¹Domnul a vorbit lui Moise, şi a zis:

¹Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

²,,Vorbeşte copiilor lui Israel, şi spune-le: ,Cînd un bărbat sau o femeie se va despărţi de ceilalţi, făcînd o juruinţă de nazireat1, ca să se închine Domnului,

²“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them: ‘When either man or woman shall make a special vow, the vow of a Nazirite, to separate himself to Yahweh,

³să se ferească de vin şi de băutură îmbătătoare; să nu bea nici oţet făcut din vin, nici oţet făcut din vreo băutură îmbătătoare; să nu bea nicio băutură stoarsă din struguri, şi să nu mănînce struguri proaspeţi nici uscaţi.

³he shall separate himself from wine and strong drink. He shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of fermented drink, neither shall he drink any juice of grapes, nor eat fresh grapes or dried.

⁴În tot timpul nazireatului lui, să nu mănînce nimic care vine din viţă, dela sîmburi pînă la pieliţa strugurelui.

⁴All the days of his separation he shall eat nothing that is made of the grapevine, from the seeds even to the skins.

⁵În tot timpul nazireatului, briciul să nu treacă pe capul lui; pînă la împlinirea zilelor pentru cari s'a închinat Domnului, va fi sfînt; să-şi lase părul să crească în voie.

⁵“‘All the days of his vow of separation no razor shall come on his head, until the days are fulfilled, in which he separates himself to Yahweh. He shall be holy. He shall let the locks of the hair of his head grow long.

⁶În tot timpul cît s'a făgăduit Domnului prin jurămînt, să nu se apropie de un mort;

⁶“‘All the days that he separates himself to Yahweh he shall not go near a dead body.

⁷să nu se pîngărească nici la moartea tatălui său, nici a mamei sale, nici a fratelui său, nici a sorei sale, căci poartă pe cap închinarea Dumnezeului lui.

⁷He shall not make himself unclean for his father, or for his mother, for his brother, or for his sister, when they die; because his separation to God The Hebrew word rendered “God” is “Elohim.” is on his head.

⁸În tot timpul nazireatului, să fie închinat Domnului.

⁸All the days of his separation he is holy to Yahweh.

⁹Dacă moare cineva de moarte năpraznică lîngă el, şi capul lui închinat se face astfel necurat, să-şi radă capul în ziua curăţirii, şi anume să şi -l radă a şaptea zi.

⁹“‘If any man dies very suddenly beside him, and he defiles the head of his separation; then he shall shave his head in the day of his cleansing. On the seventh day he shall shave it.

¹⁰În ziua a opta, să aducă preotului două turturele sau doi pui de porumbel, la uşa cortului întîlnirii.

¹⁰On the eighth day he shall bring two turtledoves or two young pigeons to the priest, to the door of the Tent of Meeting.

¹¹Preotul să jertfească pe unul ca jertfă de ispăşire, iar pe celalt ca ardere de tot, şi să facă pentru el ispăşirea păcatului lui, făcut cu prilejul mortului. Nazireul să-şi sfinţească apoi capul chiar în ziua aceea.

¹¹The priest shall offer one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, and make atonement for him, because he sinned by reason of the dead, and shall make his head holy that same day.

¹²Să închine din nou Domnului zilele nazireatului lui dinainte, şi să aducă un miel de un an ca jertfă pentru vină; zilele dinainte nu vor fi socotite, pentrucă nazireatul lui a fost pîngărit.

¹²He shall separate to Yahweh the days of his separation, and shall bring a male lamb a year old for a trespass offering; but the former days shall be void, because his separation was defiled.

¹³Iată legea nazireului. În ziua cînd se va împlini vremea nazireatului lui, să fie adus la uşa cortului întîlnirii.

