1Uyai, tiimbire Jehovha; Ngatipururudzei dombo rokuponeswa kwedu.
1Come, we sing to Jehovah, We shout to the rock of our salvation.
2Ngatisvike pamberi pake tichivonga, Ngatimupururudzirei namapisarema,
2We come before His face with thanksgiving, With psalms we shout to Him.
3nekuti Jehovha ndiMwari mukuru, ,Mambo mukuru anokunda vamwari vose.
3For a great God [is] Jehovah, And a great king over all gods.
4Nzvimbo dzakadzika dzapasi dziri muruoko rwake; Misoro yamakomo ndeyakewo.
4In whose hand [are] the deep places of earth, And the strong places of hills [are] His.
5Gungwa nderake, ndiye akariita; Maoko ake akaumba nyika yakaoma.
5Whose is the sea, and He made it, And His hands formed the dry land.
6Uyai, tinamate tikotamire pasi; Ngatipfugame pamberi paJehovha Muiti wedu.
6Come in, we bow ourselves, and we bend, We kneel before Jehovah our Maker.
7Nekuti ndiye Mwari wedu, Isu tiri vanhu vanofudzwa naye, namakwai oruoko rwake. Nhasi dai muchinzwa henyu inzwi rake!
7For He [is] our God, and we the people of His pasture, And the flock of His hand, To-day, if to His voice ye hearken,
8Regai kuomesa moyo yenyu sapaMeribha, Sapazuva reMasa murenje;
8Harden not your heart as [in] Meribah, As [in] the day of Massah in the wilderness,
9Panguva yandakaidzwa namadzibaba enyu, Vakandiidza, vakaona zvandakaita.
9Where your fathers have tried Me, Have proved Me, yea, have seen My work.
10Ndakanga ndine shungu pamusoro porudzi urwo makore makumi mana, Ndikati, Ndivanhu vakarashika pamoyo yavo, Havana kuziva nzira dzangu;
10Forty years I am weary of the generation, And I say, `A people erring in heart — they! And they have not known My ways:`
11Saka ndakapika pakutsamwa kwangu, ndikati, Havangazopindi pazororo rangu.
11Where I sware in Mine anger, `If they come in unto My rest — !`
