¹Lăudaţi pe Domnul! Cîntaţi Domnului o cîntare nouă, cîntaţi laudele Lui în adunarea credincioşilor Lui!

¹Praise Yahweh! Sing to Yahweh a new song, his praise in the assembly of the saints.

²Să se bucure Israel de Cel ce l -a făcut, să se veselească fiii Sionului de Împăratul lor!

²Let Israel rejoice in him who made them. Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.

³Să laude Numele Lui cu jocuri, să -L laude cu toba şi cu arfa!

³Let them praise his name in the dance! Let them sing praises to him with tambourine and harp!

⁴Căci Domnul are plăcere de poporul Său, şi slăveşte pe cei nenorociţi, mîntuindu -i.

⁴For Yahweh takes pleasure in his people. He crowns the humble with salvation.

⁵Să salte de bucurie credincioşii Lui îmbrăcaţi în slavă, să scoată strigăte de bucurie în aşternutul lor!

⁵Let the saints rejoice in honor. Let them sing for joy on their beds.

⁶Laudele lui Dumnezeul să fie în gura lor, şi sabia cu două tăişuri în mîna lor,

⁶May the high praises of God be in their mouths, and a two-edged sword in their hand;

⁷ca să facă răzbunare asupra neamurilor, şi să pedepsească popoarele;

⁷To execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments on the peoples;

⁸să lege pe împăraţii lor cu lanţuri, şi pe mai marii lor cu obezi de fer,

⁸To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;

⁹ca să aducă la îndeplinire împotriva lor judecata scrisă! Aceasta este o cinste pentru toţi credincioşii Lui. Lăudaţi pe Domnul!

⁹to execute on them the written judgment. All his saints have this honor. Praise Yah!
