1Lăudaţi pe Domnul! Lăudaţi pe Domnul din înălţimea cerurilor, lăudaţi -L în locurile cele înalte!
1Praise Yah! Praise Yahweh from the heavens! Praise him in the heights!
2Lăudaţi -L toţi îngerii Lui! Lăudaţi -L, toate oştirile Lui!
2Praise him, all his angels! Praise him, all his army!
3Lăudaţi -L, soare şi lună, lăudaţi -L, toate stelele luminoase!
3Praise him, sun and moon! Praise him, all you shining stars!
4Lăudaţi -L, cerurile cerurilor, şi voi, ape, cari sînteţi mai pe sus de ceruri!
4Praise him, you heavens of heavens, You waters that are above the heavens.
5Să laude Numele Domnului, căci El a poruncit şi au fost făcute,
5Let them praise the name of Yahweh, For he commanded, and they were created.
6le -a întărit pe veci de veci; le -a dat legi, şi nu le va călca.
6He has also established them forever and ever. He has made a decree which will not pass away.
7Lăudaţi pe Domnul de jos de pe pămînt, balauri de mare, şi adîncuri toate;
7Praise Yahweh from the earth, you great sea creatures, and all depths!
8foc şi grindină, zăpadă şi ceaţă, vînturi năpraznice, cari împliniţi poruncile Lui,
8Lightning and hail, snow and clouds; stormy wind, fulfilling his word;
9munţi şi dealuri toate, pomi roditori, şi cedri toţi,
9mountains and all hills; fruit trees and all cedars;
10fiare şi vite toate, tîrîtoare şi păsări înaripate,
10wild animals and all livestock; small creatures and flying birds;
11împăraţi ai pămîntului şi popoare toate, voievozi şi toţi judecătorii pămîntului,
11kings of the earth and all peoples; princes and all judges of the earth;
12tineri şi tinere, bătrîni şi copii!
12both young men and maidens; old men and children:
13Să laude Numele Domnului! Căci numai Numele Lui este înălţat: măreţia Lui este mai pe sus de pămînt şi ceruri.
13let them praise the name of Yahweh, for his name alone is exalted. His glory is above the earth and the heavens.
14El a înalţat tăria poporului Său: iată o pricină de laudă pentru toţi credincioşii Lui, pentru copiii lui Israel, popor de lîngă El. Lăudaţi pe Domnul!
14He has lifted up the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near to him. Praise Yah!
