¹And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

²Reer binu Israa'iil waxaad ku amartaa oo ku tidhaahdaa, Markaad gashaan dalka Kancaan, (kaas oo ah dalka dhaxal idiinku dhici doona oo ah dalka Kancaan siday soohdimihiisu yihiin,)

²`Command the sons of Israel, and thou hast said unto them, When ye are coming in unto the land of Canaan — this [is] the land which falleth to you by inheritance, the land of Canaan, by its borders —

³waaxdiinna koonfureed waxay ahaan doontaa cidlada Sin iyo tan iyo dhinaca Edom, oo soohdintiinna koonfureedna waxay ka bilaaban doontaa Badda Cusbada leh darafkeeda bari,

³then hath the south quarter been to you from the wilderness of Zin, by the sides of Edom, yea, the south border hath been to you from the extremity of the Salt Sea, eastward;

⁴oo soohdintiinnuna waxay la soo wareegi doontaa xagga koonfureed oo jiirtii Caqrabbiim, oo waxay u gudbi doontaa ilamaa Sin, oo dhammaadkeeduna wuxuu ahaan doonaa Qaadeesh Barneeca xaggeeda koonfureed, oo waxay u sii bixi doontaa xagga Hasar Addaar, oo waxay u sii dhaafi doontaa ilaa Casmoon.

⁴and the border hath turned round to you from the south to the ascent of Akrabbim, and hath passed on to Zin, and its outgoings have been from the south to Kadesh-Barnea, and it hath gone out at Hazar-Addar, and hath passed on to Azmon;

⁵Oo soohdintu waxay la soo wareegi doontaa Casmoon ilaa tan iyo durdurka Masar, oo dhammaadkeeduna wuxuu ahaan doonaa xagga badda.

⁵and the border hath turned round from Azmon to the brook of Egypt, and its outgoings have been at the sea.

⁶Oo soohdinta galbeedna waxaad yeelan doontaan badda weyn iyo soohdinteedaba. Intaasu waxay ahaan doontaa soohdintiinna galbeed.

⁶`As to the west border, even the great sea hath been to you a border; this is to you the west border.

⁷Oo intanuna waxay ahaan doontaa soohdintiinna woqooyi, waxaad ka tilmaansataan badda weyn ilaa tan iyo Buur Xor.

⁷`And this is to you the north border: from the great sea ye mark out for yourselves mount Hor;

⁸Oo Buur Xorna waxaad ka tilmaansataan ilaa tan iyo meesha Hamaad laga galo, oo soohdinta dhammaadkeeduna wuxuu ahaan doonaa Sedaad.

⁸from mount Hor ye mark out to go in to Hamath, and the outgoings of the border have been to Zedad;

⁹Oo soohdintu waxay u bixi doontaa xagga Sifron, oo dhammaadkeeduna wuxuu ahaan doonaa Hasar Eenaan. Taasu waxay ahaan doontaa soohdintiinna woqooyi.

⁹and the border hath gone out to Ziphron, and its outgoings have been at Hazar-Enan; this is to you the north border.

¹⁰Oo soohdintiinna barina waxaad ka tilmaansataan Hasar Eenaan ilamaa tan iyo Shefaam.

¹⁰`And ye have marked out for yourselves for the border eastward, from Hazar-Enan to Shepham;

¹¹Oo soohdintu waxay hoos uga dhaadhici doontaa Shefaam iyo ilamaa Riblaah oo ah Cayn xaggeeda bari, oo soohdintu waxay hoos ugu dhaadhici doontaa oo gaadhi doontaa badda Kinnered dhinaceeda bari.

¹¹and the border hath gone down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east of Ain, and the border hath gone down, and hath smitten against the shoulder of the sea of Chinnereth eastward;

¹²Oo soohdintu waxay hoos ugu dhaadhici doontaa Webi Urdun oo dhammaadkeeduna wuxuu ahaan doonaa Badda Cusbada leh. Intaasu waxay ahaan doontaa dalkiinna siday soohdimihiisu u wareegsan yihiin.

