2Osramoté se naj in z rdečico oblijo, kateri mi strežejo po življenju; umaknejo se naj in v nečast pridejo, ki se veselé nesreče moje!
2Let them be disappointed and confounded who seek my soul. Let those who desire my ruin be turned back in disgrace.
3Nazaj naj zbežé v plačilo sramote svoje, kateri govoré: Aha, aha!

4Veselé se naj in radujejo v tebi vsi, ki te iščejo, in kateri ljubijo rešenje tvoje, govoré naj vedno: Poveličan bodi Bog!Jaz pa sem ubožen in potreben; o Bog, hiti k meni! Pomoč moja in rešitelj moj si ti, o GOSPOD, ne odlašaj!
4Let all those who seek you rejoice and be glad in you. Let those who love your salvation continually say, “Let God be exalted!”
