¹พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสกับโมเสสว่า

¹Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

²"จงกล่าวแก่คนอิสราเอลว่า เมื่อผู้ใดปฏิญาณเป็นพิเศษไว้ บุคคลผู้ที่ถูกปฏิญาณไว้นั้นเป็นของพระเยโฮวาห์ ตามราคาของท่าน

²“Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘When a man makes a vow, the persons shall be for Yahweh by your valuation.

³ให้เจ้ากำหนดราคาดังนี้ ผู้ชายอายุตั้งแต่ยี่สิบถึงหกสิบปีจะเป็นค่าเงินห้าสิบเชเขลตามเชเขลของสถานบริสุทธิ์

³Your valuation shall be of a male from twenty years old even to sixty years old, even your valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

⁴ถ้าผู้นั้นเป็นผู้หญิง ให้เจ้ากำหนดราคาเป็นค่าเงินสามสิบเชเขล

⁴If it is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels.

⁵ถ้าผู้นั้นอายุห้าขวบถึงยี่สิบปี ให้เจ้ากำหนดราคาผู้ชายเป็นค่าเงินยี่สิบเชเขล และผู้หญิงสิบเชเขล

⁵If the person is from five years old even to twenty years old, then your valuation shall be for a male twenty shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

⁶ถ้าผู้นั้นอายุหนึ่งเดือนถึงห้าขวบ ให้เจ้ากำหนดราคาผู้ชายเป็นค่าเงินห้าเชเขล ให้เจ้ากำหนดราคาผู้หญิงเป็นเงินสามเชเขล

⁶If the person is from a month old even to five years old, then your valuation shall be for a male five shekels of silver, and for a female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver.

⁷ถ้าเป็นบุคคลอายุตั้งแต่หกสิบปีขึ้นไป ให้เจ้ากำหนดราคาผู้ชายเป็นค่าเงินสิบห้าเชเขลและผู้หญิงเป็นสิบเชเขล

⁷If the person is from sixty years old and upward; if it is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

⁸แต่ถ้าผู้นั้นเป็นคนจนมีน้อยกว่าค่าตัวก็ให้เขาไปหาปุโรหิต ให้ปุโรหิตกำหนดราคาตามกำลังของผู้ที่ปฏิญาณ ปุโรหิตจะกำหนดราคาของคนนั้น

⁸But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of him who vowed shall the priest value him.

⁹ถ้าเป็นสัตว์อย่างที่มนุษย์นำมาถวายพระเยโฮวาห์ สิ่งใดๆที่มนุษย์ถวายแด่พระเยโฮวาห์ถือว่าเป็นของบริสุทธิ์

⁹“‘If it is an animal, of which men offer an offering to Yahweh, all that any man gives of such to Yahweh becomes holy.

¹⁰อย่าให้เขานำอะไรมาแทนหรือเปลี่ยน เอาดีมาเปลี่ยนไม่ดี หรือเอาไม่ดีมาเปลี่ยนดี ถ้าเขาทำการเปลี่ยนสัตว์ ทั้งตัวที่นำมาเปลี่ยนและตัวที่ถูกเปลี่ยนจะต้องบริสุทธิ์

¹⁰He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy.

¹¹ถ้าเป็นสัตว์มลทินซึ่งไม่พึงนำมาถวายแด่พระเยโฮวาห์ ให้ผู้นั้นนำสัตว์ตัวนั้นไปหาปุโรหิต

¹¹If it is any unclean animal, of which they do not offer as an offering to Yahweh, then he shall set the animal before the priest;

¹²แล้วปุโรหิตจะตีค่าว่าเป็นของดีของไม่ดี ท่านผู้เป็นปุโรหิตกำหนดราคาเท่าใดก็ให้เป็นเท่านั้น

¹²and the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad. As you the priest values it, so shall it be.

¹³ถ้าเขาจะมาไถ่สัตว์นั้นก็ให้เขาเพิ่มอีกหนึ่งในห้าของราคาที่ตีไว้

¹³But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of it to its valuation.