¹²and the border hath gone down to the Jordan, and its outgoings have been at the Salt Sea; this is for you the land by its borders round about.`

¹³Markaasaa Muuse amray reer binu Israa'iil, oo wuxuu ku yidhi, Waa kan dalka aad saamiga ku dhaxli doontaan oo Rabbigu amray in la siiyo sagaalka qabiil iyo qabiilka badhkiis,

¹³And Moses commandeth the sons of Israel, saying, `This [is] the land which ye inherit by lot, which Jehovah hath commanded to give to the nine tribes and the half of the tribe;

¹⁴waayo, qabiilkii Ruubeen sida reerahoodu yihiin, iyo qabiilkii Gaad sida reerahoodu yihiin, iyo qabiilkii Manaseh badhkiis horay u heleen dhaxalkoodii.

¹⁴for the tribe of the sons of Reuben have received, by the house of their fathers; and the tribe of the children of Gad, by the house of their fathers; and the half of the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance;

¹⁵Labadaas qabiil iyo qabiilka badhkiis waxay dhaxalkoodii u heleen Webi Urdun shishadiisa, ee Yerixoo barigeeda ah, xagga qorrax ka soo baxa.

¹⁵the two tribes and the half of the tribe have received their inheritance beyond the Jordan, [near] Jericho, eastward, at the [sun]-rising.`

¹⁶Markaasaa Rabbigu Muuse la hadlay, oo wuxuu ku yidhi,

¹⁶And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

¹⁷Nimanka dalka dhaxal idiinku qaybin doonaa magacyadoodii waa kuwan: wadaadka Elecaasaar ah iyo Yashuuca ina Nuun.

¹⁷`These [are] the names of the men who give to you the inheritance of the land: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua son of Nun,

¹⁸Oo qabiil kastana waa inaad amiir kala soo baxdaan inay dalka dhaxal u kala qaybiyaan.

¹⁸and one prince — one prince — for a tribe ye do take to give the land by inheritance.

¹⁹Oo nimankaas magacyadoodiina waa kuwan: qabiilka reer Yahuudah kala soo baxa Kaaleeb ina Yefunneh.

¹⁹`And these [are] the names of the men: of the tribe of Judah, Caleb son of Jephunneh;

²⁰Qabiilka reer Simecoonna, Shemuu'eel ina Cammiihuud.

²⁰and of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, Shemuel son of Aminihud;

²¹Qabiilka reer Benyaamiinna, Eliidaad ina Kisloon.

²¹of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad son of Chislon;

²²Qabiilka reer Daanna waxaad kala baxdaan amiir, kaas oo ah Buqii ina Yaaglii.

²²and of the tribe of the sons of Dan, the prince Bukki son of Jogli;

²³Reer Yuusufna, qabiilka reer Manaseh waxaad kala soo baxdaan amiir, kaas oo ah Xannii'eel ina Eefod.

²³of the sons of Joseph, of the tribe of the sons of Manasseh, the prince Hanniel son of Ephod;

²⁴Qabiilka reer Efrayimna waxaad kala soo baxdaan amiir, kaas oo ah Qemuu'eel ina Shiftaan.

²⁴and of the tribe of the sons of Ephraim, the prince Kemuel son of Shiphtan;

²⁵Qabiilka reer Sebulunna waxaad kala baxdaan amiir, kaas oo ah Eliisaafaan ina Farnaag.

²⁵and of the tribe of the sons of Zebulun, the prince Elizaphan son of Parnach;

²⁶Qabiilka reer Isaakaarna waxaad kala soo baxdaan amiir, kaas oo ah Faltii'eel ina Casaan.

²⁶and of the tribe of the sons of Issachar, the prince Paltiel son of Azzan;

²⁷Qabiilka reer Aasheerna waxaad kala soo baxdaan amiir, kaas oo ah Axiihuud ina Shelomii.

²⁷and of the tribe of the sons of Asher, the prince Ahihud son of Shelomi;

²⁸Qabiilka Naftaalina waxaad kala soo baxdaan amiir, kaas oo ah Fedaheel ina Cammiihuud.Kuwaasu waa inta Rabbigu ku amray inay reer binu Israa'iil dhaxalka ugu qaybiyaan dalka Kancaan.

²⁸and of the tribe of the sons of Naphtali, the prince Pedahel son of Ammihud.`

²⁹Kuwaasu waa inta Rabbigu ku amray inay reer binu Israa'iil dhaxalka ugu qaybiyaan dalka Kancaan.

²⁹These [are] those whom Jehovah hath commanded to give the sons of Israel inheritance in the land of Canaan.
