1Huchiin sepaihte TOUPA thu ka kiang ah a hongtunga.
1Again the word of the LORD of hosts came to me, saying,
2Hichibangin sepaihte TOUPAN a chi: Thikthuse takin Zion ka hawmthoha, nakpia hehna toh amah din ka phatuamngai ahi, chiin.
2Thus saith the LORD of hosts; I was jealous for Zion with great jealousy, and I was jealous for her with great fury.
3Hichibangin TOUPAN a chi; Zion ah kiksakin ka oma, Jerusalem laiah Katengding: huan Jerusalem bel Thutak khopi a kichi ding; sepaihte TOUPA mual, mual siangthou.
3Thus saith the LORD; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the LORD of hosts the holy mountain.
4Hichiin sepaihte TOUPAN a chi; jerusalem kongzingte ah putekte leh pitekte a hongteng khongkhong ding ua, upat mahmah jiakin michih a khuta chiangkhun toh.
4Thus saith the LORD of hosts; There shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem, and every man with his staff in his hand for very age.
5Huan khopi kongzingte leh numei naupangtein a dim ding ua huaia kongzingtea mawlin.
5And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in the streets thereof.
6Hichibangin sepaihte TOUPAN a chi: Huai ni khawng chianga hiai mite laka omlaite mita lamdang a hihleh, kei mit ah leng a lamdang sam kei dia hia? sepaihte TOUPAN a chi.
6Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If it be marvellous in the eyes of the remnant of this people in these days, should it also be marvellous in mine eyes? saith the LORD of hosts.
7Hichibangin sepaihte TOUPAN a chi: ngaiin, suahlam gama kipan leh tumlam gam akipan, ka mite ka hondam dinga:
7Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will save my people from the east country, and from the west country;
8Huan amau ka honla dinga, Jerusalem laiah a teng ding ua; ka mite ahi ding ua, thutak leh diktatna ah, a Pathian uh ka hi ding.
8And I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God, in truth and in righteousness.
9Hichibangin sepaihte TOUPAN a chi; TOUPA in suangphum phum ni akipana hiai nitea jawlneite kam akipana hiai thute zate, noute khut honghat hen, huchia tempul a kilam theihna dingin.
9Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Let your hands be strong, ye that hear in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets, which were in the day that the foundation of the house of the LORD of hosts was laid, that the temple might be built.
10Huai nite malama mihing adia kilohna a om louha, a ganta dia leng kilohna a om samlouh jiakin; melma jiakin a pawtkhia hiam honglut hiam adingin leng muanna himhim a om sak kei a, mi tengteng mi chih a insakinkhang douin ka koih ngala.
10For before these days there was no hire for man, nor any hire for beast; neither was there any peace to him that went out or came in because of the affliction: for I set all men every one against his neighbour.
11Himahleh tuin jaw hiai mite laka omlai tungah tuma lam nitea bangin ka om kei ding, sepaihte TOUPAN a chi hi.
11But now I will not be unto the residue of this people as in the former days, saith the LORD of hosts.
12Muan chi pawia om ding ahi ngala; grepguiin a gah a suang dinga, leitungin a pung a omsak dinga, vanten a daitui uh a pe ding uh; huchiin hiai mite laka omlaite hiai thil tengteng ka luahsak ding hi.
12For the seed shall be prosperous; the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things.
13Huan hichi a honghi dinga, namte laka hamsia na nahih bang un, Aw Juda inkote leh Israel inkote, huchibang mahin nou ka hon hondam ding; huan vualjawlna na hi ding uh; lau kei un, himahleh na khutte uh hatsak un.
13And it shall come to pass, that as ye were a curse among the heathen, O house of Judah, and house of Israel; so will I save you, and ye shall be a blessing: fear not, but let your hands be strong.
14Hichibangin lah sepaihte TOUPAN a chi ngala; Na pipute un a honhihheh lai ua, na tung ua gilou hih ding ka tup-bangin, huchiin ka nem tuan kei, sepaihte TOUPAN a chi;
14For thus saith the LORD of hosts; As I thought to punish you, when your fathers provoked me to wrath, saith the LORD of hosts, and I repented not:
15Huchiin Jerusalem tung leh Juda inko tungah hoih hih ding tulai nitein ka tum nawnta hi; lau kei un.
15So again have I thought in these days to do well unto Jerusalem and to the house of Judah: fear ye not.
16Na hih ding uh thil hiaite ahi; Mi chihin a insakinkhang toh thutak kihilh un; na kongpite uah thutak leh lemna vaihawmna hih un;
16These are the things that ye shall do; Speak ye every man the truth to his neighbour; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates:
17Huan na lak ua kuamahin a insakinkhang siatna ding na lungtang uah gilou ngaihtuah kei un; thuchiam diklou deih kei un; hiaite tengteng lah ka thil huatlam tak ahi ngal ua, TOUPAN a chi.
17And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, saith the LORD.
18Huan sepaihte TOUPA thu ka kiang ah a hongtunga.
18And the word of the LORD of hosts came unto me, saying,
19Hichibangin sepaihte TOUPAN a chi; kha lina annngawlna, ngana anngawlna, sagihna anngawlna leh sawmna anngawlna, Juda inkote ading in nuamna leh kipahna, ankuangluina vualnophuai ahi ding hi; huaijiakin thutak leh lemna deihin, chiin.
19Thus saith the LORD of hosts; The fast of the fourth month, and the fast of the fifth, and the fast of the seventh, and the fast of the tenth, shall be to the house of Judah joy and gladness, and cheerful feasts; therefore love the truth and peace.
20Huchiin sepaihte TOUPAN a chi; Hichibangin a hongom lai ding, mite leh khopi tampia tengteng a hongpai ding ua;
20Thus saith the LORD of hosts; It shall yet come to pass, that there shall come people, and the inhabitants of many cities:
21Huan khopi khata tengteng adangah a pai ding ua, TOUPA deihsakna ngen ding leh sepaihte TOUPA zong dingin kintakin kuan ni; kei leng ka kuan ding, chiin, chiin.
21And the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray before the LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts: I will go also.
22A hi, mi tampite leh nam hatte Jerusalema sepaihte zong ding leh TOUPA deihsakna ngen dingin a hongkuan ding uhi.Hichibangin sepaihte TOUPAN a chi; huai ni chiangin hichi a honghi dinga, namte pau tengteng akipan, mi sawmin a len ding ua; amah Juda hipa puanten a lending ua, Na kiangah ka pai ding uh, na kiangah Pathian a om chih lah ka zata ngal ua, chiin.
22Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD.
23Hichibangin sepaihte TOUPAN a chi; huai ni chiangin hichi a honghi dinga, namte pau tengteng akipan, mi sawmin a len ding ua; amah Juda hipa puanten a lending ua, Na kiangah ka pai ding uh, na kiangah Pathian a om chih lah ka zata ngal ua, chiin.
23Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.
