diktatna, nangmah diktatna thu kia, ka gen ding hi.
16I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD: I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine only.
17Pathian aw, ka naupan chik akipan nang non hilha; tu tanin na thillamdang hihte ka theisak gige hi.
17O God, thou hast taught me from my youth: and hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works.
18A hi, Pathian aw, ka teka ka sam a kan hun inleng hon paisan mahmah ken; na hatna tuh khangthak nawnte kiangah leh, na thilhihtheihna hongom lai dingte kianga ka theihsak mateng.
18Now also when I am old and greyheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come.
19Pathian aw, na diktatna leng a sang mahmah ahi; Pathian aw, nang thil thupitakte hihpa, nangmah bang kua a om?
19Thy righteousness also, O God, is very high, who hast done great things: O God, who is like unto thee!
20Nang, buaina tampi leh thupitak honmusakpan non hingsak nawn dinga, lei thukpi akipan non pi khe nawn ding hi.
20Thou, which hast shewed me great and sore troubles, shalt quicken me again, and shalt bring me up again from the depths of the earth.
21Nang ka thupina honhihkhangsak inla, hongkihei nawn inla, hon khamuan in.
21Thou shalt increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side.
22Pekgingin leng ka hon phat dinga, ka Pathian aw, na thutak ngei ka phat ding. Nang Israelte Mi Siangthou aw, kaihging toh nangmah phatin la ka sa ding hi.
22I will also praise thee with the psaltery, even thy truth, O my God: unto thee will I sing with the harp, O thou Holy One of Israel.
23Nangmah phata la ka sak chiangin ka muk a nuam mahmah dinga; ka hinna na tat mah leng a nuam mahmah ding hi.Ka leiin leng nitumin na diktatna thu a gen ding; ka siatna ding zongte a zahlak un a zumta ngal ua.
23My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee; and my soul, which thou hast redeemed.
24Ka leiin leng nitumin na diktatna thu a gen ding; ka siatna ding zongte a zahlak un a zumta ngal ua.
24My tongue also shall talk of thy righteousness all the day long: for they are confounded, for they are brought unto shame, that seek my hurt.