¹⁴เมื่อคนใดถวายเรือนของตนไว้เป็นของบริสุทธิ์แด่พระเยโฮวาห์ ปุโรหิตต้องกำหนดราคาตามดีไม่ดี ปุโรหิตกำหนดราคาเท่าใดก็ให้เป็นเท่านั้น

¹⁴“‘When a man dedicates his house to be holy to Yahweh, then the priest shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad: as the priest shall evaluate it, so shall it stand.

¹⁵ถ้าผู้ที่ถวายเรือนไว้ประสงค์จะไถ่เรือนของเขา ก็ให้ผู้นั้นเพิ่มเงินอีกหนึ่งในห้าของราคาเรือนที่ตีไว้ แล้วเรือนนั้นจึงตกเป็นของเขาได้

¹⁵If he who dedicates it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.

¹⁶ถ้าผู้ใดถวายที่ดินส่วนหนึ่งแด่พระเยโฮวาห์ซึ่งเป็นมรดกตกแก่เขา ให้เจ้ากำหนดราคาของที่ดินตามจำนวนเมล็ดพืชที่หว่านลงในดินนั้น ถ้าที่นาใช้เมล็ดบารลีหนึ่งโฮเมอร์ ให้กำหนดราคาเป็นเงินห้าสิบเชเขล

¹⁶“‘If a man dedicates to Yahweh part of the field of his possession, then your valuation shall be according to the seed for it: the sowing of a homer 1 homer is about 220 litres or 6 bushels of barley shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

¹⁷ถ้าเขาถวายนาในปีเสียงแตร ก็ให้คงเต็มราคาที่เจ้ากำหนด

¹⁷If he dedicates his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.

¹⁸ถ้าเขาถวายที่นาภายหลังปีเสียงแตร ก็ให้ปุโรหิตคำนวณค่าเงินตามจำนวนปีที่เหลืออยู่กว่าจะถึงปีเสียงแตร ให้หักเสียจากราคาที่เจ้ากำหนด

¹⁸But if he dedicates his field after the Jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain to the Year of Jubilee; and an abatement shall be made from your valuation.

¹⁹ถ้าผู้ที่ถวายนาประสงค์จะไถ่นานั้นก็ให้เขาเพิ่มค่าเงินอีกหนึ่งในห้าของกำหนดราคาที่ตีไว้ แล้วนานั้นจะเป็นของเขา

¹⁹If he who dedicated the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall remain his.

²⁰แต่ถ้าเขาไม่ประสงค์ที่จะไถ่นาหรือเขาได้ขายนานั้นให้แก่อีกคนหนึ่งแล้ว ก็อย่าให้ไถ่อีกเลย

²⁰If he will not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more;

²¹แต่นานั้นเมื่อออกไปในปีเสียงแตรก็เป็นของบริสุทธิ์แด่พระเยโฮวาห์ ดุจนาที่ตั้งถวายจึงเป็นของปุโรหิต

²¹but the field, when it goes out in the Jubilee, shall be holy to Yahweh, as a field devoted; it shall be owned by the priests.

²²ถ้าคนใดซื้อนามาถวายแด่พระเยโฮวาห์ ซึ่งไม่ใช่ส่วนมรดกที่ตกเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของเขา

²²“‘If he dedicates to Yahweh a field which he has bought, which is not of the field of his possession,

²³ปุโรหิตจะคำนวณค่านานับจนถึงปีเสียงแตร ในวันนั้นเจ้าของนาต้องถวายเงินเท่ากำหนดค่านาที่ตีไว้ เป็นสิ่งบริสุทธิ์แด่พระเยโฮวาห์

²³then the priest shall reckon to him the worth of your valuation up to the Year of Jubilee; and he shall give your valuation on that day, as a holy thing to Yahweh.

²⁴พอถึงปีเสียงแตรนานั้นต้องกลับไปตกแก่ผู้ที่ขายให้เขาซึ่งเป็นเจ้าของเดิม ตามมรดกที่ตกมาเป็นของเขา

²⁴In the Year of Jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongs.

