1Ka hinna aw, TOUPA tuh phatin, TOUPA ka Pathian aw, nang na thupi mahmaha; pahtawinain leh thupinain na kithuam hi.
1Bless Yahweh, my soul. Yahweh, my God, you are very great. You are clothed with honor and majesty.
2Nang vak tuh puan bangin na silha; vante puanintung bangin na kai palha;
2He covers himself with light as with a garment. He stretches out the heavens like a curtain.
3Aman a dantan sunggil kalvaite tuite khawngah a khunga; meipi tuh kangtalaiin a bawla; huih kha tungah a vak hi:
3He lays the beams of his rooms in the waters. He makes the clouds his chariot. He walks on the wings of the wind.
4A angelten tuh huihina suaksaka; a nasemte tuh meikuang juajuain a suaksak hi.
4He makes his messengers winds; his servants flames of fire.
5Leitung kingaknate tuh na phuma, khantawna lin louhna dingin.
5He laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be moved forever.
6Nang leilung tuh thukpi puan bangin na silhsaka; tuite tang tungah tekhawng a om pheuphou hi.
6You covered it with the deep as with a cloak. The waters stood above the mountains.
7Na taihilhna jiakin a taimanga; na van-ging husa jiakina paimang pahta a;
7At your rebuke they fled. At the voice of your thunder they hurried away.

8The mountains rose, the valleys sank down, to the place which you had assigned to them.

9You have set a boundary that they may not pass over; that they don’t turn again to cover the earth.
10Aman guam ahte khawng luinakte a sawl khiaa; tangkal khawngah a luang hi.
10He sends forth springs into the valleys. They run among the mountains.
11Huaiten tuh gamsa khempeuh kiangah dawnding a pia ua; Gam sabengtungten a dangtak uh a hihdai uhi.
11They give drink to every animal of the field. The wild donkeys quench their thirst.
12A dung uah tungleng vasaten omna a nei ua, singbawk lak khawngah a ham uhi.
12The birds of the sky nest by them. They sing among the branches.
13Aman a dantan tungnung akipanin tangte tuiin a vaka: lei tuh na thilhih gahtein a vaka: lei tuh na thilhih gahtein a tai uhi.
13He waters the mountains from his rooms. The earth is filled with the fruit of your works.
14Loupa gante adingin a pousaka, haichi tuh mihing zatdin a pousak hi: lei akipan nekding pawtsak theihna dingin:
14He causes the grass to grow for the livestock, and plants for man to cultivate, that he may bring forth food out of the earth:
15Mihing lungtang kipahsakna uain toh, a mai kilawmsakna ding thau toh, mihing lungtang hihhatna tanghou toh.
15wine that makes glad the heart of man, oil to make his face to shine, and bread that strengthens man’s heart.
16TOUPA singte tuh a taisak hi; Lebanon tanga sidar sing a suante mah.
16Yahweh’s trees are well watered, the cedars of Lebanon, which he has planted;

20You make darkness, and it is night, in which all the animals of the forest prowl.

21The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their food from God.
22Ni suaka, a pai mang uh, a omna khuk chiat uah a lum jel uhi.
22The sun rises, and they steal away, and lay down in their dens.
23Mihing tuh na semin apawta, nitaklam tanin a semgim hi.
23Man goes forth to his work, to his labor until the evening.
24TOUPA aw, na thilhihte tam hina tele! Pilnain na bawl vek ahi; leilung na hauhsaknain a dim hi.
24Yahweh, how many are your works! In wisdom have you made them all. The earth is full of your riches.
25Pamah tuipi a oma, thupi, lianpi tak, huaiah thil bokvaka pai sim zohlouh a oma, sa neu leh sa liante.
25There is the sea, great and wide, in which are innumerable living things, both small and large animals.
26Huailaiah meilong liante a pai uh; huailaiah ole a om, a sunga mawl dinga na bawl ngei.
26There the ships go, and leviathan, whom you formed to play there.
27Huai tengtengin a honngak chiat ua, a huntaka a ann uh na piak jelna dingin.
27These all wait for you, that you may give them their food in due season.
28A kiang ua na piak peuhmah a tawm ua; na khut ua jaka, hoihnain a tai jel uhi.
28You give to them; they gather. You open your hand; they are satisfied with good.
29Na mai na sela, a lungjing ua, a hatna uh na laksaka, a si ua, amau leivui ah a kik nawn uhi.
29You hide your face: they are troubled; you take away their breath: they die, and return to the dust.
30Na kha na sawl khiaa, siamin a om jel uhi; leitung leng na bawl thak nawn jel hi.
30You send forth your Spirit: they are created. You renew the face of the ground.
31TOUPA thupina tuh khantawin om henla; TOUPA tuh a nasepah nuam hen:
31Let the glory of Yahweh endure forever. Let Yahweh rejoice in his works.
32Aman lei a ena, a ling nak; tangte a khoiha, a khu khe nak hi.
32He looks at the earth, and it trembles. He touches the mountains, and they smoke.
33Ka damsung tengin TOUPA pahtawiin la ka sa dinga: ka hinlai tengin ka Pathian phatin la ka sa ding hi.
33I will sing to Yahweh as long as I live. I will sing praise to my God while I have any being.
34Ka ngaihtuahna tuh amaha dingin khumtak hi hen: kei tuh TOUPA ah ka nuam ding hi.Mi khialte lei akipanin hihmanin om uhenla, mi gilou-saloute om nawnta kei uhen! Ka hinna aw, TOUPA phatin! TOUPA tuh phat un!
34Let your meditation be sweet to him. I will rejoice in Yahweh.
35Mi khialte lei akipanin hihmanin om uhenla, mi gilou-saloute om nawnta kei uhen! Ka hinna aw, TOUPA phatin! TOUPA tuh phat un!
35Let sinners be consumed out of the earth. Let the wicked be no more. Bless Yahweh, my soul. Praise Yah!