¹³“‘This is the law of the Nazirite: when the days of his separation are fulfilled, he shall be brought to the door of the Tent of Meeting,

¹⁴Ca dar, să aducă Domnului: un miel de un an fără cusur, pentru arderea de tot, o oaie de un an şi fără cusur pentru jertfa de ispăşire, şi un berbece fără cusur, pentru jertfa de mulţămire;

¹⁴and he shall offer his offering to Yahweh, one male lamb a year old without blemish for a burnt offering, and one ewe lamb a year old without blemish for a sin offering, and one ram without blemish for peace offerings,

¹⁵un coş cu azimi, turte făcute din floarea făinii, frămîntată cu untdelemn, şi plăcinte fără aluat, stropite cu untdelemn, împreună cu darul de mîncare şi jertfa de băutură obicinuite.

¹⁵and a basket of unleavened bread, cakes of fine flour mixed with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil, and their meal offering, and their drink offerings.

¹⁶Preotul să aducă aceste lucruri înaintea Domnului şi să aducă jertfa lui de ispăşire şi arderea de tot;

¹⁶The priest shall present them before Yahweh, and shall offer his sin offering, and his burnt offering.

¹⁷să pregătească berbecele ca jertfă de mulţămire Domnului, împreună cu coşul cu azimi, şi să pregătească şi darul lui de mîncare şi jertfa lui de băutură.

¹⁷He shall offer the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings to Yahweh, with the basket of unleavened bread. The priest shall offer also its meal offering, and its drink offering.

¹⁸Nazireul să-şi radă, la uşa cortului întîlnirii, capul închinat Domnului; să ia părul capului său închinat Domnului, şi să -l pună pe focul care este subt jertfa de mulţămire.

¹⁸The Nazirite shall shave the head of his separation at the door of the Tent of Meeting, and shall take the hair of the head of his separation, and put it on the fire which is under the sacrifice of peace offerings.

¹⁹Preotul să ia spata dreaptă fiartă a berbecelui, o turtă nedospită din coş, şi o plăcintă nedospită; şi să le pună în mînile Nazireului, după ce acesta şi -a ras capul închinat Domnului.

¹⁹The priest shall take the boiled shoulder of the ram, and one unleavened cake out of the basket, and one unleavened wafer, and shall put them on the hands of the Nazirite, after he has shaved the head of his separation;

²⁰Preotul să le legene într'o parte şi într'alta înaintea Domnului: acesta este un lucru sfînt, care este al preotului, împreună cu pieptul legănat şi spata adusă ca jertfă prin ridicare. Apoi, nazireul va putea să bea vin.

²⁰and the priest shall wave them for a wave offering before Yahweh. This is holy for the priest, together with the breast that is waved and the thigh that is offered. After that the Nazirite may drink wine.

²¹Aceasta este legea pentru cel ce a făcut juruinţa de nazireat: acesta este darul lui, care trebuie adus Domnului pentru nazireatul lui, afară de ce -i vor îngădui mijloacele lui. Să împlinească tot ce este poruncit pentru juruinţa pe care a făcut -o, după legea nazireatului.``

²¹“‘This is the law of the Nazirite who vows, and of his offering to Yahweh for his separation, besides that which he is able to get. According to his vow which he vows, so he must do after the law of his separation.’”

²²Domnul a vorbit lui Moise, şi a zis:

²²Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

²³,,Vorbeşte lui Aaron şi fiilor lui, şi spune-le: ,Aşa să binecuvîntaţi pe copiii lui Israel, şi să le ziceţi:

²³“Speak to Aaron and to his sons, saying, ‘This is how you shall bless the children of Israel.’ You shall tell them,

²⁴,Domnul să te binecuvinteze, şi să te păzească!

²⁵Domnul să facă să lumineze Faţa Lui peste tine, şi să Se îndure de tine!

²⁵Yahweh make his face to shine on you, and be gracious to you.

²⁶Domnul să-Şi înalţe Faţa peste tine, şi-să-ţi dea pacea!

²⁶Yahweh lift up his face toward you, and give you peace.’

²⁷Astfel să pună Numele Meu peste copiii lui Israel, şi Eu îi voi binecuvînta.``

²⁷“So they shall put my name on the children of Israel; and I will bless them.”