²⁵การกำหนดราคาทุกอย่างจะต้องเป็นไปตามค่าเงินเชเขลของสถานบริสุทธิ์ ยี่สิบเก-ราห์เป็นหนึ่งเชเขล

²⁵All your valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs to the shekel.

²⁶แต่ลูกสัตว์หัวปีนั้นอย่าให้ใครนำมาถวาย เพราะที่เป็นสัตว์หัวปีก็ตกเป็นของพระเยโฮวาห์แล้ว วัวก็ดี แกะก็ดี เป็นของพระเยโฮวาห์

²⁶“‘Only the firstborn among animals, which is made a firstborn to Yahweh, no man may dedicate it; whether an ox or sheep, it is Yahweh’s.

²⁷ถ้าเป็นสัตว์มลทินจงให้เขาซื้อคืนตามกำหนดราคาของเจ้า โดยเพิ่มหนึ่งในห้าของกำหนดราคาที่ตีไว้ ถ้าเขาไม่ไถ่ก็ให้ขายเสียตามกำหนดราคาที่ตีไว้

²⁷If it is an unclean animal, then he shall buy it back according to your valuation, and shall add to it the fifth part of it: or if it isn’t redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.

²⁸แต่สิ่งใดที่ถวายแด่พระเยโฮวาห์ เป็นสิ่งที่เขามีอยู่ ไม่ว่าเป็นคนหรือสัตว์ หรือที่นาอันเป็นมรดกตกแก่เขาจะขายหรือไถ่ไม่ได้เลย เพราะสิ่งที่ถวายแล้วเป็นสิ่งบริสุทธิ์ที่สุดแด่พระเยโฮวาห์

²⁸“‘Notwithstanding, no devoted thing, that a man shall devote to Yahweh of all that he has, whether of man or animal, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy to Yahweh.

²⁹ทุกสิ่งที่ถูกถวายแล้ว คือสิ่งที่ต้องทำลายเสียจากมนุษย์ อย่าให้ไถ่ถอน แต่ต้องถูกฆ่าเสียแน่นอน

²⁹“‘No one devoted, who shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.

³⁰สิบชักหนึ่งทั้งสิ้นที่ได้จากแผ่นดิน เป็นพืชที่ได้จากแผ่นดินก็ดี หรือผลจากต้นไม้ก็ดี เป็นของพระเยโฮวาห์ เป็นสิ่งบริสุทธิ์แด่พระเยโฮวาห์

³⁰“‘All the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the trees, is Yahweh’s. It is holy to Yahweh.

³¹ถ้าคนใดประสงค์จะไถ่สิบชักหนึ่งส่วนใดของเขา เขาต้องเพิ่มอีกหนึ่งในห้าของสิบชักหนึ่งนั้น

³¹If a man redeems anything of his tithe, he shall add a fifth part to it.

³²และสิบชักหนึ่งที่ได้มาจากฝูงวัว หรือฝูงแพะแกะ คือสัตว์หนึ่งในสิบตัวที่ลอดใต้ไม้เท้าของผู้เลี้ยง จะเป็นสิ่งบริสุทธิ์แด่พระเยโฮวาห์

³²All the tithe of the herds or the flocks, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to Yahweh.

³³อย่าให้พิจารณาว่าดีหรือไม่ดี อย่าให้เขาสับเปลี่ยน ถ้าเขาสับเปลี่ยน ทั้งตัวที่นำมาเปลี่ยนกับตัวที่ถูกเปลี่ยนเป็นของบริสุทธิ์ ไถ่ไม่ได้"

³³He shall not search whether it is good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he changes it at all, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy. It shall not be redeemed.’”

³⁴เหล่านี้เป็นบทบัญญัติที่พระเยโฮวาห์ทรงบัญญัติไว้กับโมเสสสำหรับคนอิสราเอลบนภูเขาซีนาย

³⁴These are the commandments which Yahweh commanded Moses for the children of Israel on Mount Sinai.
